The Global Community categorically denies Israel the status of nation and of a global community
An investigative report
by Germain Dufour, President, the Global Community
July 19, 2006
Note 1
Throughout this investigating report I have re-defined the name 'State of Israel' to a more appropriate name 'US-milpost', and for reasons given here. The new name of Israel
specifies that Israel has no longer the right of calling itself a 'nation' and 'a global community'. It never was a true nation from its historical beginning in 1947. The more
exact new name, 'US-milpost', means that from its beginning in 1947, it was a United States military post (milpost) for the gradual invasion of the Middle East, a Trojan Horse.
Note 2
Wherever we typed (GR) it means ('May God exalt his mention and protect him from imperfection.’), and it is a note of respect to be included everytime the name of the Prophet (GR) is being used.

H) Conclusion
Global Community Earth Government (GCEG) has established the criteria of 'a global community of a million people'.
There is no need of having a piece of land at all costs.
We have shown that a community is not about a piece of land you acquired by force or otherwise.
A typical global community may be what a group of people, together, wants it to be. It can be a group of people with the same values. It can be a group of people with
the same cultural background, or the same religious background. Or it can be people with different values, cultural background or religious values and beliefs. The
people making a global community may be living in many different locations on the planet. With today's communications it is easy to group people in this fashion. It can
be a village, or two villages together where people have decided to unite as one global community. The two villages may be found in different parts of the world. It can
be a town, a city, or a nation. It can be two or more nations together.
The Global Community is thus more fluid and dynamic.
We need to let go the archaic ways of seeing a community as
the street where we live and contained by a border. It is best for humanity and the increasing world population to see ourselves as people living together or
far apart but in constant communication with each other. A community has no boundaries except of those of the heart, mind and Soul. Many conflicts and
wars will be avoided by seeing ourselves as people with a heart, a mind and a Soul (a global community), and as part of a community with the same.
A global symbiotical relationship between two or more nations, or between two or more global communities, can have trade as the major aspect of the relationship or it
can have as many other aspects as agreed by the people involved. The fundamental criteria is that a relationship is created for the good of all groups participating in the
relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development and a more stable and inclusive global
economy.
The emphasis of a global symbiotical relationship is not so much on how much money a nation should have or how high a GDP should be although money can be made a
part of the relationship. We all know developed countries live off developing countries so the emphasis has no need to stress out the profit a rich nation is making off a poor nation. The emphasis of the
relationship should give more importance to the other aspects such as quality of life, protection of the environment and of the global life-support systems, the entrenchment of the Scale of Human and Earth Rights
and Global Law into our ways of life, justice, peace, cultural and spiritual freedom, security, and many other important aspects as described in the global ministries (health, agriculture,
energy, trade, resources, etc.).
Israel no longer qualifies to represent a global community. It cannot be called a nation either.
A nation is defined primiraly by its people, its communities, and it has a properly established government.
Israel is run by a military leader who, at the moment, is Major General Dan Halutz.
Ever since its creation by the United Nations in 1947, Israel has been at war for the gradual invasion of the Middle East by the United States.
It has been given continuous amounts of money, arms, war products and equipment, war planes, weapons of mass destruction, and has used them. Therefore,
Israel is a military organization and has nothing to do with a People forming a government and a nation, much less a democracy, and even less a global community.
GCEG has always expresses its support in helping a population forming a democratic government. Democracy requires the existence and application of three fundamental governing bodies:
1. executive,
2. legislative, and
3. judiciary.
Take anyone of them out, and we no longer have a democracy. They are the minimum requirements for a democratically elected governing body.
Afghanistan and Iraq dont have a proper running judiciary, and so that means they dont have a democracy. What they have is a military invading power running their nations and
plundering their resources. And how can anyone stand by and watch it happen? Being a 'watcher' is just as guilty as pulling the trigger.
So how can anyone claim that the invaders have created a democracy?
