We live in a world where all natural and human resources
are exploited without limits, so that a small minority can consume far
more than their rightful share of the world's real wealth. Now, while that
is going on, we found that the industrial era faces a burnout, because
it is exhausting the human and natural resource base on which our very
lives depend.
We are facing crises of freshwater, food, deforestation,
and ocean health. We need leadership in the protection of all our natural
resources. All of our natural resources are in peril because of what we
do and what that does to our planet. We are facing a fresh water crisis.
We are facing a food crisis. We are facing a crisis over deforestation.
And we are facing crises in our oceans. While carbon emissions from fossil
fuels pollute the air, so does a lot of other stuff. Now is the time to
press for leadership in the protection of all our natural resources.
We are facing social crises all over the world and a surge
of violent protests from economic upheaval. The global economic crash has
already caused plant closings, foreclosures, bank failures, bankruptcies,
and caused many tens of millions to be unemployed across the planet. There
is an increased civil unrest and ethnic strife everywhere.
Fighting poverty goes hand in hand with fighting climate
change; you can't expect people to starve today to save tomorrow's planet.
But all these crises are due to human activities and,
truly, to our ways of doing business and trade. Our ways of consuming resources
and doing things are the causes of major global problems.
Allowing the corporate sector to review their own activities and conducting their own checks and balances is like letting the fox guard the chicken coop,
i.e. multinational corporations have a vested interest in making sure that they
make money and go unpunished for breaking all Ten Commandments and much more. By the time we realized it was wrong to choose a world economic model based entirely on profit,
it was be too late. The Earth ecosystem, our
life-support system, have been destroyed beyond repair.
So from now on corporate and societal checks and balances will have to be verified and enforced by the Ministry of the Global Social-Economic Reform (GSER) as a replacement to the
globalization system of the G8 nations.
From now on, building global communities for peace
require understanding of global problems this generation is facing and
be able to do something about that. There are
several major problems: conflicts and wars, no tolerance and compassion
for one another, world overpopulation, unemployment, insufficient protection
and prevention for global health, scarcity of resources and drinking water,
poverty, Fauna and Flora species disappearing at a fast rate, global warming
and global climate change, global pollution, permanent lost of the Earth's
genetic heritage, and the destruction of the global life-support systems
and the eco-systems of the planet. We need to build global communities
that will manage themselves with the understanding of those problems. All
aspects are interrelated: global peace, global sustainability, global rights
and the environment. The jobless is more concerned with ending starvation,
finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to
survive. Environmental issues become meaningless to the jobless. In reality,
all concerns are interrelated because the ecology of the planet has no
boundaries. Obviously, as soon as our environment is destroyed or polluted
beyond repair, human suffering is next. The mindless destruction of our
global life-support systems is more than just a terrorist attack on our
security, it is the final blow to all life as we know it. There is no salvation
for our Souls after this is happening. There will be no Heaven for Souls
aimed at or allowing destruction of life on our planet. The only 'hope'
is in the personal efforts everyone must make to know what the problems
are and help. We must educate ourselves and help others do the same.
Our goal for peace in the world can only be reached by
resolving those global problems. Those problems have brought up a planetary
state of emergency. In view of the planetary state of emergency, shown
and declared by the Global Community, we all must change, we must do things
differently to give life on Earth a better survival chance and bring about
the event of peace amongst us all.
Truly, the US financial crisis
had an early beginning in 1945 when a few elites from the White House,
war industry, the military and 'Christians of the political right' decided
to build the most powerful military organization in the world at the expense
of American taxpayers, mostly from the middle class, and at the expense
of the global environment and all life on Earth. Greed and wants of this
rich elite had no limits. They got protection from the military and thus,
a military type of political system, also called the US democratic political
system. Since WWII, they forced expansion of the military onto the
American middle class taxpayers. But there was never enough money to pay
for the mindless expenditures of the military. So successive corrupted
White House Administrations borrowed the money. They fudged reasons and
created situations in the world to make believe Americans needed these
expenditures and the media did the rest. As if the Global Community needs
more destruction on our planet. And that has caused and created a huge
deficit and national debt to Americans. On September 15, 2008, the world
witnessed the beginning of the collapse of Wall Street, but Americans were
already bankrupted on that day. The astronomically high military expenditures
caused America to be bankrupted. The love-relationship Americans have with
their military was not to be blamed for the collapse, and so Wall Street
and financial institutions took all the blame. Even Main Street was accused
of wrong doing. But not the military!?!! Directly or indirectly, over half
the US population now works for the military, and that explains a lot of
things. This American cowboy style mentality and economic warfare, that
is shoot or bomb first and ask questions later, has spread all over the
world. People see working for the military as a salvation. Working for
the military, directly or indirectly, created a new class of people in
society because working for the military pays well and means long term
employment. Since WWII and especially during the worst time of the financial
crisis those people working for the military were given preferences and
bail-outs, trillions of dollars, never lost their homes and savings, and
this was with the approval of the US White House and other governments
of the G8 nations. Anyone else lost their jobs, savings, homes, and now
live in poverty. The financial crisis showed the world in a flash corruption
of the US White House and other G8 nations which created this situation.
