The peoples of all Nations, in creating an ever closer
Global Community among them, a Global Civilization, are resolved to share
a peaceful future based on common values. Conscious of its spiritual and
moral heritage, the Global Community is founded on the indivisible, universal
values of human dignity, freedom, equality and solidarity; it is based
on the principles of democracy and the rule of law. It places the individual
at the heart of its activities, by establishing the Global Community citizenship,
and by creating an era of freedom, security, global justice and social
harmony.
The Global Community is a non-hierarchical nonviolent organization of individuals and organizations that promotes the arts, conducts workshops, facilitates nonviolent direct actions, educates, organizes, campaigns, empowers, and aims to rip injustice from its roots. We are committed to nonviolence. We stand for the globalization of our rights to speech, thought, religion, assembly, a clean environment, self-determination, freedom from fear and persecution and freedom from poverty. We stand for the rights of women, children, elderly, affordable health care, strong labor rights and social and economic policies that put people and the environment before profits.
The Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in Peace. This Global Peace Mouvement is about courage to live a life in a harmonious peace order and showing by example, thus preventing poverty, wars, terror and violence. We need to educate the coming generations with good principles, being compassionate, social harmony and global sustainability being some of them.
After defining this expression, Virginie and I thought we would better serve humanity by first Celebrating Life because life is what allows us all to be who we all are and to have symbiotical relationships between ourselves, and between ourselves and the Soul of Humanity and God.
Life often involves tensions between important values. This can mean difficult choices. However, we must find ways to harmonize diversity with unity, the exercise of freedom with the common good, short-term objectives with long-term goals. Every individual, family, organization, and community has a vital role to play. The arts, sciences, religions, educational institutions, media, businesses, nongovernmental organizations, and governments are all called to offer creative leadership. The partnership of government, civil society, and business is essential for an effective global governance based on global concepts and the Scale of Human and Earth Rights.
Let our time be a time remembered for the awakening of a new reverence for life, the firm resolve to achieve sustainability, the quickening of the struggle for justice and peace, and the joyful celebration of life. Let our expanding consciousness blend with that of the Soul of Humanity.
Being unified under the Soul of Humanity dissolves all barriers and expand our global consciousness. We become more whole and complete within ourselves and as a group. Our common Spirit is able to resolve planetary problems in a coherent way. One common 'Global Vision' allows us to see how all the parts of the whole relate to each other. We have the right relationship with one another, with all lifeforms and Earth itself, and with the Soul of Humanity.
On May 26 of each year, let us all celebrate life in our heart, mind and Spirit.