We denounce the military actions of Israel, the United Nations and of the United States:
1. Israel is not 'a global community' and, therefore, not a nation,
2. Israel is a military outpost of the United States, and
3. The Earth Court of Justice is to decide the fate of Israel and of the Palestinians.
In the aftermath of World war II there were numerous Arab-Israeli wars namely the:
a) 1948 Palestine war;
b) 1956 Suez war;
c) June 1967 Six-Day war between Israel and Egypt/Syria/Jordan;
d) 1969-70 War of Attrition between Israel and Egypt;
e) October 1973 Yom Kippur war between Israel and Egypt/Syria; and
f) Israel's June 1982 invasion of Lebanon.
g) In 2001, the Jews of Israel declared war against the Palestinian refugees and has been at war ever since.
h) July 2006, Israel-Lebanon war.
These wars are statements of guilt on the part of Israel being the 'US-milpost' and of the leadership of Israel being of military type, and that in fact, Israel is the Trojan Horse
of the US for the invasion of the Middle East and neighboring nations, including China.
After each war America became gradually committed to the security and well-being of Israel. America maintained Israel's superiority over Muslims through regular
infusions of money and arms, war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction including nuclear. During the Cold War America had a strategic interest in containing
Soviet influence and its expansion in the Middle East. The money and arms given to Israel was used to fend off challenges to American interests from radical,
Islamic, and Soviet-backed forces. The American support of Israel was criticized by the Arab Middle East and the Islamic world and has fed the
radical Islamic fundamentalist movements. Another strategic interest of the United States was the need to preserve access to
two-thirds of the world's known petroleum reserves.
The Jewish People sold their
Souls to the devil by accepting money, arms, war products and equipment, war planes, and weapons of mass destruction from the United States.
From a religious perspective, God gave the Jewish People the land they called Israel. God gave them the land with the understanding they could live as 'a global community'
and be accountable to life, all life on Earth. The Jewish people have failed. The land no longer belongs to them. God gave it and now God takes it back!
The Soul of Humanity
will see that Justice is done for all harms done. Now Palestinians are giving back all of their land and the Jewsih People will have to move out.
In the past, the Global Government of North America (GGNA)
has given its support to Israel by accepting the State of Israel as a member nation of the GGNA.
But now this is no longer the case. Israel is no longer a nation and had to be dropped from the group of nations forming the GGNA.
GCEG Global Parliament has categorically rejected Israel.
A while back the Global Community offered to the Jewsih People to re-settle in Canada's North but again this is no longer possible. The Jewsih People would have
to be re-educated to live as a global community, and that would be an impossible task.
The person who makes the decisions in Israel now is Major General Dan Halutz, not the government. Major General Dan Halutz is a person
lacking moral inhibitions. He is a professional soldier. From a moral point of view there is
no difference between the "rightist" Halutz and his predecessor, the "leftist" Ya'alon. They are both responsible for the brutal policy against the Palestinians.
The fact that Ya'alon suddenly comes off as a moral knight in shining armor and the hero of the left is outrageous. During his tenure, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) policy toward the
Palestinians was crueler than in the past. And surprise, surprise - the moment he was dismissed by the defense minister, the senior partner to this policy, the heads
of the kibbutz movement, those bastions of morality, came out to protest the dismissal. The man that was responsible for dozens of targeted killings, for the destruction of hundreds of houses and the
imprisonment of an entire public, is described as a man who embodies a moral Israel and an integrity that is now disappearing before our very eyes.
Halutz's appointment will therefore help rip away the remnants of the mask of morality that the IDF wears. When the man at the top of the pyramid is one who formulates his
moral principles in a callous and hard fashion, it will be very difficult for the IDF to continue holding seminars on human rights, human dignity and freedom and
purity of arms, or to commission an ethical code from a philosopher.
For having declared war against Lebanon, there is now a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Major General Dan Halutz.