The US market took a great hit and pulled the global markets
down. The US-style de-regulated corporate capitalism thrives on empowering
the most powerful and enriching the richest. Power and wealth never percolates
down to the ordinary people, the middle class, more specifically not to
those who dont work for the war industry. The few elites from the G8 nations
have allowed a de-regulated Wall Street to collapse on its own and swapping
off most people savings in the process, pension funds, and retirement funds.
Millions of people lost their homes. But not the people working directly
or indirectly for the military! Quite the opposite happened! People connected
to the military are getting bail outs by the trillions of dollars. They
are part of 'a different class in our society', let us called them the
'milt-mid class'. That is the 'military middle class'. Most
of them are Christians from the political right. And that makes Christian
religion an invading force in the world. Somewhat like our first North
America explorers and settlers. As soon as they stepped foot on the newly
found continent they said this is ours. Just because someone put a flag
on Mount Everest, the Moon or on Mars means that someone owns the mountain,
the Moon or planet Mars.
Things dont work that way. Unless you are a predator, you know someone
who kills other life-fomrs to feed itself. A killer! An invader! Like our
first explorers who found the Americas and shut dead the Natives or, if
any survive, force them to become Christians . That is what we are doing
today. No different! Except now we use WMDs. First, we use the World Bank
and the IMF to buy a population with bankrupted money, fake money. Money
is the new face of the Christian religion. Not something Christ would have
approved of.
And if you believe the American economy will get better
because of the trillions of dollars impetus of the new US Administration,
dream again America. Actually dont dream! Everytime you dream it destroys
life and the planet. Besides, having passed Peak Oil & Gas and going
down to less and less oil & gas availability in the world, money will
soon be meaning nothing. The dollar will soon be worth less than Zimbabwe
money. That's why the US White House never care so much about building
an astronomically high national debt and annual deficit. Past US Administrations
have known the reality of resources availability on our planet for decades
and never care much about sound economic planning because at the end it
is meaningless.
The "more is better" version of the American dream is
unsustainable environmentally, fueling resource consumption that the planet
cannot keep up with, and socially, forcing families into a work-and-spend
treadmill that depletes savings and clutters lives. The financial crisis
is itself a proof that the dream is unsustainable economically, as well.
In less than a generation from now, oil & gas depletion will make the
prices go much higher than we have seen lately. Our need for oil is everywhere
and its price will skyrocket like never before. A $200/barrel of oil is
a likely price until such time when everyone will be fighting for every
drop of oil. Most building materials will be too expensive because they
are either made from oil or they are manufactured with the energy of oil,
natural gas, and coal. Transportation uses oil (diesel and gasoline). Electricity
is used in the manufacture and construction of houses. Coal (which is transported
with diesel) and natural gas (which uses oil in exploration, drilling operations,
and transport of workers) provide the energy for electric power generation.
Thus coal and natural gas costs, as well as the cost of electricity, will
increase with the increasing price of oil. Everything will cost more and
more as the price of oil increases. We will be facing the collapse of civilization
as we know it.
We are seeing today that the US White House is very nervous
about America's future. Trillions of bankcrupted dollars are given away
to American corporations so they can buy out foreign corporations in control
of energy resources and of other essential resources for the survival of
America. That is causing a problem in Canada. The oil and gas industry
in Canada is owned by foreigners. Most Canadians will never see the good
of the wealth but they will suffer its impacts on the environment and the
global warming of the planet.
That's right! Just the global warming impacts. This is the proof of how
the White House deliberately and strategically from 1947 on, made use of
its military and economic warfare to plunder the resources of the Middle
East nations and of nations worldwide, including Canada. Somewhat like
pirates on high sea attacking a ship. With the approval of the United Nations,
of course! They are still trying to make the world believe what they have
done was the right thing to do. The next generations of Americans will
have to live with the fact that their wealth, their goods, their fake righteousness,
their out-of-control lifestyle, their ways of doing things, their prosperous
economy over the past decades, their civilization, all of it, is due to
the plundering of Iraq, to blood oil and gas, and to the unfair and corrupted
globalization system they have created. Blood resources is not the way
we should be dealing with the rest of the world. Nothing to be proud of!
People used to look up to Americans because they did not know their true
faces, and because they were caught in a web of lies of successive White
House Administrations. Now they dont!
During the very first months of the US Primaries, President
Obama already bent down to the two strongest lobbyist groups of the USA:
1) the military; and
2) pro-Israel AIPAC.
