We the Peoples, all Life on Earth, are claiming ownership of the planet as a birthright.

"Global Community is defined as being all that exits or occurs at any location at any time between the Ozone layer above and the core of the planet below. It is defined around a given territory, that territory being the planet as a whole, as well as a specific population, which is all life forms on Earth." By extension, the expression Global Community also includes the entire Universe, space and time, all matter, galaxies, dark matter, all particles and all unknown parts of the Universe yet to be discovered. Global Community also includes all Souls, SoulLife God, and that makes it different than just saying Global Community is the Universe .

This definition includes all people, all life on Earth and over the entire Universe. That makes Global Civilizational State the 21st century framework for Earth governance, and the only legitimate body with the power to make the laws of the land and to make the rules for the territory of the Earth.

The idea of creating a Global Dialogue was first brought forward in a report on global changes published in 1990 by Germain Dufour. The report contained 450 policies (workable sound solutions) on sustainable development, and was presented to the United Nations, the Government of Canada, the provincial government of Alberta and several non-profit organizations and scientists.

There was a need at the time for helping humanity back onto the path of survival this millennium. Today, there is an urgent need for such help and most likely will continue to be so forever. Global dialogues are the source of new ideas and finding new ways for our survival and taking along with us other lifeforms on the planet.

Community are using global dialogues to resolve conflicts, promote democracy, and fight hunger, terrorism, disease, and human and Earth rights abuses. In order to bring about the event of peace, Global Community is offering other good organizations around the world to work together to bring warring parties to peace. We can accomplish this task by concrete actions such as:

a) Tracking armed conflicts within and between nations around the world and offering assistance in dispute resolution;
b) Promoting human and Earth rights and democracy for the people;
c) Monitoring democratic elections; and
d) Educating the public about the advantages of a peaceful solution to any conflict.

Global Community also proposes that all nations of the world promote the Scale of Global Rights and the criteria to obtain Global Community Citizenship. Every global community citizen lives a life with the higher values described in the Scale and the criteria. Global community citizens are good members of the human family. Most global problems, including global warming and world overpopulation, can be managed through acceptance of the Scale and the criteria.

Global Community can contribute in evaluating options and strategies for adapting to climate change as it occurs, and in identifying human activities that are even now maladapted to climate. There are two fundamental types of response to the risks of climate change:

1. reducing the rate and magnitudes of change through mitigating the causes, and
2. reducing the harmful consequences through anticipatory adaptation.

Mitigating the causes of global warming implies limiting the rates and magnitudes of increase in atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases, either by reducing emissions or by increasing sinks for atmospheric CO2. Reducing the harmful consequences can be achieved by co-operating together with the global ministries on climate change and emergencies. Global Community has created the global ministries to help humanity be prepared to fight the harmful consequences of a global warming through anticipatory adaptation. The global ministries on climate change and emergencies are now operating. The ministries have developed:

1. policy response to the consequences of the global warming, and
2. strategies to adapt to the consequences of the unavoidable climate change.

Global Community has given back responsibility to every citizen on Earth. Everyone shares responsibility for the present and future well-being of life within Global Community. We will work together in working out sound solutions to local and global problems. It would be wrong and dishonest to blame it all on the leader of a country. Most problems in the world must find solutions at the local and global community levels (and not assume that the leader alone is responsible and will handle it). There is a wisdom in the ways of very humble people that needs to be utilized. Every humble person deserves to have ideas respected, and encouraged to develop his or her own life for the better. Sound solutions to help manage and sustain Earth will very likely be found this way. Everyone can help assess the needs of the planet and propose sound solutions for its proper management, present and future. Everyone can think of better ideas to sustain all life on Earth and realize these ideas by conducting positive and constructive actions. When there is a need to find a solution to a problem or a concern, a sound solution would be to choose a measure or conduct an action, if possible, which causes reversible damage as opposed to a measure or an action causing an irreversible loss; that is the grassroots process. Global Community can help people realized their actions by coordinating efforts efficiently together.