Americans say they needed to create the State of Israel because they needed someone in the Middle East to stand for the USA. Why? Obviously to protect the supply of oil and
gas shipments to the USA. It was also a military
strategy. In exchange for defending the US interests in the Middle East, the US would help Israel with a continuous supply of money and with all the arms in the world, including nuclear. Plenty of money to make by selling arms to the
Middle East nations. By taking over the Middle East economically and militarily, Americans would have a strong base to send Russia and China to kingdom come with nuclear war heads. So Israel was their Trojan Horse for the
economic and military invasion of the Middle East and eventually the world. It seems to have worked out that way, so far. Today Israel is somewhat obsolete because Americans are in Iraq and will stay in Iraq for as long as there is
money to make selling arms and oil and gas to have. But they said they were there to build a democracy. Well! Ya! That too! Have I missed something?! Gees! No, the idea of building democracy in the Middle East is for the good souls
back home in America, you know those people back home who don't have a clue about what is going on, or pretend that they dont. Americans are in the Middle East for the long haul. The war industry in America needs to be in the
Middle East, that is where the money is. The war industry in America gives jobs to about one third of the American population. So it is a matter of survival. And, by the way, you work for the war industry in any way at all, even voting
for a White House foreign policy maker promoting war as a soltion to a problem, you are a soldier, just the same as the soldier pulling the trigger in the Middle East. So if war comes to America, you are not a 'civilian' but a soldier.
In our estimate, that includes no less than one-third of the American population. During the Cold War with the Soviet Union, the United States, Great Britain, France, Russia, Germany, and Israel were the countries that sold arms,
war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction to
the people of the Middle East and to Afghanistan. They have shown no ethical and moral values in the activities of their trade. They have made trade a despicable act of dealing with one another between human beings and between
nations. No laws! No regulations! No ethics! No moral responsibility and accountability! Everyone has the "freedom" of destroying the global life-support systems! Everyone has the "freedom" of human rights abuses! Now
pollution, diseases, terrorism, poverty, social and economic injustice have no boundaries. Now, being in Iraq, Americans will have the opportunity to invade China. Invade China...!! Who said that?! Now, now! I did not say bombing
China with thousand of nuclear war heads. That would be stupid! No, it will not happen that way. What have I said, money. Ya! Americans will get the Chinese people to work for them. Let the cow gives all its milk. How is that
possible?? Very simple! And Americans have got very good at that. Get them to buy arms and make sure they kill each others in the process. Americans have mastered the arts of war from way back when. They have already made
trillions of dollars in the Middle East. Everyone has been buying their arms. So China is the biggies. Lots of money to make. First, they will allow China to get their oil and gas from Iran. The chinese economy will be good because they
have energy and the base products, oil & gas, from which they can make plastics. And with plastics they can manufacture all kinds of toys such as computers. Thousands of different products make use of plastics. Now the American
have passed legislation to allow rich, powerful, American corporations to invest in China. Why?! Because of cheap labour! No environmental costs! Many reasons. The facts are that China now is working for American corporations.
Now this is when the American war industry gets into the picture. They have to sell arms to the Chinese people. And how are they going to do that?! The war industry have had plenty of learning in the Middle East. They will make
sure that a Chinese province or community is at war against another Chinese community. You know, there has to be a reason why people hate each other. So creating hate between the Chinese people will be a priority. Create a
chaos! Remember the Iran-Iraq war... So easy! So well masterminded! If they hate one another then they will want to kill each other. This is when the American (and British) war industry sell their arms. So in effect, they all work for
America. Yep! Cheap labour! And they all can go to kingdom come! And then America will bring up the flags of fighting for the establishment of democracy, freedoms, and 'whatnots'. Americans back home will love it! It is so pathetic
that one would want to cry. People used to look up to America. But now Americans are just killers, criminals, invaders, predators, and arms dealers. It is not just about survival. It is about a civilization gone so bad that its people
would do anything for money.
A nation is defined primarily by its people, its communities. A global community has a well defined criteria based on global symbiotical relationships.