That's no surprise! He could not have got anywhere
and become President without bending down to them. War and its industry
have been the main drives of the past US Administrations. The so called
'American Dream' and 'US prosperity' were fuelled by this desire of building
up the biggest engine of destruction ever seen in human history: the
American military. The bigger the better! So Obama had to bend down
despite his own desire of not letting lobbyist groups running the White
House. Or was that just a small talk lie.
Since its creation in 1947, Israel has been used by successive
US Administrations as the Trojan Horse for the invasion of the Middle East.
This is when the American invasion of the Middle East was deliberately
started by the White House. A well planned strategic military invasion
to plunder the resources of an other nation! Blood oil and gas! The UN
had no right to create the State of Israel. They forced their way into
over one billion Muslims and Arabs and have done ever since. It has become
a necessity to implement a total and global embargo on all American consumer
products, goods and services, and mass destruction chemicals, nuclear war
heads, weapons, war products and war equipment. The war industry throughout
the world must be put to a complete halt and shelved forever from humanity.
The Global Community is asking all peoples never again to buy American
products. Let us call 'blood oil and gas'
the oil and gas produced in a war zone in order to finance an American
invasion, and the American economy, or supporting a White House Earth resources
exploitation. We could extend the name to 'blood resources' or 'blood
Earth resources' to mean any Earth natural resource. Geopolitical boundaries
between nations are gradually disappearing to make place to georesources
boundaries. Blood oil and gas is illegal and the Agency of Global Police
has already got a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Bush and Cheney.
The Bush Gang should be prosecuted over mass murder before the Earth Court
of Justice (in absentia if necessary) for their involvement in the ongoing
Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Genocides. They are dangerous criminals.
In 1947, when there were over one billion Moslims and
Arabs opposing the partition of Palestine, suddenly the USA came along
to coerce the UN membership and created the State of Israel, an area already
overcrowded and politically volatile. How come?! Well! We all know now
but fear to say it. It is because the USA wanted the oil and gas of the
Middle East to build the biggest military power of the world, with all
the WMDs you can ever imagine and more. The mother of all invaders!! Hitler
seems now like a kid in the block compared to the USA. War and militarism
destroy civil liberties within a nation. What happens to a person's conscience
when he/she wears the uniform of the soldier? It is enslaved to the state.
He must kill when ordered. No government, whether democratic or despotic,
can allow the soldier to decide what to do according to his conscience.
That would undermine discipline and the power to fight. Territorial conflicts
has for millennium been the basis of war and mass killing of others. Throughout
the ages wars have been fought over land, and other Earth natural resources.
Blood resources started when the first explorers came to America and started
to shut dead Natives. Explorers had to come back home with the prospect
of future catches for their countries. We have seen oil conflicts in the
Persian Gulf, and the Caspian Sea Basin. We have seen water conflicts in
the Nile Basin, the Jordan, and Indus River Basins. We have seen wars being
fought over minerals and timber in Brazil, Angola, Cambodia, Columbia,
Congo, Liberia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. The view from space shows
us a global landscape in which competition over resources is the governing
principle behind the use of economic and military power. Truly, resources
have become the new political boundaries. Geopolitical boundaries between
nations are gradually disappearing to make place to georesources boundaries.
Democracy is an excuse to gain control over those resources by mega corporations.
'Blood oil and gas' is certainly a proof of this statement.
In North America, the Security and Prosperity Partnership
of North America (SPP), also known as the North American Union - formerly
launched at a March 23, 2005 Waco, Texas meeting attended by George Bush,
Mexico's President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin.
These leaders signed a tri-national agreement for greater economic, political,
and security integration with secret business and government working groups
devising binding policies with no public knowledge or legislative debate.
Truly, this is a military-backed corporate coup d'etat against the sovereignty
of the three nations, with their populations and legislative bodies. It's
a dagger through the heart of democratic freedom in all three without letting
the public know of what is happening.
In November 2008, EU President-in-Office Sarkozy and US
Administration have proposed a series of summits on global governance,
involving first the G8 and then extending to include G20 nations. They
are proposing the creation of a new global financial system or new Bretton
Woods. The aim must be to overhaul capitalism, not by questioning the idea
of a market economy but observing certain principles. If our world leaders,
the few elites, have their way again, the world will have some sort of
expanded WTO, NAFTA, or G8 nations with an unlimited power over the economies
of the world. A world anti-government! No less! If we believe the EU and
G8 leaders, the world will become a large casino playground with principles.
NATO will be asked to protect such a system. A new world order! Governance
at its best! Money is all that counts! The big corporate rulers, the war
industry, and Christians from the political right will be fully protected.
Actually we will be back to the aftermath of WWII when the US Administration
of the time decided to build the biggest military force in the world at
the expenses of its taxpayers, the environment and all life on the planet.
So we are back to the future once more.
Now in 2009, the worst that could have happened is happening.