Souls exist in all spaces and are goal oriented. The one goal common to all Souls is to guide the matter of the universe towards the creation of life. Then life becomes conscious of God. This goal is a global common to all Souls. We could compare it to the force fields of our universe: gravitational, electromagnetic, static magnetic, electric, electrostatic, etc.
We can communicate with our Soul just by listening to our own thoughs, our innerself. Our Soul talks to us all the time. We just need to pay attention and differentiate our everyday thoughts to those of our Soul.
Souls dont make decisions for us but they always show us the way, and it is left to us to choose the way of the Soul or not.
Where Souls live time does not exist. Time has no meaning for Souls. Past, present and future are all in one. That is the reason why Virginie and I have defined the expression ' Global Community ' as that being:
first defined by myself and my wife Virginie in 1985.
This definition includes all people, all life on Earth.
So time is truly a global common for the physical universe, for all life, as we do observe the passage of time, but is not a global common for the Souls. God's Spirit is everywhere at all times, past, present and future. Other global commons amongst Souls are peace, social harmony, love, absolute communications, fluid motion, and Will of God.
Although the same Soul would be within a life-form throughout its life-span, it is only a viewpoint, life's viewpoint, the physical universe's viewpoint. Past, present and future dont exist for Souls. What seems a billion years to us is only an instant, an event, a motion for a Soul. The overall picture, the Soul's viewpoint, is still a fluid type of motion and Souls move around as waves and the wind, swirls, interacting gusty winds, in and out of each other, constantly merging to achieve the ultimate goal of the Soul.
Souls exist in all particules and can have an effect on the physical universe. A Soul shows the way in whatever particule they exist in. A Soul has one very important goal, and it is to show the way toward the creation of life in the universe. That is why I referred to them as 'Guiding Souls'. Since time has no meaning to a Soul, the billions of years that it takes to create galaxies, planets, and ultimately life, can always be achieved. Like an artist painting the universe making sure that, at the end, life is expressed on the canvas. Life is the ultimate goal to achieve. Life is the way God has chosen for the physical universe to be conscious of God. A life-form with more physical senses has more ways to communicate with the Soul and thus with God.
From life's viewpoint, the ultimate goal of a Soul is truly to create a symbiotical relationship between God and life in all its forms. God loves it when life becomes conscious of God. And life has achieved its greatest purpose by being conscious of God. I let my Soul to know me and the physical universe I live in, my environment, and in return, my Soul let me know what it means to be a Soul, and about the other Souls, Beings, Divine Love and Divine Will, and helps me make contact with God and live a Soul life. My Soul learns from me and I learn from my Soul. Souls are much more intelligent then we are and are very creative. We both appreciate each other. Our learning is never lost. We are sharing a lot. This is how I discovered the Soul of all Life, the Soul of Humanity, a wonderful loving Being.
The Soul of all Life or Soul of Humanity is a wonderful loving Being made up of the Souls of all lifeforms on Earth and the Soul of Earth itself. This is what Souls do best, to unify and better serve God. They have merged together to better serve God. Souls can evolve as well, and they have. They have formed a new Being, the Soul of all Life, also called the Soul of Humanity, to better serve God. The Soul of Humanity is helping to bring about the event of Peace in the world. Knowing that Earth is a spiritual entity as well as a physical entity in space and time in the universe we begin to have a better relationship with Earth and with all its living inhabitants. This way Earth management will become a spiritual and a natural process whereby each person is responsible and accountable for its management the best they can. Peace in the world and Earth management have for far too long been in the hands of and affected by government and business leaders, in the hands of a few people on the planet, as opposed to being in the hands of all of us working together to keep our planet healthy. We are the keepers of the Earth.
Perhaps now is time to elaborate on my teaching as your spiritual leader and Prophet of God.
I am asking all religions around the world to re-examine their scriptures, precepts, practices, ethical and moral values in light of ecological concerns. The Global Community is facing a global environmental crisis. It is very important that every person on Earth accept of being part of the process in protecting the global life-support systems. The ecological crisis is as much about saving children as it is about saving other lifeforms on the planet.
Our first objective will be to find statements from all religions that promote the respect, stewardship, protection, ethical and moral responsibility to life and of the environment, the Earth global life-support systems, and statements that promote a responsible Earth management. I am also asking for specific statements on environmental conservation.
I ask all religions to participate.
The work of the Global Community, the global civil society, and the determination of government worldwide, make it possible for everyone to comply with the law. Building global communities requires a mean to enforce Global Law for the protection of life on Earth. Global Civilization guides humanity for the building of global communities. This is a great opportunity for globallateralism. Global Law includes legislation covering all aspects of human activities. The Global Protection Agency (GPA) will train and lead a global force, bypassing traditional peacekeeping and military bodies such as the United Nations and NATO. The GPA will enforce the law. And that is the third option we offer the Global Community. And that is also how we can stop the global warming of the planet and protect the global life-support systems, thus largely improving the quality of life of the next generations.
As we enact global law, we will begin to take on a much deeper kind of global leadership, one that earns more respect than envy and more gratitude than hatred, one that can catapult the whole planet forward into a future where war is no longer thinkable between nation-states and a legitimate and beneficial global government is able to cope with global problems.
I believe that there is no greater task in the world today than for the Global Community to proceed through the maturation of its leadership, emerging from a more self-interested adolescence as a global leader into a nobler adulthood. We have the potential to act as a torchbearer for a better tomorrow. Do we heed the call? I hope this message has convinced at least a few people that the question of how to proceed with that maturation is of far deeper significance than the reforming of the United Nations. I thus pray that we move with wisdom, grace, clarity, and love in the days, years, and even decades ahead.
Conservation, restoration, and management of the Earth resources is about asking ourselves the question of "Who owns the Earth?" The large gap between rich and poor is connected to ownership and control of the planet's land and of all other Earth natural resources. We, the Global Community, must now direct the wealth of the world towards the building of local-to-global economic democracies in order to meet the needs for food, shelter, universal healthcare, education, and employment for all. The Global Community has proposed a democracy for the people based on the fact that land, the air, water, oil, minerals, and all other natural resources rightly belong to the Global Community along with the local communities where those resources are found. The Earth is the birthright of all life. The Global Economic Model proposed by the Global Community is truly the best response to the world.
Global Community criteria for sovereignty:
Without this criteria no one can claim ownership - sovereignty - of any land on the planet.