These relationships allow a global equitable and peaceful development and a more stable and inclusive global economy. Since its creation in 1947, Israel
has made itself as being a military organization and not a democracy. Israel made itself the Trojan Horse of the United States for the invasion of the
Middle East and neighboring nations, including China.
We denounce the military actions of Israel, the United Nations and of the United States:
1. Israel is not 'a global community' and, therefore, not a nation.
2. Israel is a military outpost of the United States: the 'US-milpost'.
3. The Earth Court of Justice is to decide the fate of Israel and of the Palestinians.
4. Israel is to stop its military actions against Lebanon and the Palestinians.
Our world is changing fast before our eyes, and we must react quickly and hard to protect all life on Earth. No hesitation! Right now and no waiting! Life on the planet
is our first priority. We must protect it at all costs.
We, global citizens, fight to protect life on Earth for this generation and the next ones. We are the defenders of the
environment and the global life-support systems. We know who the beasts are, and how they destroy the living on our planet. We have rallied together all over the world to protect our home, Earth. But this
time we are not alone. We know it all! We know how everything works. And we will do whatever it takes to protect life on Earth. "We the Peoples", the
Global Community, the GCEG, are the Earth revolutionaries, and we will protect life on Earth at all costs.
The war industry is the "mother of all evils" of our world. It must be shelved. War products and equipment and weapons of mass destruction from all nations must be decommissioned. Join the Global Citizens Peace Movement. Today the war industry is exploiting the issue of terrorism for profit.
Everyone knows terrorism cannot be fought by conventional warfare but that would not deter the industry from saying it is the best way to get rid of terrorists.
War is the greatest violation of human rights that one people can inflict on another. It brings deaths and injuries, starvation, diseases, millions of people
losing their homes and livelihoods, and massive destruction of property.
Children and teenagers are placed in internment camps, and several are often forced to serve as soldiers. War not only corrupts the morals of soldiers, it leads to a decline
in the morality of the whole nation.
Political and military leaders are always convinced that their particular war is justified. From their point of view, there are several reasons to go
to war: loyalty to allies, religion, a thirst for power, greed, ancient grievances to be settled, or the desire to alleviate suffering among their people.
A nonviolent settlement to a conflict would always be more advantageous. War is self-defeating because it cannot secure what it sets out to achieve, protection against attack. The hatred for the enemy
whipped up by war and the desire for revenge among the losers leads to an accursed vicious circle from which there is no escape. The difference between
agressive and defensive, or just and unjust wars, is ridiculous. They are tags each side adopted to suit its interests. War and militarism destroy civil liberties within a nation.
War is not sustainable. It never was. The military option, war, is against global sustainability and global peace in a big way.
The worst environmental degradation happens in wars. Farm products in fields and livestock are abandoned, there is no more control on toxic wastes, and water, air, and land are polluted. People are displaced and feel no longer
responsible for the quality of life in their communities. Historically, the industrialized nations have caused the most damage to the environment, with their careless technology and policies. Emissions from factories and vehicles have
caused ozone depletion, acid rain, and dangerous greenhouse gases
have forced the global warming of the planet and the climate to change dangerously, the worst threat to humanity and all life. Leaders of the wealthier nations must be willing to accept responsibility for past mistakes and to help pay the financial burden for environmental protection of the developing nations. This is the
most damaging conflict of interests between the rich industrialized countries and those that are poor and struggling just for existence. GCEG helps wealthy and poorer nations reach a better understanding of each other's needs.
All aspects are interrelated: global peace, global sustainability, human and Earth rights and the environment. The poor is more concerned with ending starvation, finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to survive. Environmental issues become
meaningless to the poor. In reality, all concerns are interrelated. As soon as the environment is destroyed beyond repair, human suffering is next. Ecology has no boundaries. All nations suffer the effects of air pollution, global
warming, loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, acid rain, ozone depletion, silting of streams, and countless of other environmental problems. This was the reason for developing the
Scale of Human and Earth Rights.
