Planarchist

Today, the world is facing social crises all over the planet and a surge of violent protests from economic upheaval. The global economic crash has already caused plant closings, foreclosures, bank failures, bankruptcies, and caused many tens of millions to be unemployed across the planet. There is an increased civil unrest and ethnic strife everywhere.

Fighting poverty goes hand in hand with fighting climate change; you can't expect people to starve today to save tomorrow's planet.

Several events have contributed to the planetary state of emergency declared by the Global Community:

A)     widespread poverty and hunger in more than half the world population
B)     The global warming of the planet due to human activities
C)     Climate change
D)     Economic and military invasion of nations by the United States and NATO
E)     Absence of fair and democratic global governance at the United Nations and European Union
F)     Our global environment and global life-support systems are threatened by:

any of the above mentioned events

pollution worldwide

blood resources.

But all these crises are due to human activities, our ways of doing business and trade, and to our ways of consuming resources, and involved well known international organizations and nations such as:

*     G8 nations,
*     World Trade Organization (WTO),
*     Free Trade Agreement (FTA),
*     North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
*     Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA),
*     World Bank,
*     International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the
*     military and war industry.

Most dont have ethics. If they do they dont follow them.

The problem is the system they have created. It has become clear that this culture of waste, mismanagement and corruption cannot reform itself.

People promoting and leading these nations and organizations are planarchists. As was first defined in the original paper published in May 2009

planarchists are the 21st Century anarchists.

Planarchist means this large body of international organizations and groups of people engaged in the large scale destruction of the global life-support systems and of the ecosystems of the planet. They are strongly opposed to the establishment of Global Parliament.

Planarchists have no true religion, they dont believe in anything but money and the wealth of the planet for themselves, they have no care for the people they represent except those who work direcly or indirectly for the war industry and the corporate elite, they refuse to acknowledge the trends of the global crisis and its chaotic end and doing something humane to prevent it, and they refuse to accept the global concepts researched and developed by the Global Community for the protection of life on our planet. Because of their wrong way of doing things, our planet is in great danger of losing its most precious asset: life. They are true anarchists, the destructive kind, and they want humanity to follow on their destructive path.

And that is threatening the security of all life on our planet. And that makes the planarchists also terrorists of the worst kind. Terrorists to all life on our planet.

Truly, our world is not governed by democratically elected governments. It is ruled by global financial institutions in the service of financial speculators who exchange trillions of dollars daily in search of instance unearned profits to increase the wealth, and the power, of the richest people on the planet. They bring down governments that displease them, and buy and sell the largest corporations like commodities. By design and law the defining priority and obligation of these governing institutions is to generate financial profits to make rich people richer, in short to increase inequality in a world in desperate need of greater equity.

Labour rights are abused in efforts to earn more profits. This leads to abhorrent working conditions, job insecurity and low living standards (all global rights). The WTO and NAFTA are such organizations promoting free trade at the expense of labour rights and the environment. Consumers in developed countries have been socialized to want more and more things to consume but have not been socialized to appreciate the impact of their consumption choices on the global rights of other people; that is, they are not being responsible for their decisions.

Major factors have caused the global crisis which triggered the planetary state of emergency declared by Global Community. An important factor is the disconnected with reality, unfair and corrupted governance focusing only on finances, trade and consumption.

An example of such state of affairs is the the US White House and its past Administration which has been running a deficit of nearly a half trillion dollars for a long period of time, and now this annual deficit is well over one trillion dollar this year. Americans have accumulated a nation debt of over 10 trillion dollars. Such state of affairs is actually that of a bankrupted nation. The high deficit was caused in large part by the huge military expenditures, the US war industry. Directly or indirectly, more than half the population of the United States work for the industry.