In order to create a harmonious and compassionate Global Community, the following are laws I ask everyone to comply with:
Divine Law
1. The Divine Law consists of the Ten Commandments
and God Revelations for the 21st Century and Beyond. 
God prohibits killing, and no exception at all ought to be made to the commandment that it is always wrong to kill. The sanctity of human life is unconditional.
A short while ago God, Allah, has spoken to humanity once more. The
New Revelations
are to be added to previous ones revealed thousands of years ago. Together they are God's Word, and they will guide humanity for the thousands of years to
come. God has said:
As a consequence, we, global citizens, utterly deny all outward wars and strife and fightings with outward weapons, for any end or under any pretence whatever, and we do certainly know, and so testify to the world, that the Spirit of Allah, God, which leads us to all truth, will never move us to fight and war against any human being with outward weapons, neither for the kingdom of Allah, God, not for the kingdom of this world.
The Will of God is for life to reach God in the best possible ways. By observing the Universe, the galaxies, we are observing and studying God. Life is the most precious gift ever given by God to the Universe. Life allows Souls to be conscious of God in as many different ways as possible. Life is the building block through which Souls can have a meaningful relationship with God. There is more to the Universe we observe today, that is there is more to God, much more. God is self-existent, eternal and infinite in space and time. Follow God's Word.

God loves the human Souls a lot because of their wonderful qualities. Through their Souls human beings became conscious of God in many different ways. Over the past thousands of years, religions of all kinds have started to spread on Earth to adore God and pray. Different groupings of Souls affected human beings in different ways and Peoples today have different religious beliefs. God is like a river feeding plentifully and bountifully all life and plants. There are many pathways leading to the river. They are God's pathways. God loves diversity in Nature and in Souls. God loves good Souls from all religions.

being in the hands of all of us (over 6 billion people on Earth) working together to keep our planet healthy. We are the keepers of the Earth.
Humanity has reached a point in its evolution where it knows its survival is being challenged. The human species knows through the Souls and now that human Souls have merged and formed the Soul of Humanity, we will find it easier to fight for our own survival. The Soul of Humanity does not make decisions for us and can only help us understand and guide us on the way. In the past, human beings have had some kind of symbiotical relationship (which is something common in Nature between lifeforms in an ecosystem) with the Souls, and now with the Soul of Humanity. We work together for both our survival and well-being. Cooperation and symbiosis between lifeforms (especially human beings) on Earth and between lifeforms and their Souls and the Soul of Humanity have become a necessity of life. We help one another, joint forces, and accomplish together what we cannot accomplish separately. Several billion years ago this symbiosis between matter and Souls resulted in the making of complex biochemical systems. Symbiosis has worked throughout the evolution of life on Earth and today, the Soul of Humanity has decided to be more active with humanity by purifying Souls. The Soul of Humanity shows us the way to better serve God.
The Soul of Humanity says today to the people who are related directly or indirectly to the war industry:

