Box 64 249810 Russia ers@tarusa.ru Dear German, As we can see UNO fails in carrying out the tasks the Earth community charged it with. There are a lot of examples of this failure. The events in Yugoslavia show us that UNO has turned into an obedient device of the USA and aggressive block of NATO. That is why UNO has lost it's image of a just world judge. Two more World organisations - UNESCO and Rome Club - bring out important and useful work. But they lack new ideas and thus they are out of the resources of the development. Global religious confessions failed in uniting the Mankind as they were to do. In spite of all the efforts of the mentioned above organisations the Mankind has found itself at the edge of the global crises. Therefore I sustain the creation of the new Global organisation proposed by you. |