The responsibility of a peacemaker is to settle differences through compromise and negotiation before they erupt into violence. Conflicting views do not have to bring about fighting. War is an irreversible solution to a problem. War is never an appropriate solution to resolve a conflict.

Global Community is promoting the settling of disputes between nations through the process of the Earth Court of Justice.

Human beings have a moral obligation to protect and conserve the biodiversity of life on Earth. The Global Constitution shows us how it can be done with Global Law, the Earth Court of Justice, and how the Global Protection Agency (GPA) and the Agency of Global Police (AGP) can protect the territory. Global Community Arrest Warrants can be issued to anyone breaking Global Law.

Leaders of the wealthier nations must be willing to accept responsibility for past mistakes and to help pay the financial burden for environmental protection of the developing nations. This is the most damaging conflict of interests between the rich industrialized countries and those that are poor and struggling just for existence. Global Community must help wealthy and poorer nations reach a better understanding of each other's needs.

All aspects are interrelated: peace, human rights and the environment. The poor is more concerned with ending starvation, finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to survive. Environmental issues become meaningless to the poor. In reality, all concerns are interrelated. As soon as the environment is destroyed beyond repair, human suffering is next. Ecology has no boundaries. All nations suffer the effects ofair pollution, global warming, loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, acid rain, ozone depletion, silting of streams, and countless of other environmental problems. This was the reason for proposing to Global Community the Scale of Global Rights.

Global Community ethics offer fundamental moral behaviors and irrevocable standards.You need not be religious to make this vision yours. This vision is for all human beings regardless of their social origin, language, culture, sex, skin color or religion.Global Community vision creates new hopes, standards, ideals and goals for everyone to embrace freely, and live a life without fear.

Actions for the good of all as per the Statement of Rights, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities. The political system of an individual country does not have to be a democracy.

Global Community must now direct the wealth of the world towards the building of local-to-global economic democracies in order to meet the needs for food, shelter, universal healthcare, education, and employment for all.

• Chapter II) The US has no international mandate to work as the custodian of any world order. There’s nothing called “US exceptionalism” in any textbook on international law or diplomacy. The American military empire, and the environmental harm it spreads, expands far beyond U.S. borders. America has more foreign military bases than any other people, nation, or empire in history, numbering over 1000. This military presence brings large-scale environmental destruction to the land and peoples across the globe through dumping, leaks, weapons testing, energy consumption, and waste. It is a war against wildlife, an assault on the environment and communities. Beyond its immediate carbon footprint—which is difficult to measure—the U.S. military has placed countless countries under the thumb of western oil giants. Social movements have long sounded the alarm over the link between U.S.-led militarism and climate change, yet the Pentagon continues to evade accountability. Invading other nations, overthrow by means of a coup, killing people and destroying buildings, and military occupations of foreign countries are what America's military with the UK and France, and top government contractors, have been doing since WWII.

  • US enemy number one is its military spending over 60% of budget.
  
  
  • Iran, China and Russia have over the years adopted a variety of economic and military actions to repel the continual assault on their sovereignty by the West.
  
  
  • The pressure exerted in the South China Sea have forced Tehran, Moscow and Beijing to conclude that the United States represents an existential threat.
  
  
  • Russia and the Arctic transit route, of great interest not only for defense purposes but also being a quick passage for transit goods. The Black Sea for these reasons has received special attention from the United States due to its strategic location. In any case, the responses have been proportional to the threat. Iran has significantly developed maritime capabilities in the Persian Gulf, often closely marking ships of the US Navy located in the area for the purposes of deterrence.
  
  
  • More nations are clearly rejecting American interference, favoring instead a dialogue with Beijing, Moscow and Tehran. Duterte in the Philippines is just the latest example of this trend.
  
  
  • With the United Nations warning that millions of civilians could die from violence or starvation from the ongoing military siege of the Yemeni port city of Hodeida, there is no other way to describe what is happening except as “genocide”. The more than three-year war on Yemen waged by a Western-backed Saudi coalition has been arguably genocidal from the outset, with up to eight million people facing imminent starvation due to the years-long blockade on the Arabian country, as well as from indiscriminate air strikes.
  