It allows humanity to see life on Earth in its right place and shows us how to protect it. The Scale gives a mean to arrest a new type of criminals because destroying the
global life-support systems is a criminal act and must be punished severily.
What we see happening today in the Middle East and in America is the clash of the relationship between America and the Islamic Civilization.
America assume all Muslims are guilty. Muslims have had more than enough
of the American and British imperialism in the Middle East. The act of terrorim was the result of an entire Islamic Civilization telling America, and any new outsiders, to butt out of the
Middle East and of Afghanistan, or else they will come to our land and do the same to us.
We are asking the Israel and the US to justify their action in the Earth Court of Justice
(not in the news media which they own and control). We want Justice for all and universal. We want a process
for the creation of new nations. We want the Earth Court of Justice to be an independent and impartial body that will create the process and verify it
for the case of the creation of the States of Israel and Palestine.
In effect because of how it was created, Israel is not a true nation and much less a democracy. It is military force, the 'US-milpost', for invading the Middle East
and neighboring nations, including China.
We must correct the mistake made by the United Nations in creating Israel by having the Earth Court of Justice to start the process of fixing
the problem. The process should include important steps such as:
a) dissolving the State of Israel;
b) creating a new organization that would include all religious groups in the region and civil society; the organization would manage the affairs of
the region; and
c) setting up a criteria for managing the region, a criteria agreed upon everyone concerned.
To Israel
God gave you a piece of land with the understanding you could live on it responsibly as 'a global community' and be accountable to life, all life on Earth. You
have failed yourself and all life. God no longer gives you ownership of the land. Israel no longer exists. Israelis no longer have a homeland and are
considered foreigners on the land that was once called Israel. At best it is now called a military outpost of the United States, the 'US-milpost', and soon to become obsolete
because now the US has invaded Iraq, built several permanent military bases, and is planning a multistage invasion of China.
Throughout human history there have been leaders of nations who wanted more land and power over people of other nations. They wanted
to conquer the world to satisfy their own needs and interests and, often, just for power itself, no other reason. They forced their own people to go to war and the people of other 'friendly' nations to fight on their behalf.
Sounds familiar! This is happening today as well! The United States and NATO!
Today, Canada is being pushed in helping the US invading Afghanistan and the Middle East.
Ever since the end of World War I the British tried to
colonize the arabs and Muslims of the Middle East and surroundings. Over the past decade, we have proven in articles of several of our Newsletters that the British and American peoples have tried to invade and colonize
the Arabs and Muslims of the Middle East. Israel is the Trojan Horse to achieve their goal. Back in 1947, the US have coerced the United Nations to create the State of Israel. It was an illegal and arbitrary process (or the lack of it) that created the State of Israel. There was never a Referendum
conducted in the region to find out if there were any reason at all for the creation of Israel (at the time there were only a few Jews in the region) against the will of over one billion Arabs and Muslims. The reason was colonization and invasion of the Middle East for profit and self-interests. Brut and simple exploitation of the people of the Middle East and of their resources.
Another invasion but different than the invasion of Vietnam and of other Peoples by the same invaders. After World War II, at the UN, it was easy for the US to get all the allies on their side.
Ever since the creation of the United Nations, lobbying by powerful groups and nations has been the norm. The UN never operated from principles, always from
money received by powerful groups and nations.
The Five Permanent Members of the UN (Great Britain, France, China, US, Russia) had no objection and all passed the resolution that created the State of Israel.
That was all that was required. No process! All political! Politicians created the State of Israel without any reason except preparing grounds for a
systematic invasion of the Middle East and the exploitation of the Arabs and Muslims and of their resources. In Canada, every province have jurisdiction over
their resources. Ask to the Premier of Alberta what he would say if Ottawa was to create a new agency to manage or take over the resources within his province. He would probably seperate from the rest of Canada and join the US. So why would it be
any different in the Middle East? Dont people from other nations have the rights to own and control their resources? The US do not think so. We are asking the US to justify their action in the Earth Court of Justice
Today the colonization of the world by rich nations is more subtil.