And good-bye Charlie! And good riddance! Have a good particle in empty space between the oldest galaxies of the Universe and you may keep it for another fifteen billion years! You will serve God right there after you die! You will never see the light again! Earth wants Peace in the world and Earth shall have it. Because of a geographical or political border, or because of some cultural or religious differences, you could not live and learn to be at Peace with the community next to you, your neighbors.
If you are an innocent, and you die because of a war or a conflict, and you did not participate in the above, your Soul will be back on Earth to taste life again within the 'top of the line species', ours, within the Global Community and, as a Soul, you will be allowed to move up to a higher level closer to God. And God will be so much happier to be conscious of you. All the other Souls (those who live a life for Peace and are helping Earth) will also be back on Earth and live a life closer to God.

Humanity has reached a point in its evolution where it knows its survival is being challenged. The human species knows through the Souls and now that human Souls have merged and formed the Soul of Humanity, we will find it easier to fight for our own survival. The Soul of Humanity does not make decisions for us and can only help us understand and guide us on the way. In the past, human beings have had some kind of symbiotical relationship (which is something common in Nature between lifeforms in an ecosystem) with the Souls, and now with the Soul of Humanity. We work together for both our survival and well-being. Cooperation and symbiosis between lifeforms (especially human beings) on Earth and between lifeforms and their Souls and the Soul of Humanity have become a necessity of life. We help one another, joint forces, and accomplish together what we cannot accomplish separately. Several billion years ago this symbiosis between matter and Souls resulted in the making of complex biochemical systems. Symbiosis has worked throughout the evolution of life on Earth and today, the Soul of Humanity has decided to be more active with humanity by purifying Souls. The Soul of Humanity shows us the way to better serve God.
The Soul of Humanity says today to the people who are related directly or indirectly to the war industry:
"I am the Soul of Humanity and of all that exists on Earth. My Temple is Earth! Not only are you thieves but you are murderers and killers. I know you all personally as your Souls are a part of me. They are my eyes. You cannot hide and you cannot run. I will not whip you out of my Temple as Jesus did. I have no need for that! You are destroying yourself. The only problem is that you are also responsible for the death of innocent and humble people. Life on Earth and the rest of humanity are threatened with extinction. This is insane! You have polluted air,water and land and you are still creating conflicts and wars. Most often the innocent and the humble people are hurt or killed. I want you to put down your guns, all of you. You will recycle all your weapons, war heads and any war equipment and products. You will stop destroying the ecosystem of the Earth right now. You will be a part of the grassroots process of the Global Community organization. You will help to implement Global Law.

The Global Community is facing a global environmental crisis. It is very important that every person on Earth accept of being part of the process in protecting the global life-support systems. The ecological crisis is as much about saving children as it is about saving other lifeforms on the planet.
Our first objective will be to find statements from all religions that promote the respect, stewardship, protection, ethical and moral responsibility to life and of the environment, the Earth global life-support systems, and statements that promote a responsible Earth management. I am also asking for specific statements on environmental conservation.
I ask all religions to participate.

e) Agency of Global Police (AGP). Building global communities requires a mean to enforce global law that protects all life on Earth. Researched and developed by the Global Community

Prosecuting criminals on the basis of universal jurisdiction regardless of a territorial or nationality nexus requires a solid commitment of political will from national governments and the Global Community. Intrinsic human cooperation at the core of creative cultural evolution promises to give rise to a new
epoch for humanity defined by societal sustainability and lasting world peace. The biological
basis for human cooperation and symbiotical relationships both validate and underlie evolutionary panaltruism in and beyond
the twenty-first century. Twenty-first century education centered on human empathy and
compassion and a terror-free global community by the year 2010 garners important
impetus from The Golden Rule principle.
The Golden Rule principle, also called the Ethic of Reciprocity by theologians, says: "Dont do to others what you wouldn't want done to you." Or treat others the way you would want to be treated. The Golden Rule has a moral aspect found in each religion or faith. It could be used as a global ethic. Paul McKenna, a writer in interfaith dialogue, has found analogues for the golden rule in 13 faiths. These 13 analogue statements are passages found in the scriptures or writings that promote this ethos. Every faith is unanimous of saying that every individual should be treated with the same respect and dignity we all seek for ourselves. As a first step in bringing together religious leaders all around the world, the Global Community is presenting here 13 statements that unify us all in one Golden Rule.