Terrarist

Seismic waves are the vibrations from earthquakes that travel through the Earth; they are recorded on instruments called seismographs. Seismographs record a zig-zag trace that shows the varying amplitude of ground oscillations beneath the instrument. The Richter magnitude scale was developed in 1935 by Charles F. Richter of the California Institute of Technology as a mathematical device to compare the size of earthquakes. The magnitude of an earthquake is determined from the logarithm of the amplitude of waves recorded by seismographs. The Richter Scale is not used to express damage. An earthquake in a densely populated area which results in many deaths and considerable damage may have the same magnitude as a shock in a remote area that does nothing more than frighten the wildlife. Large-magnitude earthquakes that occur beneath the oceans may not even be felt by humans. An earthquake's destructive power varies depending on the composition of the ground in an area and the design and placement of man-made structures. The extent of damage is rated on the Mercalli scale. Mercalli ratings, which are given as Roman numerals, are based on largely subjective interpretations. A low intensity earthquake, one in which only some people feel the vibration and there is no significant property damage, is rated as a II. The highest rating, a XII, is applied to earthquakes in which structures are destroyed, the ground is cracked and other natural disasters, such as landslides or tsunamis, are initiated. Richter scale ratings are determined soon after an earthquake, once scientists can compare the data from different seismograph stations. Mercalli ratings, on the other hand, can't be determined until investigators have had time to talk to many eyewitnesses to find out what occurred during the earthquake. Once they have a good idea of the range of damage, they use the Mercalli criteria to decide on an appropriate rating The biggest quake in recorded history was the 9.5 quake that struck Chile in 1960. It killed nearly 1,900 people and caused about $4 billion in damage in 2010 dollars. Generally, you won't see much damage from earthquakes that register below 4 on the Richter scale.

Now let me explain where I am going with the above description of measuring an earthquake. Global Community has developed a mean to measure the amount of destruction cause by human activities. Not by Nature! But by human activities! Why is that important? It is important because there are human activities going on in every part of the world. And the world, our planet, can only be pushed to its limits by so much destruction before everyone on the planet suffer extinction. Life extinction! So Global Community has proposed a way to measure human activities of all types and show how important and destructive consequences may be. Global Community already has researched and developed the Scale of Global Rights for people to live by. The Scale tells you what is the most important, and what is the least important for the survival of our species. By accepting the Scale as our first principle, many activities would not be conducted as we would know their destructive effects. Well! That is the idea!

We applied here the above principle and conducted measurements on the actual consequences of the Syrian uprising which started late January of 2011 and the activitiy concerning the production, transportation and burning of the dirty tar sands oil of Alberta, Canada. Of course we deal here with actual facts and events and not on what people are saying in the Media.

We define here a "terrarist" to Global Community as being a person, a group of persons, a business, a government, or an organization that by their activities have had a significant destructive effect on the global life-support systems. This is where the above measurement of the effects and activities come to be useful. For instance, a person such as Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, is a terrarist because of his position as a leader with significant powers over the world and has given hope to a small group of people, also terrarists, who started the Syrian uprising with significant consequences and destruction. A business is called a terrarist business when its activities can bring about signifiant destruction to the global life-support systems. A typical example is of course the businesses involved with the production of the dirty tar sands oil of Alberta, Canada.

Other very obvious activities that qualify as terrarism against Global Community are: economic warfare, population warfare and military warfare. All three aspects have been defined more specifically in July 2010 Newsletter.

Another type of terrarism against Global Community is related to the political relationships between nations and the United Nations. A typical example is the relationship between Russia and America. Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev ended the Cold War in 1991 because of the economy of his nation was suffering from the unsatisfying appetite of the military. He had the guts to end the Cold War to save his people from a nuclear war. A leader of Peace and Harmony! Why have the United States not followed his leadership in creating an open and safe world?

If America had followed his leadership the American economy would not have been bankcrupted today.

Now America wants Russia out of Syria. Americans are still at it again: pushing, manipulating, invading. All about showing off and wanting to control. You truly have no right to change a political system of a nation just because you dont like it. In Iraq, you called rebels "insurgents." In Pakistan and Afghanistan, you called rebels Talibans. Since WWII you have been involved in many nations to either kill and bomb rebels and their communities, or you help rebels with arms so they do the work for you against a government you did not like anymore. In Iraq and Afghanistan you have bombed the place so much and killed at least a million people, committed genocide ten times over, and got those nations back to stone age. All under the United Nations approval! No questions asked! And no American President ever got taken to the International Court of Justice for crimes against humanity. Was the Court bias? Obviously the United Nations is an organization promoting and subsidizing conflicts and wars. Recently, this was shown very clearly at the begining of the the Syrian uprising which started late January of 2011, calling for the resignation of their President Bashar-al-Assad and an end to Ba'ath Party rule. Heavy armament were supplied to rebel terrarists, heavy enough to shut down jet planes and helicopters, and conduct continuous and offensive attacks to the government.

How did that happen?