The bad guys from Wall Street and banks got a bail out. The military has
been exonerated from all charges. Many USA public and private institutions
are now under the protection of the White House Adminstration with taxpayers
moneys and nationalized. The world is following again a path of destruction
that got us all here today. Successive corrupted US White Administrations,
bad financial fundamentals, out-of-control stock market, and astronomically
high military expenditures have contributed to the bankruptcy of the US
economy. Through its military , the IMF and World Bank, and its lies and
bullying tactics at the United Nations, the White House, and other G8 leaders,
have spread a fundamentally wrong philosophy and democratic governance
to the rest of the world, a philosophy of hate, greed and destruction by
all means. And that is threatening the security of all life on our planet.
Truly, our world is not governed by democratically elected governments.
It is ruled by global financial institutions in the service of financial
speculators who exchange trillions of dollars daily in search of instance
unearned profits to increase the wealth, and the power, of the richest
people on the planet. They bring down governments that displease them,
and buy and sell the largest corporations like commodities. By design and
law the defining priority and obligation of these governing institutions
is to generate financial profits to make rich people richer, in short to
increase inequality in a world in desperate need of greater equity.
Truly, we are at the crossroads of the most serious economic
and social crisis in modern history, far deeper than the financial crisis
itself. In a flash, people saw the worst of humanity, what was hidden behind
Wall Street, greed and mindless consumption, and people ready to do anything
to keep things the way they are now. They asked and got a bail out. People
not connected with the military lost everything they had and now live in
poverty.
Labour rights are abused in efforts to earn more profits.
This leads to abhorrent working conditions, job insecurity and low living
standards (all global rights). The WTO and NAFTA are such organizations
promoting free trade at the expense of labour rights and the environment.
Consumers in developed countries have been socialized to want more and
more things to consume but have not been socialized to appreciate the impact
of their consumption choices on the global rights of other people; that
is, they are not being responsible for their decisions.
Major factors have caused the global crisis which triggered
the planetary state of emergency declared by the Global Community. An important
factor is the disconnected with reality, unfair and corrupted governance
focusing only on finances, trade and consumption.
The US White House has been running a deficit of nearly
a half trillion dollars for a long period of time, and now this annual
deficit is well over one trillion dollar this year. Americans have accumulated
a nation debt of over 10 trillion dollars. Such state of affairs is actually
that of a bankrupted nation. The high deficit was caused in large part
by the huge military expenditures, the US war industry. Directly or indirectly,
more than half the population of the United States work for the industry.
The global financial crisis has propelled the French Leader
and EU Leader to go all around the world to organize a Summit in November
2008, the Summit of all G8 nations, the most industrialized nations, and
G20 nations, and 'fix' the crisis.
Now all these G20 leaders are interested in fixing their
economies, not the global crisis. They are insterested in money, the stock
market, not the people of the world, all life on Earth, the
future of the next generations, or the environment. A money fix will not
solve the problem. Money is used to deal with goods as an exchange between
people, businesses and governments in the world. The problem is not money.
The problem is the amount of goods being taken from the Earth, exchanged
and consumed, and all the pollution and destruction associated with this
process. The problem is the fundamentally wrong economic system created
to allow these exchanges to occur for the benefit of a few rich people
on the planet and at the expenses of an overpopulated world, the poor and
the middle class people, 6.7 billion people, and at the expenses of all
life on Earth, the environment, and the global life-support systems. A
money fix is not the solution.
They will also talk about NATO's future and how the organization
can be used to rule the world under the leadership of the G8 nations. A
fundamentally bad new world order.
The main intergovernmental bodies including the United
Nations, the Bretton Woods institutions, the World Trade Organizations
(WTO), the European Union (EU), and the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA) have all endorsed the New World Order on behalf of their corporate
sponsors.
Over its long history, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO), a military alliance of democratic states in Europe and North America,
an organization mostly paid for by the US White House and, therefore, by
"Christians of the political right", is the official protector of the corporate
sponsors.
Governments in both developed and developing countries
have abandoned their historical role of regulating key economic variables
as well as ensuring a minimum livelihood for their people. They are no
longer sustainable locally. The United Nations failed to make sustainable
development a priority in every community on the planet. The global concept
of sustainable development that was brought forward in the late 1980s has
failed. The US failed it in a big way and the United Nations would not
or could not hold on to it.
We are dealing here with a complex and centralized constellation
of economic power in which the instruments of market manipulation have
a direct bearing on the lives of billions of people. The prices of food,
water, fuel are determined at the global level, beyond the reach of national
government policy. The price hikes of these three essential commodities
constitute an instrument of economic warfare, carried out through the free
market. These hikes in the prices of food, water and fuel are contributing
in a very real sense to eliminating the poor through starvation deaths.