  
  • Americans bombed Syria again just as Russia had finally defeated the terrorist groups armed by USA and Saudi Arabia. List of 27 bombed nations show that Millions had to die, murdered right in their homelands, because of the support or indifference of ordinary Americans, with enough of them willing to follow orders, even when unlawful orders, to bomb and invade whatever nation instructed to. So, ‘exceptionalist’ Americans in military uniform have bombed Syria again. They bombed Syria again just as the Syrian army with the help of Russia, Iran and Hezbollah had finally, after seven years, defeated the terrorist groups, which had heavy weaponry and Toyota trucks supplied to them by United States and Saudi Arabia. The terrorist groups destroyed much of the country and caused the death of some 350,000 Syrian men, women and children. Many Syrians had their heads cut off by the fanatic terrorists. It has been an open secret that Americans and Saudi Arabians have been funding and arming them for some seven years.
  
  
  • Syria is not experiencing a “civil war.” It is being targeted by both proxy and direct military force organized by the United States and its allies for the explicit purpose of dividing and destroying yet another Middle Eastern nation.

  • Proven US aliance lying over chemical weapons attack and Trump pretext for destruction of Syria.The Russian and Syrian denials are true if they are innocent and lies if they are guilty of the suspected chemical weapons attack that killed 90 people including 30 children in Syria. However Trump, US and US Alliance certitude over Russian and Syrian guilt is clear, proven, warmongering lying in the absence of findings from expert and independent investigators. Meanwhile a mass murdering, child-killing Trump continues to make endless war on famine-wracked Somalia and Yemen where half of the starving populations of 11.2 million and 27.9 million, respectively, are children.

This military presence brings large-scale environmental destruction to the land and peoples across the globe through dumping, leaks, weapons testing, energy consumption, and waste.
  
  
  • The oil industry is tied to wars and conflicts around the world. It has been estimated that between one-quarter and one-half of all interstate wars since 1973 have been linked to oil, and that oil-producing countries are 50 percent more likely to have civil wars. Some of these conflicts are fought at the behest of western oil companies, in collaboration with local militaries, to quell dissent.
  
  
  • Oil wealth is central to the global arms trade, as evidenced by the heavy imports of the oil-rich Saudi government. According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, Saudi Arabia was the world’s second largest arms importer in 2012-16, with an increase of 212 percent compared with 2007–11. During this period, the U.S. was the top major arms exporter in the world, accounting for 33 percent of all exports, SIPRI determines.

Syria is possibly the most secular country where Shia, Sunni, Maronite, Druze, Christian, atheists, pagans, and women enjoy much more freedom and equal opportunities than anywhere else in the Muslim World. As Fareed Zakaria told CNN, ISIS is a bigger threat to the free world than the Assad regime. “The weaker Assad gets, ISIS becomes stronger”, he spelled out. Despite the sound and fury about Trump’s missile attack in Syria – which amounts to war crime – it’s nothing more than a balderdash, so much so that it’s only going to boost Trump’s sinking popularity among Americans, who are historically great admirers of presidents who invade countries and kill tens of thousands of civilians, in the pursuit of democracy, freedom, and glory for the “Greatest Nation on Earth”.
  
  
  • America’s current annual military expenditures are around $1.5 trillion, which is to say, almost equal to that entire global estimate of more than $1.6 trillion in 2015. America’s actual annual military budget and expenditures are unknown, because there has never been an audit of the Defense Department, though an audit has routinely been promised but never delivered, and Congresses and Presidents haven’t, for example, even so much as just threatened to cut its budget every year by 10% until it is done, there has been no accountability for the Department, at all. Corruption is welcomed at the Defense Department. Furthermore, many of the military expenditures are hidden, for instance, by funding an unknown large proportion of U.S. military functions at other federal Departments, so as for those operations not to be officially Defense Department budget and expenditures, at all. (During boom times when the economy is doing well, people earn more income and this translates to higher tax revenues for the government, lowering the budget deficit, at least that is what the Republican leadership should be doing instead of giving more tax breaks to rich corporations.)