Historically, a small group of people deciding to do what everyone else have been doing in that part of the world: "lets get rid of the government". And let us ask the United States to help us. A bunch of terrarists who just wanted to create trouble and get help from the West to achieve their goals. Of course the United Nations jumped also on this bandwagon and sided with the terrarists. And we all know what happened next. More conflicts! Civil war! Refugees crisis! More than 2.5 million Syrians have fled their homes. More than 100,000 casualties. Destruction so bad the country is now back to stone age! That is the work of the United Nations giving hope to a bunch of terrarists claiming they dont like their government anymore. And again, of course, following the lead of Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations, other nations interested in selling arms to the terrarists i.e. Great Britain, France and the United States, were just waiting the best time to do so. Because Syria is a friend of Russia, the U.S.A., Great britain and France saw the opportunity of a much larger conflict implying a lot of destruction, killing, and selling of more arms. Selling arms is very good for their economies which they poorly managed over the past decades.

Introduction

The definition and proper use of global rights

are part of a new impetus of Global Community to educate everyone about the need for a change in thinking and of doing things amongst all nations. Over the past decades, global rights were discussed in many of our Global Dialogues and are also very important in the dicussion of the theme of Global Dialogue 2014

. We need to realize what is a priority, what is the most important, and what is the least important for our survival. We need a clear vision. We need a common vision. And we must all change! There are many important aspects of our lives we can longer do, or should never do anymore. They are destructive. Humanity and all life can no longer afford activities that destroy life and the global environment. And there are other activities we must do, certainly thousands of them, to assure the survival of life on Earth. In view of the planetary state of emergency declared by Global Community, we all must change, we must do things differently to give life on Earth a better survival chance.

And this is what this report is about: to establish global fundamentals and a clear vision to follow.

Perhaps the Scale of Global Rights represents the strongest pillar of our vision. Before making a decision in life, every person on Earth must think about the Scale of Global Rights and reflect on what choice better serve humanity and its survival as a species. This is what this paper is about: to give the world a blue print on survival.

In 1985, the Scale of Human and Earth Rights was first proposed as a replacement to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. After several decades of research and development, many global dialogues, we still find the Scale as the best solution to global problems. The Scale has now been titled the Scale of Global Rights.

Today, we are presenting once more the Scale as the best educating tool to bring about the change the people of the world need to achieve for their own survival.

On the Scale, primordial human rights are separate categories from those of ecological rights, community rights, the right of the greatest number of people, economic rights, social rights, cultural rights and religious rights. Primordial human rights are those human rights that individuals have by virtue of their very existence as human beings. Ecological and primordial human rights are the only rights that have existed unchanged throughout the evolutionary origin of our species. Any major change would have threatened our very existence. All other human rights listed here are rights created by human beings and can be changed depending of new circumstances; they are not stagnant but are rather flexible and adaptive, and they can evolve. Ecological and primordial human rights of this generation and of future generations are therefore much more important than any other human rights existing now and in the future.

Our world is facing crises of freshwater, food, deforestation, ocean health, and destruction of the global life-support systems. We need leadership in the protection of all our natural resources, in peril because of what we do and what that does to our planet. We are facing a fresh water crisis. We are facing a food crisis. We are facing a crisis over deforestation. And we are facing crises in our oceans. While carbon emissions from fossil fuels pollute the air, land and our oceans, we are facing the climate change crisis. Now is the time to press for leadership.

Those who fight to protect life on Earth for this generation and the next ones are the defenders of the environment and the global life-support systems. They know who the beasts are, the planarchists, and how they destroy the living on our planet. They have rallied together all over the world to protect our home, Earth. We know it all! We know how everything works. And we will do whatever it takes to protect life on Earth. "We the Peoples", the Global Community, the Federation of Global Governments, are the Earth revolutionaries, and we will protect life on Earth at all costs.

We need ways of organizing ourselves to help us live in a world with less energy and to grow strong caring communities in which we get more of our human satisfaction from caring relationships and less from material goods. We need to reclaim the ideal of being a democratic middle-class people without extremes of wealth and poverty. We need to recover a deep sense of community that has disappeared from many of our lives. This means letting go a sense of ourselves as consumption machines.

The leadership we are seeking will be concerned with global governance. Global Parliament offers such leadership.

Global governance does not imply a lost of state sovereignty and territorial integrity. A nation government exists within the framework of an effective Global Community protecting common global values and humanity heritage. Global governance gives a new meaning to the notions of territoriality, and non-intervention in a state way of life, and it is about protecting the cultural heritage of a state. Diversity of cultural and ethnic groups is an important aspect of global governance.

Global governance is a balance between the rights of states with rights of people, and the interests of nations with the interests of the Global Community, the human family, the global civil society.

Global governance is about the rights of states to self-determination in the global context of the Global Community rather than the traditional context of a world of separate states.