The sugar coated bullets of the free market kill our children. The act
to kill is instrumented in a detached fashion through computer program
trading on the commodity exchanges, where the global prices of rice, wheat
and corn are decided upon.
Those at the helm, the big corporate rulers, and all of
those who, directly or indirectly, work for the war industry, are getting
bail outs in this financial crisis, not Main Street. Now, as we push the
exploitation of the Earth social and environmental systems beyond their
limits of tolerance, we face the reality that the industrial era faces
a burnout, because it is exhausting the human and natural resource base
on which our very lives depend.
Resources have become the new political boundaries. Territorial
conflicts has for millennium been the basis of war and mass killing of
others. Throughout the ages wars have been fought over land, and other
Earth natural resources. We have seen oil conflicts in the Persian Gulf,
and the Caspian Sea Basin. We have seen water conflicts in the Nile Basin,
the Jordan, and Indus River Basins. We have seen wars being fought over
minerals and timber in Brazil, Angola, Cambodia, Columbia, Congo, Liberia,
the Philippines, and Indonesia.
The view from space shows us a global landscape in which
competition over resources is the governing principle behind the use of
economic and military power. Truly, resources have become the new political
boundaries. Democracy is an excuse to gain control over those resources
by mega corporations.
Ever since WWII the big corporate rulers of the G8 nations
have applied the same scenario all over the world and even using the IMF
and World Bank organizations. Americans are the sponsors of those organizations,
again with money they dont own, paper money, bankrupted money. Through
these organizations, the White House subsidized friendly governments who
help American corporations get whatever natural resources they want often
at the expenses of labour rights and the environment.
The U.S.-controlled NATO has lost its purpose to continue
as a defense alliance. However, its aggressive expansion is endangering
world peace and the survival of life on the planet. Despite its irrelevant
role, NATO has become part of the U.S. military. Becoming a NATO member
proves
to be a profit bonanza for U.S.-Israeli weapon industries and arm dealers.
All new recruits into NATO are obliged to increase their defense budgets
to modernise and enlarge their military arsenals at the expense of vital
public services. These defense budgets are truly destroying the economy
of a nation, creating a large annual deficit as we have seen in the US,
and exhausting the planet's resources and destroying the environment. Nothing
good can come out of the military build-up.
Planning, organizing and using crisis in Europe and elsewhere,
the U.S. cancelled the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty (ABM) in order to
locate ABMs and to lure more nations to sign up for the system.
After more than five years of murderous Occupation, the
US White House is directly responsible for the premeditated killing of
more than 1.3 million innocent Iraqi civilians. Hundreds of thousands of
Iraqi civilians are imprisoned and tortured on regular basis, and at least
5 million Iraqis have been displaced as refugees living in appalling conditions.
The entire sovereign nation of Iraq is destroyed in a premeditated act
of aggression justified by outright lies. Moreover, despite the overwhelming
majority of the Iraqi people’s opposition to the Occupation, the Bush regime
refused to withdraw U.S. troops and mercenaries from Iraq and end the murderous
Occupation of their nation.
We, Global Citizens,
therefore affirm the following recommendations:
1. That the US and its
coalition partners immediately cease all violations of the civil, political
and human rights of the people of Iraq;
2. That the military occupation
of Iraq be immediately ended;
3. That all parties guilty of
war crimes against the Iraqi people be brought to justice under Global
Law; the Earth Court of Justice will prosecute the offenders;
4. That reparations be paid by
all responsible parties to the people of Iraq for the damages caused by
both the war and the occupation; the amount to be paid should be no less
than 8 trillion US dollars coming from the governments involved, and not
from the resources of Iraq;
5. That we work to strengthen
the mobilization of the global antiwar movement;
6. That the occupation of Palestine,
Afghanistan and all other colonized areas is illegal and should be brought
to an end immediately;
The Global Community is very concerned about the state of
the world today and the causes that brought up so much frictions and wars
between nations. The world has seen the rise of an invading world power,
the USA, ever since WWII. The United Nations has never done anything to
stop the invasion. The United Nations (UN) leadership has been one of
a 'watcher', an observer. The UN watch the world go by, on the brink
of self-destruction and of being invaded, environmentally and militarily,
and you do nothing. The United Nations, US Administration, World Bank and
IMF are corrupted organizations and never to be trusted of anything. The
Global Community will never go along with these organizations, and EU President-in-Office
Sarkozy, concerning any economic recovery they have created for themselves.