The Global Community Global Justice Movement has many inter-related components: monetary, social, economic, environmental, democracy, and peace.
The Global Community Global Justice Movement promotes new thinking to benefit all economies and societies – the true, fair, democratic and efficient solution to poverty.
The Global Community has the productive resources to eliminate poverty and injustice. Humanity is now in the process of developing the democratic and transparent communications
infrastructure which can bring this about.
Our approach transcends left-wing/right-wing designations. We see both conventional capitalism and socialism as being two arms of a philosophy which concentrate power in an elite, to the detriment of society as a whole. Reforming the current money system, to empower each and every person, is a first step for justice.

The Global Community has shown that corporate-style globalization that ignores the needs of the poor and the environment will no longer be tolerated. The Global Community is joining students, environmentalists, people of faith, human rights activists, and others, in the global struggle against corporate globalization being fought in cities and towns across the world.
We works on issues of global economic and social justice and sustainability. We believe another world is possible and necessary. We envision a world free of corporate domination and crushing debt, particularly in communities of color. We act to expose and change the institutionalized violence wrought by international financial and trade institutions such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and World Trade Organization.
Cancel all impoverished country debt to the World Bank and IMF, using the institutions' own resources.
End all World Bank and IMF policies that hinder people's access to food, clean water, shelter, health care, education, and right to organize. (Such "structural adjustment" policies include user fees, privatization, and so-called economic austerity programs).
Stop all World Bank support for socially and environmentally destructive projects such as oil, gas, and mining activities, and all support for projects such as dams that include forced relocation of people.
We are committed to nonviolence and recognizes militarism as a tool used by the global corporate elite to keep money flowing to the privileged few while restricting the rights of people worldwide. We oppose corporate practice which places short-term profits ahead of human dignity, sustainable development and a healthy earth. Abolish the business of conflicts and war
Throughout the 20th Century, the war industry has created the worse evil humanity has ever encountered: the business of conflicts and wars . It is a business that has made trillions of dollars (American) and
will continue to do so, and it must be stopped. It is the "mother of all evils" created by human beings. It has no moral value, no understanding about Life, no respect for anyone or anything, no law except the rules that it makes for
itself, and all its products are meant to kill and destroy. It has sold its products to the enemies for the purpose of making more profit. It has subdued governments all over the world to make them buy its
products. It has given trade and way of doing business a bad reputation and, therefore, it is a threat to the establisment of business. Although the war industry has a good public image, it does not really
matter who is the buyer as long as the buyer pays good money. No accountability to the Global Community!
The business of conflicts and war must be abolished for many important reasons.
War is the greatest violation of human rights that one people can inflict on another. It brings deaths and injuries, starvation, diseases, millions of people losing their homes and livelihoods, and massive destruction of property. Children and teenagers are placed in internment camps, and several are often forced to serve as soldiers. War not only corrupts the morals of soldiers, it leads to a decline in the morality of the whole nation. Political and military leaders are always convinced that their particular war is justified. From their point of view, there are several reasons to go to war: loyalty to allies, religion, a thirst for power, greed, ancient grievances to be settled, or the desire to alleviate suffering among their people. A nonviolent settlement to a conflict would always be more advantageous. War is self-defeating because it cannot secure what it sets out to achieve, protection against attack. The hatred for the enemy whipped up by war and the desire for revenge among the losers leads to an accursed vicious circle from which there is no escape. The difference between agressive and defensive, or just and unjust wars, is ridiculous. They are tags each side adopted to suit its interests. War and militarism destroy civil liberties within a nation.
What happens to a person's conscience when he/she wears the uniform of the soldier? It is enslaved to the state. He must kill when ordered. No government, whether democratic or despotic, can allow the soldier to decide what to do according to his conscience. That would undermine discipline and the power to fight.
The Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in Peace. This Peace Mouvement is about courage. Not the courage it takes to go into battle but the courage to organize resistance to war when a bloody
taste for it inflames the world, and the threat of prison in a nation where the human rights and freedom of expression have diminished significantly. It is about the courage to say NO to the war industry. It is an industry that destroys