In this paper the most dangerous planarchists on the planet were identified. And as recommendations to the Global Community, more efficient and practical 21st Century institutions were researched and developed to allow survival of our species for the generations to come and take along with us as many as possible other life forms on the planet.

In place of the global problems we are facing on a global scale, Global Community has proposed that we accept and follow the Scale of Global Rights.

That is right! The global environment comes first and the human rights of those rebels/terrarists (Global Community calls a terrarist anyone bringing about more large scale destruction on our planet as we see now in the Middle east and surrounding nations, and of course the producers of the dirty tar sands oil of Alberta, Canada, are also called terrarists of the worse kind) come second. That is reality! That is the way! This year Global Dialogue theme, "Ministry of Global Resources", is very explicit in expressing what humanity needs to do to survive.

The Scale is itself a vision on how to manage our problems.

Global Community found evident that the ecological base is the essential prerequisite for the effectiveness and exercise of all rights recognized for human beings. The stewardship of the ecological base has to be given priority before the fulfilment of various economic and social wishes. Demands resulting from the socio-economic system of a particular country have to find their limits in the protection of the global ecosystem. Vital interests of future generations have to be considered as having priority before less vital interests of the present generation. Supply chains have to be designed in a way, that the goods can enter after usage or consumption into natural or industrial recycling processes. If serious damages to persons, animals, plants and the ecosystem cannot be excluded, an action or pattern of behaviour should be refrained from. A measure for supplying goods or services should choose a path which entails the least possible impact on the ecological and social system concerned. This way functioning proven systems will not be disturbed, and unnecessary risks will not be taken. Supply strategies consuming less resources should have preference before those enhancing more resource consumption. When there is a need to find a solution to a problem or a concern, a sound solution would be to choose a measure or conduct an action, if possible, which causes reversible damage as opposed to a measure or an action causing an irreversible loss.

Consumers' rights impinge on the rights of other humans living in the Global Community. The right to choice is the consumer right that refers to the right to have a range and variety of goods and services at competitive, fair prices and variable, satisfactory quality. In order to assure choice in the developed country markets, governments have implemented trade laws to facilitate cross border transactions and transnational corporations (TNCs) have set up business off shore so they can lessen the cost of the production process. The goods that are available in the developed country markets are provided by slave labour, child labour, sweatshops or in countries that allow the TNCs to forego adhering to pollution or ecological concerns and human rights in pursuit of profit. Labour rights are abused in efforts to earn more profits. This leads to abhorrent working conditions, job insecurity and low living standards (all human rights). Consumers in developed countries have been socialized to want more and more things to consume but have not been socialized to appreciate the impact of their consumption choices on the human rights of other people; that is, they are not being responsible for their decisions.

The world, today, has no place for major conflicts, wars and destructive human activities

Governments in both developed and developing countries have abandoned their historical role of regulating key economic variables as well as ensuring a minimum livelihood for their people. They are no longer sustainable locally. The United Nations failed to make sustainable development a priority in every community on the planet. The global concept of sustainable development that was brought forward in the late 1980s has failed. The US failed it in a big way and the United Nations would not or could not hold on to it.

We are dealing here with a complex and centralized constellation of economic power in which the instruments of market manipulation have a direct bearing on the lives of billions of people. The prices of food, water, fuel are determined at the global level, beyond the reach of national government policy. The price hikes of these three essential commodities constitute an instrument of economic warfare, carried out through the free market. These hikes in the prices of food, water and fuel are contributing in a very real sense to eliminating the poor through starvation deaths. The sugar coated bullets of the free market kill our children. The act to kill is instrumented in a detached fashion through computer program trading on the commodity exchanges, where the global prices of rice, wheat and corn are decided upon.

Those at the helm, the big corporate rulers, and all of those who, directly or indirectly, work for the war industry, are getting bail outs in this financial crisis, not Main Street. Now, as we push the exploitation of the Earth social and environmental systems beyond their limits of tolerance, we face the reality that the industrial era faces a burnout, because it is exhausting the human and natural resource base on which our very lives depend.

All of our natural resources are in peril because of what we do and what that does to our planet. We are facing a fresh water crisis. We are facing a food crisis. But all these crises are due to human activities and, truly, to our ways of doing business and trade. Our ways of consuming resources and doing things are the causes of major global problems.