(Knowing that the USA financial account which measures the net change in ownership of national assets which used to be flowing out of the USA when Russia and China where buying USA assets to help the nation to keep going even though it had an out of control high national debt and an increasingly high annual deficit, but now that Russia is selling the USA and China will be doing the same soon, the USA Congress should reflect in getting its House in order and produce a budget, if any, to at least admit its failure of governing with care.)

• The United States currently pays out around $20 billion annually to farmers and producers in agriculture in the form of subsidies via farm bills in order to artificially reduce prices and shift the supply curve outward to ensure the overall supply in the market is high enough to satisfy all prospective consumers.

A commons must be able to develop “semi-permeable boundaries” that enable it to safely interact with markets on its own terms.


• Contemporary struggles for protection of commons appear to be strongly intertwined with ecological matters which implies that there a direct link between the commons and ecology.


• A state has very different ideas than commoners about how power, governance and accountability should be structured.  A state is also far more eager to strike tight, cozy alliances with investors, businesses and financial institutions because of its own desires to share in the benefits of markets, and particularly, tax revenues. 


• We are entering in an age of aggressive privatization and degradation of commons: from privatization of water resources, through internet surveillance, to extreme air pollution. What should be the priorities of the movements fighting for protection of the commons? What about their organizational structure?


• Why America is terrified of Russia and China? Russia and China quietly advancing their agreement to progressively replace the US dollar's reserve status with a gold-backed system.

It is this centralized, hierarchical model that has led to the degradation and devaluation of our commons.

They assume that GDP growth is synonymous with increasing wellbeing and prosperity. However this approach has led to growing inequality, an escalating climate crisis, and the depletion of natural and social capital. We are no longer generating genuine progress. Our approach to economics and development needs fundamental transformation.


• BRICS, the potential and future in an emerging new world economy.

• The reason why the United States has been able to fuel this global demand for dollars is linked to the need for other countries to own dollars in order to be able to buy oil and other goods. It may seem unbelievable, but practically all countries until a few years ago used US dollars to trade amongst each other, even countries that were anti-American and against US imperialist policies.


• This economic arrangement has allowed Washington to achieve an unparalleled strategic advantage over its geopolitical opponents (initially the USSR, now Russia and China), namely, a practically unlimited dollar spending capacity even as it accumulates an astronomical public debt (over 21 trillion dollars). The destabilizing factor for the global economy has been Washington's ability to accumulate enormous amounts of public debt without having to worry about the consequences or even of any possible mistrust international markets may have for the dollar. Countries simply needed dollars for trade and bought US treasures to diversify their financial assets.


• In recent years, it has become clear to many nations opposing Washington that the only way to adequately contain the fallout from the collapsing US empire is to progressively abandon the dollar. This serves to limit Washington’s capacity for military spending by creating the necessary alternative tools in the financial and economic realms that will eliminate Washington's dominance. This is essential in the Russo-Sino-Iranian strategy to unite Eurasia and thereby render the US irrelevant. De-dollarization for Beijing, Moscow and Tehran has become a strategic priority. Eliminating the unlimited spending capacity of the FED and the American economy means limiting US imperialist expansion and diminishing globald estabilization. Without the usual US military power to strengthen and impose the use of US dollars, China, Russia and Iran have paved the way for important shifts in the global order.


• For China, Iran and Russia, as well as other countries, de-dollarizationhas become a pressing issue. The number of countries that are beginning to see the benefits of a decentralized system, as opposed to the US dollar system, is increasing. Iran and India, but also Iran and Russia, have often traded hydrocarbons in exchange for primary goods, thereby bypassing American sanctions.


• The climate crisis and economic policy choices.


• To grow the economy and reduce carbon emissions at the same time can be done with various proponents of degrowth not denying that it is possible to increase the efficiency with which energy and materials are used in the economy. They do not deny that the amount of carbon emitted per unit of output can be decreased.


• An organised agency can be found with the political will and power to set an absolute ceiling on the amount of carbon based fuels that are allowed into the economy.