Rich countries manipulate trade agreements in order to ensure profitability. Their governments insist on tariffs and protectionism in areas in which
they are weak. Free trade opens up a poor country's economy to competition with strong, developed, well-financed, multinational corporations. In consequence, most of the
local producers and manufacturers go out of business thus leaving a poor country's economy entirely in the hands of the transnational elite. It is a form of
colonization and of world anti-government. Rich countries force poorer countries to open up their markets, and then take over them.
It is obvious that trade is what drives powerful nations to use their military to control other nation's economies. Profit is what counts! That is what really drives
the West to war in the Middle East and surroundings. If the US could get away with it they would use nuclear bombs over every nation of the Middle East to grab their oil reserves.
We will show here that, after the Ottoman Empire was defeated during World War I, the British have had
a Love-Hate relationship with the Islamic Civilization and, after the birth of Israel, America also had such a Love-Hate relationship with the Islamic Civilization.
What we see happening
today in the Middle East and in America is the clash of the relationship between America and the Islamic Civilization. Historically, the West has manipulated
individuals, terrorist groups, and governments of the Middle East for the sole purpose of making a large profit that is estimated to be
eight trillion dollars(American). That is the Love part, the love of money, in the Love-Hate relationship.
During the Iran-Iraq War, the Love-Hate relationship between America and Israel on one side and Khomeini and Hussein on the other side was erratic and contradictory.
Israel and America were selling arms to both sides at the same time just to keep the war going and thus, making more money.
America's policy toward Iran and Iraq was incoherent, inconsistent, dishonnest, erratic, and mostly aimed at making money. Strictly business! A profit-making international policy! This
kind of policy created hate of the West in the heart and mind of every person of the Islamic Civilization, and America's credibility in the eyes of the Muslim allies was seriously damaged.
After World War I, following the destruction of the Ottoman Empire, the European powers created states in the Middle East and
appointed officials to administer them. A lot of what was created had no legitimacy for the people of the Muslim Civilization, and Western domination brought much of the same kind of hegemony in the region as with the British.
Muslims have had enough of outsiders exploiting them for profit and power, of being used
and killed, and their communities destroyed.
The September 11 attack on America may
very well be a small outburst of this hate. This is what Israel, Great Britain and America have to deal with, and they are morally responsible and
accountable for creating this hate in the Middle East and in Afghanistan. It is the Free Trading of arms,
war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction
in the Middle East, the business deals, and their complete lack of ethical and moral responsibility and accountability that are at the root of the September 11 attack on the USA.
The Afghans were wonderful friends to America during the America-Soviet Cold War but now the USA considered them expandable
and merely social and religious barbarians. Afghans were already struggling to survive under severe war-ruined, drought conditions. Poverty was and is still widespread in Afghanistan.
This Love-Hate relationship
is very much the same today. Americans are now selling arms to the people of Pakistan, and it is only a matter of time before Americans change their mind and called the people of Pakistan the evil enemies, the terrorists, and then invade Pakistan.
The United States, Great Britain, France, Russia, Germany, and Israel were the countries that sold arms,
war products and equipment, war planes,
to the people of the Middle East and to Afghanistan. They have shown no ethical and moral values in the activities of their trade.
They have made trade a despicable act of dealing with one another between human beings and between nations. No laws! No regulations! No ethics! No moral responsibility and accountability! Everyone has the "freedom" of destroying
the global life-support systems! Everyone has the "freedom" of human rights abuses! Now pollution, diseases, terrorism, poverty, social and economic injustice have no boundaries.
Historical Background
What is known of the Middle East includes many countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates, and also the Israeli occupied territories of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
The Islamic State of Afghanistan is geographically located in Southern Asia, north and west of Pakistan, and east of Iran. Afghanistan is included here in the discussion .