Allowing the corporate sector to review their own activities and conducting their own checks and balances is like letting the fox guard the chicken coop, i.e. multinational corporations have a vested interest in making sure that they make money and go unpunished for breaking all Ten Commandments and much more. By the time we realized it was wrong to choose a world economic model based entirely on profit, it was be too late. The Earth ecosystem, our life-support system, have been destroyed beyond repair. So from now on corporate and societal checks and balances will have to be verified and enforced by the Ministry of the Global Social-Economic Reform (GSER) as a replacement to the globalization system of the G8 nations.

From now on, building global communities for peace require understanding of global problems this generation is facing and be able to do something about that. There are several major problems: conflicts and wars, no tolerance and compassion for one another, world overpopulation, unemployment, insufficient protection and prevention for global health, scarcity of resources and drinking water, poverty, Fauna and Flora species disappearing at a fast rate, global warming and global climate change, global pollution, permanent lost of the Earth's genetic heritage, and the destruction of the global life-support systems and the eco-systems of the planet. We need to build global communities that will manage themselves with the understanding of those problems. All aspects are interrelated: global peace, global sustainability, global rights and the environment. The jobless is more concerned with ending starvation, finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to survive. Environmental issues become meaningless to the jobless. In reality, all concerns are interrelated because the ecology of the planet has no boundaries. Obviously, as soon as our environment is destroyed or polluted beyond repair, human suffering is next. The mindless destruction of our global life-support systems is more than just a terrorist attack on our security, it is the final blow to all life as we know it. There is no salvation for our Souls after this is happening. There will be no Heaven for Souls aimed at or allowing destruction of life on our planet. The only 'hope' is in the personal efforts everyone must make to know what the problems are and help. We must educate ourselves and help others do the same.

Our goal for peace in the world can only be reached by resolving those global problems. Those problems have brought up a planetary state of emergency. In view of the planetary state of emergency, shown and declared by the Global Community, we all must change, we must do things differently to give life on Earth a better survival chance and bring about the event of peace amongst us all.

Truly, the US financial crisis had an early beginning in 1945 when a few elites from the White House, war industry, the military and 'Christians of the political right' decided to build the most powerful military organization in the world at the expense of American taxpayers, mostly from the middle class, and at the expense of the global environment and all life on Earth. Greed and wants of this rich elite had no limits. They got protection from the military and thus, a military type of political system, also called the US democratic political system. Since WWII, they forced expansion of the military onto the American middle class taxpayers. But there was never enough money to pay for the mindless expenditures of the military. So successive corrupted White House Administrations borrowed the money. They fudged reasons and created situations in the world to make believe Americans needed these expenditures and the media did the rest. As if the Global Community needs more destruction on our planet. And that has caused and created a huge deficit and national debt to Americans. On September 15, 2008, the world witnessed the beginning of the collapse of Wall Street, but Americans were already bankrupted on that day. The astronomically high military expenditures caused America to be bankrupted. The love-relationship Americans have with their military was not to be blamed for the collapse, and so Wall Street and financial institutions took all the blame. Even Main Street was accused of wrong doing. But not the military!?!! Directly or indirectly, over half the US population now works for the military, and that explains a lot of things. This American cowboy style mentality and economic warfare, that is shoot or bomb first and ask questions later, has spread all over the world. People see working for the military as a salvation. Working for the military, directly or indirectly, created a new class of people in society because working for the military pays well and means long term employment. Since WWII and especially during the worst time of the financial crisis those people working for the military were given preferences and bail-outs, trillions of dollars, never lost their homes and savings, and this was with the approval of the US White House and other governments of the G8 nations. Anyone else lost their jobs, savings, homes, and now live in poverty. The financial crisis showed the world in a flash corruption of the US White House and other G8 nations which created this situation.

The US market took a great hit and pulled the global markets down. The US-style de-regulated corporate capitalism thrives on empowering the most powerful and enriching the richest. Power and wealth never percolates down to the ordinary people, the middle class, more specifically not to those who dont work for the war industry. The few elites from the G8 nations have allowed a de-regulated Wall Street to collapse on its own and swapping off most people savings in the process, pension funds, and retirement funds. Millions of people lost their homes. But not the people working directly or indirectly for the military! Quite the opposite happened! People connected to the military are getting bail outs by the trillions of dollars. They are part of 'a different class in our society', let us called them the 'milt-mid class'. That is the 'military middle class'. Most of them are Christians from the political right. And that makes Christian religion an invading force in the world. Somewhat like our first North America explorers and settlers. As soon as they stepped foot on the newly found continent they said this is ours. Just because someone put a flag on Mount Everest, the Moon or on Mars means that someone owns the mountain, the Moon or planet Mars. Things dont work that way. Unless you are a predator, you know someone who kills other life-fomrs to feed itself. A killer! An invader! Like our first explorers who found the Americas and shut dead the Natives or, if any survive, force them to become Christians . That is what we are doing today. No different! Except now we use WMDs. First, we use the World Bank and the IMF to buy a population with America's bankrupted money, fake money. Money is the new face of the Christian religion. Not something Christ would have approved of.