• A policy that would lead to a very dramatic process of “degrowth” because production is dependent on energy. With fossil energy availability radically reduced by a cap that really bites, the amount of production in the economy would be driven downwards.


• The Earth’s atmosphere is a Nature's resource that ought to be managed as a global commons.


• Why the Extinction Crisis Isn't Just About the Environment, but Social Justice. An anti-capitalist movement against extinction must be framed in terms of a refusal to turn land, people, flora, and fauna into commodities. The genomic information of plants, animals, and human beings is the common wealth of  the planet, and all efforts to make use of this environmental commons must be framed around principles of equality, solidarity, and environmental and climate justice.


• The capital for a guaranteed income program for biodiversity hotspots.


• Economic growth (measured as Gross Domestic Product) and value are seen as the same. Meanwhile, the actual value generated outside of market capitalism – the “care economy,” social labor, eco-stewardship, digital communities and commons – are mostly ignored or considered merely personal (“values”).  These types of “value” are seen as extraneous to “the economy.” My colleagues and I wondered if it would be possible to develop a post-capitalist, commons-friendly theory of value that could begin to represent and defend these other types of value.


• Cities need to begin making preparations for the incoming tides, and many coastal towns, both in the U.S. and around the world.


• The global socioeconomic system of capitalism, is forcing us to work harder to surpass previous consumption and population numbers until we have devoured everything that maintains life, ending up with a polluted, lifeless, and a scorched planet.

• As never before in history, common destiny beckons us to seek a new beginning. It requires a new sense of global interdependence and universal responsibility. We must develop and apply the vision of a sustainable way of life locally, nationally, regionally, globally, and within ourselves throughout life. Our global cultural diversity is a precious heritage and different cultures will find their own distinctive ways to realize the global vision.

  In order to build a sustainable global community, each individual, each local community, and national governments of the world must initiate their commitment to Global Civilizational Community, which we have defined as a social, and political movement in the sense of having a broad organizational structure and an ideology aimed at governing. The environmental movement, within Global Civilizational Community, expresses the concerns of groups of people regarding depletion of water, clean air, climate change aspects, degradation of land and other changes in ecosystems affecting traditional patterns of natural resources exploitation. Global Civilizational State has taken the role of helping these groups in protecting and managing our mutual global vision by coordinating efforts.

  Global Civilizational State has now a Vision of the Earth in Year 2024 and a sense of direction. Global Civilizational Community has embarks on a new path in history, the inevitability of global societies living, sharing, and creating symbiotical relationships interactively. Global Civilizational State is a governing body based on universal values, global rights, global concepts and direct democracy which defines us all. Yes! Now we all can vote on creating our global vision together. We might as well start working on this new way of doing things, and creating governing institutions now; there is no longer any reason to wait. Global Civilizational State conducts affairs in ways to promote political, economic, cultural and scientific relations, while maintaining peaceful relationships.

  Our creativity today already influences tomorrow's socio-economic strategies and contribute to the evolution of human societies - an evolution directed towards a global partnership and cooperation with each other for survival. Global Civilizational State was first to oppose any type of invasion of a people by another people. Global Civilizational State opposes environmental, economic, population and military warfares.

  For example, to explain further as Moscow's war in Ukraine rages on, with deadly shelling on cities along the front lines and more clashes in hot spots in southern Ukraine, sadly, regrettably, and disastrously, the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, showed no need to use diplomacy to save his country from being detroyed and his citizens from being killed.

  Before the war, President Vladimir Putin demanded NATO and the USA to turn the clock back to 1997 and remove its forces and military infrastructure from Central Europe, Eastern Europe and the Baltics. In his eyes, the West promised back in 1990 that NATO would expand "not an inch to the east", yet did so anyway.

  NATO and the USA, along with the EU, are helping as if wars were the only way to solve problems in the Ukraine. This is the same kind of wrong behaviour these people and states from the EU have been using between themselves over the past centuries. They behave as if war was the answer to all their problems or concerns. Diplomacy never not to be used.

  Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill, was a British statesman, soldier, and writer, who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom twice, from 1940 to 1945 during the Second World War, and again from 1951 to 1955. The First World War (WWI) was fought from 1914 to 1918 and the Second World War (or WWII) was fought from 1939 to 1945. They were the largest military conflicts in human history. At the outbreak of war in 1914, Churchill was serving as First Lord of the Admiralty.

  In 1915 he helped orchestrate the disastrous Dardanelles naval campaign and was also involved in the planning of the military landings on Gallipoli, both of which saw large losses of his armies. As prime minister (1940–45) during most of World War II, Winston Churchill shaped Allied strategy in the war. In both world wars Winston Churchill would have been able to use diplomacy to end the wars. But diplomacy was not his way to deal with problems, and neither the West's way, to fight Adolf Hitler Army.

• GC_97. Scale of Global Rights contains six (6) sections. Section 1 has more importance than all other sections below, and so on. Concerning sections 1, 2, and 3, it shall be Global Civilization highest priority to guarantee these rights to their respective Member Nations and to have proper legislation andimplement and enforce global law as it applies and as shown in the Global Constitution.

• GC_99. Climate change is definitely at the top of the most global important issues facing our planet today. While this issue primarily focuses on global warming, changes in precipitation, air quality, biodiversity, “habitable” zones and many other areas are part of and affected by climate change.
• GC_100. In consequence of globalization, giant new markets are forming all over the world. Competition is hardening. National economies can no longer insure or guarantee rights of possession on any property. National borders no longer mean protection, security, cultural boundaries, resources ownership, political and economic control.
• GC_101. Global Community is declaring a moratorium on immigration all over the world, on all applications for immigration, until applicants from any religious or cultural background have satisfied completely Global Community standard for a population fertility rate of 1.3 children per family. That is Global Law.

Global Governments We can do better united as a Global Government : a new world to build, and a future to share and protect together.



The website of the Global Government of North America ( GGNA ) is certainly a good example of a type of Global Government.



We can do better together as friends and united as a Global Government -    we are now, and we are the future   -

We, citizens of the Global Community of North America, hereby resolve to establish the Global Government of North America (GGNA) to govern in accordance with the Global Constitution. Reflecting the will of the Global Community of North America citizens and all Member Nations of the GGNA to build a common future, this Global Constitution establishes Global Government of North America, on which Member Nations confer competences to attain objectives they have in common.  The GGNA shall coordinate the policies by which Member Nations aim to achieve these objectives. The Peoples of the Global Community of North America elect, nominate or appoint their representatives to the GGNA. Candidates to the House of Elected Representatives are elected democratically. An elected official will represent his or her community at both levels of government: 1.      the GGNA House of Elected Representatives, and 2.      the GCEG House of Elected Representatives or General Assembly. Candidates to the House of Advisers are nominated by teachers, students, or professional organizations Candidates to the GGNA Federation are elected or appointed by Member Nations: Canada, United States, Mexico, Great Britain, Territories and North Pole Region. Each member nation has a veto power on all decisions. Consensus must be reached before a decision is made. The GGNA House of Elected Representatives, the GGNA House of Advisers, and the GGNA Federation together form the GGNA Parliament. GGNA Parliament decides who will represent the GGNA Federation at the Global Governments Federation. GGNA elected representatives serve at both levels of government: GGNA House of Elected Representatives, and GCEG House of Elected Representatives.

The House of Elected Representatives shall be elected by direct universal suffrage of all the Member Nations citizens in free and secret ballot for a term of five years. Representation shall be of one Elected Representative per million people. GGNA Global Parliament shall, jointly with the GGNA Executive Council, enact legislation, and exercise the budgetary function, as well as functions of political control and consultation as laid down in the Global Constitution. GGNA Global Parliament shall elect its President and its officers from among its members.





GGNA Global Parliament shall create, alter, abolish or consolidate the departments, commissions, offices, agencies and other parts of the several organs of the GGNA, subject to the specific provisions of the Global Constitution.