The worst environmental degradation happens in wars. Farm products in fields and livestock are abandoned, there is no more control on toxic wastes, and water, air, and land are polluted. People are displaced and feel no longer responsible for the quality of life in their communities. Historically, the industrialized nations have caused the most damage to the environment, with their careless technology and policies. Emissions from factories and vehicles have caused ozone depletion and acid rain. Leaders of the wealthier nations must be willing to accept responsibility for past mistakes and to help pay the financial burden for environmental protection of the developing nations. This is the most damaging conflict of interests between the rich industrialized countries and those that are poor and struggling just for existence. The Global Community must help wealthy and poorer nations reach a better understanding of each other's needs. All aspects are interrelated: peace, human rights and the environment. The poor is more concerned with ending starvation, finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to survive. Environmental issues become meaningless to the poor. In reality, all concerns are interrelated. As soon as the environment is destroyed beyond repair, human suffering is next. Ecology has no boundaries. All nations suffer the effects of air pollution, global warming, loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, acid rain, ozone depletion, silting of streams, and countless of other environmental problems. This was the reason for developing the Scale of Human and Earth Rights.
The business of conflicts and war must be abolished for many important reasons.
War is the greatest violation of human rights that one people can inflict on another. It brings deaths and injuries, starvation, diseases, millions of people losing their homes and livelihoods, and massive destruction of property. Children and teenagers are placed in internment camps, and several are often forced to serve as soldiers. War not only corrupts the morals of soldiers, it leads to a decline in the morality of the whole nation. Political and military leaders are always convinced that their particular war is justified. From their point of view, there are several reasons to go to war: loyalty to allies, religion, a thirst for power, greed, ancient grievances to be settled, or the desire to alleviate suffering among their people. A nonviolent settlement to a conflict would always be more advantageous. War is self-defeating because it cannot secure what it sets out to achieve, protection against attack. The hatred for the enemy whipped up by war and the desire for revenge among the losers leads to an accursed vicious circle from which there is no escape. The difference between agressive and defensive, or just and unjust wars, is ridiculous. They are tags each side adopted to suit its interests. War and militarism destroy civil liberties within a nation.
What happens to a person's conscience when he/she wears the uniform of the soldier? It is enslaved to the state. He must kill when ordered. No government, whether democratic or despotic, can allow the soldier to decide what to do according to his conscience. That would undermine discipline and the power to fight.
The Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in Peace. This Peace Mouvement
is about courage. Not the courage it takes to go into battle but the courage to organize resistance to war when a bloody
taste for it inflames the world, and the threat of prison in a nation where the human rights and freedom of expression have diminished significantly. It is about the courage to say NO to the war industry. It is an industry that destroys

And he told Peter, "All they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."Christ has taught us to show mercy, to forgive enemies, to put up patiently with oppression, to return only good for evil and love for hatred and, therefore, war is inconsistent with the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Wars truly make no sense! The world is too crowded and too
small nowadays! And weapons too lethal! So security cannot be achieved through the military. The only job the military should be asked to do today is to protect the global life-support systems. These systems have the highest
priority on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights
and are certainly more important than any of the other rights on the Scale including security. Simply because without life there is no other rights possible. Without Oxygen there is no
life! Without clean water there is no life! So protect life on Earth at all costs. Wars are the biggest threat to life and the ecosystem of the planet. Primordial human rights come next on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights. Without a