And if you believe the American economy will get better because of the trillions of dollars impetus of the new US Administration, dream again America. Actually dont dream! Everytime you dream it destroys life and the planet. Besides, having passed Peak Oil & Gas and going down to less and less oil & gas availability in the world, money will soon be meaning nothing. The dollar will soon be worth less than Zimbabwe money. That's why the US White House never care so much about building an astronomically high national debt and annual deficit. Past US Administrations have known the reality of resources availability on our planet for decades and never care much about sound economic planning because at the end it is meaningless.

The "more is better" version of the American dream is unsustainable environmentally, fueling resource consumption that the planet cannot keep up with, and socially, forcing families into a work-and-spend treadmill that depletes savings and clutters lives. The financial crisis is itself a proof that the dream is unsustainable economically, as well. In less than a generation from now, oil & gas depletion will make the prices go much higher than we have seen lately. Our need for oil is everywhere and its price will skyrocket like never before. A $200/barrel of oil is a likely price until such time when everyone will be fighting for every drop of oil. Most building materials will be too expensive because they are either made from oil or they are manufactured with the energy of oil, natural gas, and coal. Transportation uses oil (diesel and gasoline). Electricity is used in the manufacture and construction of houses. Coal (which is transported with diesel) and natural gas (which uses oil in exploration, drilling operations, and transport of workers) provide the energy for electric power generation. Thus coal and natural gas costs, as well as the cost of electricity, will increase with the increasing price of oil. Everything will cost more and more as the price of oil increases. We will be facing the collapse of civilization as we know it.

We are seeing today that the US White House is very nervous about America's future. Trillions of bankcrupted dollars are given away to American corporations so they can buy out foreign corporations in control of energy resources and of other essential resources for the survival of America. That is causing a problem in Canada. The oil and gas industry in Canada is owned by foreigners. Most Canadians will never see the good of the wealth but they will suffer its impacts on the environment and the global warming of the planet. That's right! Just the global warming impacts. This is the proof of how the White House deliberately and strategically from 1947 on, made use of its military and economic warfare to plunder the resources of the Middle East nations and of nations worldwide, including Canada. Somewhat like pirates on high sea attacking a ship. With the approval of the United Nations, of course! They are still trying to make the world believe what they have done was the right thing to do. The next generations of Americans will have to live with the fact that their wealth, their goods, their fake righteousness, their out-of-control lifestyle, their ways of doing things, their prosperous economy over the past decades, their civilization, all of it, is due to the plundering of Iraq, to blood oil and gas, and to the unfair and corrupted globalization system they have created. Blood resources is not the way we should be dealing with the rest of the world. Nothing to be proud of! People used to look up to Americans because they did not know their true faces, and because they were caught in a web of lies of successive White House Administrations. Now they dont!

Through its military , the IMF and World Bank, and its lies and bullying tactics at the United Nations, the White House, and other G8 leaders, have spread a fundamentally wrong philosophy and democratic governance to the rest of the world, a philosophy of hate, greed and destruction by all means. Along with the NATO nations and war industry, these leaders are true 21st Century anarchists of our planet. They are planarchists. They are the 21st Century anarchists. They are the worst kind as they hold power and use it without care for life. If there were political parties on the global level, those of the 'left', those of the 'right' and those in between, planarchists would be of the far 'right', professional thieves (economists, bankers, financiers, Wall Street workers, Christians of the political right, IMF organization, World Bank organization, White House and Congress officials, NATO, WTO, NAFTA, FTAA, war industry), professional pirates (not the 'teenager kind' we see today: Somali pirate appears in Kenyan Court). The kind of 'professional piracy' we see happening today is to do with the IMF, the World Bank, the USA White House, and the G8 nations.

Since its creation by the United Nations in 1947, Israel has been used by successive US Administrations as the Trojan Horse for the invasion of the Middle East. This is when the American invasion of the Middle East was deliberately started by the White House. A well planned strategic military invasion to plunder the resources of other nations! Blood oil and gas! The UN had no right to create the State of Israel. At the time, after the U.S.A. dropped A-bombs over Japan, all nations were scared of America and felt pressure to agree creating the state of Israel and the occupation of Palestine. In reality, the creation of Israel was illegal. Over time it was found that Israel is not a state, not a country, not a government, not a democracy. Truly, Israel is the most dangerous U.S.A. military base on the planet.