As a replacement to the United Nations, we have formed Global Community Earth Government (GCEG) with 9 or more Global Governments (GGs) and an enforceable, non-military democratic Global Constitution for all. Governing bodies consist of three chambers making the Global Parliament:



1.    House of Elected Representatives
2.    House of Advisers, and
3.    Global Governments Federation



The power of GCEG was de-centralized to give each GG a better chance to find the right solutions to global issues. It can act faster and be more effective and efficient in the context of the Global Community, this great, wide, wonderful world made of all these diverse global communities within each Nation.The Global Community becomes thus more fluid and dynamic. A global symbiotical relationship is created between Nations and GCEG for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development. This is the basic concept that is allowing us to group willing Member Nations from different parts of the world. A typical example is the Global Government of North America (GGNA).

Member Nations of these global governments have not yet been selected. Through the process of a referendum in a Member Nation, it is the people of the Member Nation who will select the Global Government they wish to belong to. During a Global Assembly Meeting of the Earth Government, Global Parliament will accept or reject membership of a Nation in a specific Global Government.

As we have shown in the Global Constitution, the Global Community is defined as being all that exits or occurs at any location at any time between the Ozone layer above and the core of the planet below. This is an important concept and particularly useful in the context of the Global Governments Federation. A community is not about a piece of land you acquired by force or otherwise. One could think of a typical community of a million people that does not have to be bounded by a geographical or political border. It can be a million people living in many different locations all over the world. The Global Community is thus more fluid and dynamic. We need to let go the archaic ways of seeing a community as the street where I live and contained by a border. Many conflicts and wars will be avoided by seeing ourselves as people with a heart, a mind and a Soul, and as part of a community with the same. The Global Community is this great, wide, wonderful world made of all these diverse global communities.

A global symbiotical relationship between two or more nations, or between two or more global communities, can have trade as the major aspect of the relationship or it can have as many other aspects as agreed by the people involved. The fundamental criteria is that a relationship is created for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development.

This is the basic concept that is allowing us to group Member Nations from different parts of the world. For example, the Global Government of North America can be made of willing Member Nations such as Canada, the United States, Mexico, Great Britain, the Territories, and include the North Pole region. Other nations and territories are welcome to join in.

Chapter 14.5.4    The Global Governments Federation
Article 1:    The Global Governments Federation
1.     Where a vote is taken, any member of the Global Governments Federation may also act on behalf of not more than one other member. Abstentions by members present in person or represented shall not prevent the adoption by the global Council of decisions which require unanimity.
2.     The President of the Global Parliament may be invited to be heard by the Global Governments Federation.
3.     The Global Governments Federation shall establish its procedural rules by a simple majority. The Global Governments Federation shall be assisted by the General Secretariat of the Earth Executive Council.

Life extinction crisis was caused by a global and local economic system based on capitalism, namely Transnational Corporations CEOs at home and overseas whom all should be brought to Justice.

The extinction crisis was caused by an economic system based on capitalism which promotes accumulation by dispossession, and ceaseless growth designed and calculated to encourage a higher yearly GDP that is destroying ecosystems the world over. The global socioeconomic system of capitalism is thus forcing us to work harder to surpass previous GDP consumption and population numbers until we have devoured everything that maintains life, ending up with a polluted, lifeless, and scorched planet. This system made it possible for 1% of people in the world, namely Transnational Corporations CEOs, and mostly global corporate America, to have as much wealth as half the world's population, with always the overriding goal for which maximal profits, and not the needs and welfare of future generations. Capitalism has institutionalized a global ignorance, in which producers and consumers cannot know or care about one another, so that the pollution and human exploitation caused in the production and transportation of goods in the world has remained invisible and opaque to consumers. The combined effects of aggressive marketing, advertising, and planned product obsolescence has meant that the consumer’s oversized footprint is largely a consequence of the global power of this 1% so, in that sense, it is perhaps more accurate to speak of corporate global ecological footprints rather than the footprints of nations or individuals. In a nutshell, capitalism is responsible for the extinction crisis and, therefore, its defenders and endorsers, mainly the CEOs of corporate America at home and overseas, including their Chief Operating Officers, Board of directors, and Chief Financial Officers, should be brought to justice.