Climate change is a result of the rising global temperatures
associated with global warming and human activities, the effects of which
have a direct impact on all life on Earth. Obama’s election campaign target
of “2% annual reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) pollution” falls far short
of the 6-8% annual GHG pollution reduction required to avert a catastrophic
450 parts per million of atmospheric carbon dioxide equivalent and a temperature
increase of 2 degrees centigrade. Stabilizing at 450 ppmv CO2-e requires,
at least, global energy related emissions to peak by 2014, rapidly decline
at 7-9% per year between 2018 and 2035, and for full decarbonization sometime
in 2050. If global temperature rose by the predicted 5C to 8C by 2100,
agriculture would be destroyed and life would be impossible over much of
the planet. Obama should know that the cost of acting to counter climate
change, by stabilising emissions of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, might
be about 1 per cent of annual global GDP by 2050. But the cost of doing
nothing will be far greater – risking up to 20 per cent of the world's
wealth.
Global warming is causing the melting of the polar ice
caps. The Polar Regions are very sensitive indicators of global warming.
These regions are highly vulnerable to rising temperatures and may be virtually
ice free by the summer of 2030. Beside the global warming of the planet,
there is another factor that contributes to warming of the waters in the
Arctic It is the increase in discharge rates from melting glaciers. This
runoff is much warmer than the Arctic Ocean water. The net result is a
slight warming of the Arctic Ocean waters and a dilution of salinity.
There are other important causes of the melting of the
North Pole. And that brought up the Global Community to declare a planetary
state of emergency.
We have shown that several events have contributed to
the planetary state of emergency:
A) widespread poverty
and hunger in more than half the world population
B) The global warming of the planet
due to human activities
C) Climate change
D) Economic and military invasion
of nations by the United States and NATO
E) Absence of fair and democratic
global governance at the United Nations and European Union
F) Our global environment and
global life-support systems are threatened by:
-
any of the above mentioned events
-
pollution worldwide
-
the U.S.A. military exploded war heads over the bottom of
the Indian ocean, and that scenario created a tsunami wave in 2004.
Just a test, said the captain of the submarine that did it.
-
the U.S.A. military exploded war heads to melt the Polar
Cap and glaciers. All nations capable of such an extreme action against
humanity and all life on Earth must be disarmed and pay for the independent
global investigation. The United States is the only nation that would profit
from the melting of the North Pole and is capable of such an extreme action
against humanity and all life. Blood resources.
The UN never applied hard sanctions against the US
actions in the North. We know the US military has used nuclear war heads
to melt the polar ice but the UN never even mentioned this important factor
during the last Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Why?!
And why have they not mentioned nuclear war heads explosions in our oceans?
Ever since WWII several nations have acquired the US nuclear technology
and know how, have been trained by US experts, and exploded nuclear war
heads in our oceans. Truly, over time, these explosions have caused major
destruction of life in our oceans! They have also caused physical and chemical
disturbances strong enough to change the natural balance of water systems
at the origin of climate change. Again why were these important factors
not mentioned by IPCC? I am a scientist myself but when I see the destruction
of our planet by the military, then I stand up for values, for what it
is right not just for myself but for all life on the planet. And so should
you!
When has the UN ever taken side of those nations being
invaded? The UN never did!
When has the UN ever stood up for the principles in the
UN Charter and stopped the invaders, and at least enforced hard sanctions
against the invaders? The UN never did!
The UN has been a watcher, an observer, a non-participant.
And that is a crime against humanity.
The UN should never be promoting war as a solution to
world problems. That alone is against global sustainability. Sustainability
means no war. War is the greatest act of destruction. There is no worst
action than war.
By creating the State of Israel, the UN has perpetuated
the archaic concept of land ownership, a concept that is threatening security
in the world and all life on Earth. The UN never had a human criteria for
the creation of a new nation. Now they are forcing another one to the Palestinians
by arbitrarily creating the State of Palestine. Only the Earth Court of
Justice can re-evaluate the creation of the State of Israel and evaluate
the application for the creation of the State of Palestine. All Peoples
have to be educated of the new way for the good of all.
The UN is promoting a culture of violence and war, and
certainly that goes against Global Sustainability and Global Peace. That
is the worst thing the UN could ever to humanity. It is totally opposite
to the Global Vision that the Global Community is promoting. And it is
totally insane!
The UN knew America was invading the Middle East. Why
has the UN not enforced hard sanctions against the USA for its bullying
tactics at the UN to get what it wants? The UN leadership could have avoided
the situation we have today. The UN did nothing at a critical time. The
UN watched things happening. The UN is the organization where bullying
takes place by those with nuclear war heads. The world is threatened by
nuclear war heads. The five permanents members of the UN are allowed to
bully any other nations. The USA is invading the world, and the UN can
do nothing to stop them. The USA is allowed to invade other nations, change
their governments, and has often made lies in speeches to the UN, to the
world.
The leadership of the United Nations has failed to enforce
disarmement. All weapons of mass destruction should have been phased out
a long time ago. Why are the USA still holding the world hostage with its
40,000 nuclear war heads, and biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction?
What has the UN ever done to help the phasing out of WMDs? Now several
nations, including North Korea and Iran feel threatened just like everyone
else and will refuse to be invaded. They would rather take on the US. Russia
and China will also refuse to be invaded. The UN has done nothing to phase
out WMDs.