The different groups of people living in the region are passionate about defending their territory and bodies of water. Religious beliefs strongly influence their politics.
The Middle East is the home of the world's most ancient civilizations and the birthplace of the three great monotheistic(one God) religions: Islam, Christianity and Judaism.
Islamic believers, or Muslims, follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (GR) (GR) as recorded in the Quran; the Quran prescribes common laws, a written language and a universal Muslim culture.
Jews follow the Torah which describes their early history and is the basis for several of their cultural practices.
Christians learn about the history of Christ's life and teachings in the New Testament of the Bible. It is unfortunate that the various
interpretations of these Holy Books often cause disagreement and war rather than peace and healing.
Back in 1947, the United Nations should not have created the State of Israel because in doing so it was giving a land to a People, the Jewish People, a specific
religious group, and telling the other religious groups to butt out. Instead the UN should have help creating an organization that would have included all religious
groups and civil society, and set up an appropriate criteria to have them manage the region.
Historical aspects of the great Muslim's civilization and the birth of the Islam Religion have been described in GCEG September 2001 Newsletter. They
represent the beginning of the Middle East saga. This historical perspective spread from the Greek civilization to modern days.
It was after World War II that the Middle East became the principal source of oil for industrial nations and a place of ever-growing strategic
importance for the global economy. Because of the oil, the Middle East has become a region for conflicts and wars between the Western Civilization
and the Muslim Civilization. Furthermore, the old conflict between Jews and Arabs in Palestine has accentuated the tension and made
the Middle East one of the most volatile place on the planet.
The politics of the Middle East are very complex. The region is the seething with political extremism and religious fanaticism most often caused by outside powers.
Starting in the nineteenth century these outsiders were the Ottoman Empire, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, czarist Russia, Germany, France, Great Britain, the Soviet Union and now
the United States of America. There were always two or more outsiders competing for control and influence. The local governments, rulers, warlords or
tribal chiefs have often sided with one of the outsiders or the other to advance local needs or their own personal political power.
The Ottoman Turks were Islamic and multiethnic. They ruled a large part of the Arab land for a period stretching from early fifteen century to the end of World War I (they were defeated because they
took side with Germany) at which time
Great Britain and France played the major roles as colonial powers until the 1956 Suez crisis.
After World War II the influence of the two superpowers, the United States
and the Soviet Union, was exerted through alliances, economic assistance, and the supply of arms, war products and equipment, and not
through direct political control or prolonged military occupation. The superpower phase ended in 1991 with the collapse of the Soviet Union. In 1991 at the end of the Cold War between the USSR and America, America demonstrated dominance in the Middle East and Russia was transformed from a powerful adversary
into a junior partner (global economics are at the roots of this new partnership).
Today the United States with Israel are the only outsiders invading the Middle East countries. These outsiders are shaping the political evolution of the Middle East
and the destinies of every Muslim country and Afghanistan. Everything, including oil prices (OPEC really have not much saying in this matter),
are ruled by the United States. Saddam Hussein predicted that this would happen, and he warned his fellow Muslims. In 1990, he invaded Kuwait (the region of Kuwait used to belong
to Iraq during the Ottoman Empire period but was made independent by the British in 1922) but America, the Soviet Union, Great Britain and France ejected Iraq from Kuwait.
Ever since that time, the status quo in the region has been kept by America. The New World Order now
reflects the interests of the victors rather than any universal principles of justice or morality.
America has emerged as the principal guardian of Gulf security and the Muslim Civilization was, once more over its history, pushed back into a
position of dependence, weakness and subservience, and that is really the old regional order (not the New World Order) in the Middle East.