Arab-Israeli wars: proxy wars for the US.

In the aftermath of World war II there were numerous Arab-Israeli wars namely the:

a)     1948 Palestine war;
b)     1956 Suez war;
c)     June 1967 Six-Day war between Israel and Egypt/Syria/Jordan;
d)     1969-70 War of Attrition between Israel and Egypt;
e)     October 1973 Yom Kippur war between Israel and Egypt/Syria; and
f)     Israel's June 1982 invasion of Lebanon.
g)     In 2001, the Jews of Israel declared war against the Palestinian refugees and has been at war ever since.
h)     July 2006, Israel-Lebanon war.

These wars are statements of guilt on the part of Israel being the 'US-milpost' (milpost: military post or a proxy of the US) and of the leadership of Israel being of military type, and that in fact, Israel is the Trojan Horse of the US for the invasion of the Middle East and neighboring nations, including China. All these wars are really proxy wars whereby Israel invaded the land on behalf of the US.

After each war America became gradually committed to the security and well-being of Israel. America maintained Israel's superiority over Muslims through regular infusions of money and arms, war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction including nuclear.

Today there are over a thousand U.S.A. military bases spread all over the planet with the goal of protecting American economic interests wherever that may be. Operating such bases is actually what caused America's bankruptcy. The U.S.A. military and its war industry are by far responsible for the spending and wasting of astronomical amounts of American tax payers money. In the Middle East, with the United Nations approval, they forced their way into over one billion Muslims and Arabs and have done ever since. Because of the invasion, Global Community found necessary to implement a total and global embargo on all American consumer products, goods and services, and mass destruction chemicals, nuclear war heads, weapons, war products and war equipment. The war industry throughout the world must be put to a complete halt and shelved forever from humanity. The Global Community is asking all peoples never again to buy American products.

By creating the State of Israel, the UN has perpetuated the archaic concept of land ownership, a concept that is threatening security in the world and all life on Earth. The UN never had a human criteria for the creation of a new nation. Now they are forcing another one to the Palestinians by arbitrarily creating the State of Palestine. Only the Earth Court of Justice can re-evaluate the creation of the State of Israel and evaluate the application for the creation of the State of Palestine. All Peoples have to be educated of the new way for the good of all.

Let us call 'blood oil and gas'

the oil and gas produced in a war zone in order to finance an American invasion, and the American economy, or supporting a White House Earth resources exploitation. We could extend the name to 'blood resources' or 'blood Earth resources'

to mean any Earth natural resources. Geopolitical boundaries between nations are gradually disappearing to make place to georesources boundaries. Blood oil and gas is illegal and the Agency of Global Police has already got a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Bush and Cheney. The Bush Gang should be prosecuted over mass murder before the Earth Court of Justice (in absentia if necessary) for their involvement in the ongoing Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan Genocides. They are dangerous criminals.

Global Rights year one is new impetus of the Global Community to educate everyone about the need for a change in thinking and of doing things amongst all nations. We need to realize what is a priority, what is the most important, and what is the least important for our survival. We need a clear vision. We need a common vision. And we must all change! Humanity and all life can no longer afford activities that destroy life and the global environment. And there are other activities we must do, certainly thousands of them, to assure the survival of life on Earth. In view of the planetary state of emergency we all must change, we must do things differently to give life on Earth a better survival chance.

And this is what Global Rights year one is about: to establish global fundamentals and a clear vision to follow.

Perhaps the Scale of Global Rights represents the strongest pillar of our vision.

In 1985, the Scale of Human and Earth Rights was first proposed as a replacement to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. After several decades of research and development, many global dialogues, we still find the Scale as the best solution to global problems. The Scale has now been titled the Scale of Global Rights.

Today, we are presenting once more the Scale as the best educating tool to bring about the change the people of the world need to achieve for their own survival.

Leadership

Our world is facing crises of freshwater, food, deforestation, ocean health, and destruction of the global life-support systems. We need leadership in the protection of all our natural resources, in peril because of what we do and what that does to our planet. We are facing a fresh water crisis. We are facing a food crisis. We are facing a crisis over deforestation. And we are facing crises in our oceans. While carbon emissions from fossil fuels pollute the air, land and our oceans, we are facing the climate change crisis. Now is the time to press for leadership.