Certainly we ought to disarm all nations from all weapons
of mass destruction.
The Global Community stands firm on wanting to replace
the United Nations with the Federation of Global Governments.
This is the what should be done to keep us and the planet healthy
The Global Community has found a way of dealing with globalization: global ethics. In the past, corporations ruled without checks and balances.
For now on global ethics will be a basic minimum to do business and trade, and
there will be checks and balances. Our judgement will be based on global ethics. Global ethics must always be grounded in realities. But realities are changing
constantly and are different in different places. We live in a world that
makes progress toward democracy. Ethics and morality exist only when human beings can act freely. In our free society, rights are tied to responsibilities.
Corporations are committed to improvement in business performance and
want to be seen as 'good corporate citizens' on a local and a global scale. Corporations have social responsibilities as they are an integral part of society.
Global ethics recalls that those realities, on which others build upon, have to
be protected first. The Global Community has found that universal values and global rights as described in the Global Constitution were the foundation of global ethics.
The Global Community has now at hand the method and framework to conduct societal checks and balances of a global sustainable development. A more balanced world economy will result
of annual checks and balances. Corporations will take their
social responsibilities and become involved in designing, monitoring, and implementing these checks and balances. Several corporations have already done so. Results
will be taken into account in the evaluation of sustainable
development. Corporations are required to expand their responsibilities to include global rights, the environment, community and family aspects, safe working conditions,
fair wages and sound sustainable consumption aspects.
So from now on corporate and societal checks and balances will have to be verified and enforced by the Ministries of the Global Social-Economic Reform (GSER) as a replacement to the
globalization system of the G8 nations.
Living at the crossroads of this global crisis, we must
hasten its passage, while assisting in the birth of a new civilization,
the global civilization, based on life affirming rather than money affirming
values. All over the world people are indeed waking up to the truth. We
should strive and take steps to reclaim and rebuild our local economy.
Ideally our economy should be local; rooting power in
the people and communities who realize their well-being depends on the
health and vitality of their local ecosystem.
A global economy empowers global corporations and financial
institutions, local economies empower people. It is our consciousness,
our ways of thinking and our sense of membership in the Global Community,
which should be global. Life is about living, not consuming. A life of
material sufficiency can be filled with social, cultural, intellectual
and spiritual abundance that place no burden on the planet. It is time
to assume responsibility for creating a new future of just and sustainable
societies free from the myth that competition, greed and mindless consumption
are paths to individual and collective fulfillment.
Perhaps the greatest improvement to our way of doing things is the nationalization of all Earth natural resources.
In order to better protect life on our planet, the Global
Community is asking people of all nations to defend and protect their natural
resources. In particular, all the hydrocarbons within a national territory
must be nationalized. It is an obligation, not only of a national government,
but also of all the active forces in a country; it is the duty of local
and municipal authorities, the duty of state authorities – of everyone
– to take upon themselves this defense and this recuperation of natural
resources.
Nationalization is not new. The global financial crisis
is good example of nationalization. When Wall Street started to crash,
Lehman Brothers went for bankruptcy protection, Merrill Lynch merged with
Bank of America, AIG was nationalized by the U.S. Government, Fannie Mae
and Freddie Mac were bailed out by the U.S. Government. CEO's and big investors
got out okay. Ordinary employees and Main Street people suffered heavily.
The collapse of the Wall Street giants came six months after the meltdown
of Bear Stearns and a year after the start of the credit crisis, which
was due to bad mortgage financing and real estate investments. Despite
all efforts, the U.S. market took a great hit and pulled the global markets
down.
The US Government thought it would be wise to nationalize
key financial institutions, and others were partially nationalized, so
why not natural resources? They are in great danger of being destroyed
(forests, oceans, fresh water, soils, air we breath, electromagnetic spectrum)
or destroying all life on Earth (petroleum rersources). Once Canadians
have recovered these natural resources, it will generate employment. The
plundering of our natural resources by international and transnational
oil and gas companies has come to an end. And for this reason we want to
share the joy on this historic day of nationalization. October 29 is the
day to celebrate ownership of our natural resources.
If indeed previous governments have used the Armed Forces
for the benefit of transnational corporations, the Armed Forces can now
be used to unite for their country, for their nation, for their patria.
The Federation of Global Governments is a government of the people, a native
government. We are the global community. We want to ask government to defend
its sovereignty, its dignity and above all the integrity of its territory,
we want to ask that it takes charge of all the oil fields of all of its
nation for the benefits of its citizens at home in communities.
Nationalization is a necessity because American corporations
have been buying local corporations to acquire natural resources of other
nations worldwide with bankcrupted money. Same as saying that Americans
got bankcrupted because of the White House war industry high expenditures
and money handed over to American corporations to acquire foreign resources.
This state of affairs has been going on ever since WWII. Over the past
decades, the US national debt and annual deficit have been out-of-control
because of a complete business freedom of the US corporate world. No taxation!
When a large corporation is about to go out of business, the White House
intervened with a bail out.
For example in Canada, the property of the hydrocarbons,
the oil and natural gas, and tarsands, have been mostly owned by
American and other foreign corporations. Our natural resources have been
bought out by foreigners. Pipelines have been built to transport the oil
and natural gas to the customers in the United States without paying taxes
to Canada. Canadian corporations have been taken over by American corporations
with bankrupted money, paper money, Stock Exchange money, money that Americans
dont even have. The White House prints dollar bills by the trillions and
give them to corporations to buy more Canadian corporations. This is no
longer a fair exchange of something tangible with something else of an
equivalent value. We have natural resources and Americans have bankrupted
money to exchange with. That's not right! How can we let that happened?
It is time to nationalize Canadian natural resources.
From this point onward, those Canadian natural resources
will be under control of the Canadian people, for Canadians, and help resolve
Canada’s economic and social problems.
Most of Canada's large corporations have been bought out
in this way by the US and other foreigners. We have seen a gradual lost
of Canada's sovereignty because of 'Free Trade' and the signing of the
World Trade Organization (WTO) agreement. How can this be happening?! Americans
were bankrupted long before the Wall Street crash. And yet American corporations
have been buying Canadian corporations with money they dont even have.
All on paper! The Canadian energy sector has been a major target of American
buyers.
Over time Canadian corporations were created to supply
oil and gas to the US, especially California. Pipelines were built throughout
Canada and now feed US customers. Now that Americans control those Canadian
corporations, the cost of selling the petroleum products to US customers
have been lower than what Canadians actually pay for them. No income tax
are paid by the US corporations on Canadian land. Basically, Canadian natural
resources are being 'legally' stolen from Canada at no cost to Americans
(bankrupted money) and no tax to be paid to Canada. Somewhat like what
the World Bank and the IMF are doing in the world but then the US is also
in charge of these two organizations. The US uses bankrupted money to supply
them with the cash they need to promote American values in the world and
take away Earth resources from the developing nations. This way of doing
things has been going on ever since WWII. Americans are buying their way
with bankrupted money.
In Canada, American corporations have the full legal protection
of the WTO and NAFTA agreements. What is even worse is that the cost of
security for sending the petroleum products to the US, by now US control
corporations, is dumped onto Canadian taxpayers, not on the oil and gas,
and pipeline corporations. How fair is that?! How is that possible?! How
can we let that happened?! First American corporations buy Canadians corporations
with money they dont own, bankrupted money. Then they carry Canadian natural
resources through pipelines also built by Canadians taxpayers. They pay
no taxes. And Canadian taxpayers are responsible of security for the transportation
of the petroleum products to the US customers. Canadians are not getting
a fair exchange of natural resources for fake money. They call that
' free trade '. Canadian environmental standards have to be lowered from
beginning to end, from the exploration phase to development and transportation
of the resources to the US customers in favour of corporations that allow
more pollution into the environment and favor the violation of labour rights
in the process.
Gee!!! What world are we living in?! It is the US invading
Canada, legally. It is the US invading the world, developing nations, legally??!!
Well! Not so legally! In Canada it is economic warfare! And of course Canadians
have no chance against trillions of dollars of bankcrupted money, fake
money. In other countries, the US White House use both military and economic
warfare.
Unless a reformed or empowered Global Community, the Federation
of Global Governments, is leading firmly upon the principle of equal rights
for all Global Citizens, then the planet will be controlled by a handful
of vested interests.
A sound governance and management of our planet is needed
for the long term survival of our species, for the protection of all life.
We need ways of organizing ourselves to help us live in
a world with less energy and to grow strong caring communities in which
we get more of our human satisfaction from caring relationships and less
from material goods. We need to reclaim the ideal of being a democratic
middle-class people without extremes of wealth and poverty. We need to
recover a deep sense of community that has disappeared from many of our
lives. This means letting go a sense of ourselves as consumption machines.
The worst human activities that has been most destructive of our environmental and social structures has been the practice of war between nations and the illegal invasion
of nations to acquire their resources.
War is not sustainable to all life on the planet. It never
was. The military option, war, is against global sustainability and global
peace in a big way. The worst environmental degradation happens in wars.
Wars threaten the survival of all life on our planet. Leaders who promote
wars as a solution to a problem are true terrorists.
The military is no replacement to the " will of the people
", democracy, the rule of law, social justice, and to Global Rights and
Global Justice. The Global Community has no need of a subversive military
force. NATO must be subject to the people, the Global Community, and to
the Federation of Global Governments.
We need to end war as a means of settling international
disputes and dismantle our military establishment.