Those who fight to protect life on Earth for this generation and the next ones are the defenders of the environment and the global life-support systems. They know who the beasts are, the planarchists, and how they destroy the living on our planet. They have rallied together all over the world to protect our home, Earth. We know it all! We know how everything works. And we will do whatever it takes to protect life on Earth. "We the Peoples", the Global Community, the Federation of Global Governments, are the Earth revolutionaries, and we will protect life on Earth at all costs.

We need ways of organizing ourselves to help us live in a world with less energy and to grow strong caring communities in which we get more of our human satisfaction from caring relationships and less from material goods. We need to reclaim the ideal of being a democratic middle-class people without extremes of wealth and poverty. We need to recover a deep sense of community that has disappeared from many of our lives. This means letting go a sense of ourselves as consumption machines.

The leadership we are seeking will be concerned with global governance. Global Parliament

offers such leadership.

Global governance does not imply a lost of state sovereignty and territorial integrity. A nation government exists within the framework of an effective Global Community protecting common global values and humanity heritage. Global governance gives a new meaning to the notions of territoriality, and non-intervention in a state way of life, and it is about protecting the cultural heritage of a state. Diversity of cultural and ethnic groups is an important aspect of global governance.

Global governance is a balance between the rights of states with rights of people, and the interests of nations with the interests of the Global Community, the human family, the global civil society.

Global governance is about the rights of states to self-determination in the global context of the Global Community rather than the traditional context of a world of separate states.

In this paper the most dangerous planarchists on the planet were identified. And as recommendations to the Global Community, more efficient and practical 21st Century institutions were researched and developed to allow survival of our species for the generations to come and take along with us as many as possible other life forms on the planet.

Conclusion and recommendations

In this paper the worst kind of planarchists and terrarists were identified. They are in large part the USA and their NATO partners in wars and invasion.

We, Global Citizens, therefore affirm the following recommendations:

1.     That the US and its coalition partners immediately cease all violations of the civil, political and human rights of the people of Iraq and of Afghanistan;
2.     That the military occupation of Iraq and of Afghanistan be immediately ended;
3.     That all parties guilty of war crimes against the Iraqi and Afghan people be brought to justice under Global Law; the Earth Court of Justice will prosecute the offenders;
4.     That reparations be paid by all responsible parties to the people of Iraq and of Afghanistan for the damages caused by both the war and the occupation; the amount to be paid should be no less than 8 trillion US dollars coming from the governments involved, and not from the resources of Iraq;
5.     That we work to strengthen the mobilization of the global antiwar movement;
6.     That the occupation of Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and all other colonized areas is illegal and should be brought to an end immediately; and
7.     That all US military bases in the world be immediately closed down.

When has the UN ever taken side of those nations being invaded? The UN never did!

When has the UN ever stood up for the principles in the UN Charter and stopped the invaders, and at least enforced hard sanctions against the invaders? The UN never did!

The UN has been a watcher, an observer, a non-participant. And that is a crime against humanity.

The UN should never be promoting war as a solution to world problems. That alone is against global sustainability. Sustainability means no war. War is the greatest act of destruction. There is no worst action than war.

The UN is promoting a culture of violence and war, and certainly that goes against Global Sustainability and Global Peace. That is the worst thing the UN could ever do to humanity. It is totally opposite to the Vision that the Global Community is promoting. And it is totally insane!

The UN knew America was invading the Middle East. Why has the UN not enforced hard sanctions against the USA for its bullying tactics at the UN to get what it wants? The UN leadership could have avoided the situation we have today. The UN did nothing at a critical time. The UN watched things happening. The UN is the organization where bullying takes place by those with nuclear war heads. The world is threatened by nuclear war heads. The five permanents members of the UN are allowed to bully any other nations. The USA is invading the world, and the UN can do nothing to stop them. The USA is allowed to invade other nations, change their governments, and has often made lies in speeches to the UN, to the world.

The leadership of the United Nations has failed to enforce disarmement. All weapons of mass destruction should have been phased out a long time ago. Why are the USA still holding the world hostage with its 40,000 nuclear war heads, and biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction? What has the UN ever done to help the phasing out of WMDs of the West? Now several nations, including North Korea and Iran feel threatened just like everyone else and will refuse to be invaded. They would rather take on the US. Russia and China will also refuse to be invaded. The UN has done nothing to phase out WMDs of the West.

Certainly we ought to disarm all nations from all weapons of mass destruction.