Since World War II, America along with junior partners, Great Britain, France and Russia, have refashioned the Middle East in
their own image, building a new political and territorial order on the ruins of the Ottoman Empire. Despite the efforts of secular and religious
local forces who rejected the West's intrusion, America and the junior partners formed states, chose people to govern them, and drawn
frontiers between them. But this new order never worked because to Arab nationalists it meant betrayal of wartime promises made by
the Allies, military occupation, and the exploitation of resources and of the Muslim people. The Jewish National Home in Palestine further fueled hostility toward the West. The post war
order imposed by Great Britain and the Allies created instabilities and disorder (the Ottoman Empire was stable and had order) throughout the Muslim world. On November 29, 1947, the
United Nations passed a resolution partitioning Palestine into two independent states, one Jewish and one Arab. The Jewish accepted the resolution and called their land Israel,
but the Muslim states rejected it and sent their armies to regain the land but lost the war against Israel. The Palestinians lost their land and
have been without a homeland ever since. They became refugees on their own land. Israel's occupation of Muslim land and refusal
to recognize the national rights of the Palestinians were the fundamental problems. The State of Israel made its entrance into history in a war against the Muslims.
Throughout this period America was a major support in lobbying the UN partition plan and in the birth of the State of Israel.
In the aftermath of World war II there were numerous Arab-Israeli wars namely the:
a) 1948 Palestine war;
b) 1956 Suez war;
c) June 1967 Six-Day war between Israel and Egypt/Syria/Jordan;
d) 1969-70 War of Attrition between Israel and Egypt;
e) October 1973 Yom Kippur war between Israel and Egypt/Syria; and
f) Israel's June 1982 invasion of Lebanon.
g) In 2001, the Jews of Israel declared war against the Palestinian refugees and has been at war ever since.
h) July 2006, Israel-Lebanon war.
After each war America became gradually committed to the security and well-being of Israel. America maintained Israel's superiority over Muslims through regular
infusions of money and arms, war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear.
In the late 60's and during the 70's, America's defeat in the Vietnam War had profoundly disillusioned the American people about the necessity of always being
upfront to the defense of their strategic interests in the Middle East. They chose to rely on friendly local powers as regional policemen: Israel, Iran and
Saudi Arabia. They sold arms, war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear
(at some point in time America agreed to sell anything to the shah of Iran but not nuclear weapons) to Iran and Saudi Arabia and provided them with technical assistance (at costs of course).
In Iran, the arms sales increased tremendously as American companies scrambled for lucrative contracts. The overspending on arms led to inflation and corruption as
American company officials offered "commissions" in return of government contracts. The increased exposure to Western ideas contributed to
Iranian domestic problems, disturbed Islamic fundamentalists and alienated the Iranian people from their rulers. America used the shah to weaken
the Soviet Union and its allies, especially Iraq, in Central Asia. In the mean time, the Soviets sold arms to Iraq. For the White House, the Kurdish people in northern Iraq, and the people from
Iran and Iraq were all pawns in a geopolitical game, supporting them only as long as they were useful. America tilted first toward Iran but will
tilt in favor of Iraq when circumstances change and when it deemed such a tilt advantageous. This strategy built suspicion and resentment of
America on all sides and the long-term consequences were not understood (as we have seen what happened on September 11 2001, and, today, the Hizbollah
group defending Lebanon).
In 1979 the Ayatollah Ruholla Khomeini overthrown the shah of Iran, the Pahlavi dynasty. With the collapse of the shah's regime, a decade of efforts to develop
a viable Gulf strategy ended in failure. America lost a close friend but also prestige and credibility. It also lost its links to the Iranian
military, its monitoring stations near the Soviet frontier, and a very important arms buyer. The oil-price also want up to $34 a barrel.
Khomeini had criticized the shah's subservience to America and its alliance with Israel, potraying them both as evils to Islam. The Islamic Revolution turned America
and other former allies into enemies. Khomeini regarded both the Soviet Union and America as equally guilty of imperialism. Khomeini wanted to spread the Islamic system
of government to the corrupt pro-Western and anti-Islamic countries of the Gulf. Khomeini call to Iraqi Shiites to overthrow the Iraqi President Saddam Hussein and establish an Islamic state. In December 1979, the Soviet invaded
Afghanistan. America feared that the invasion was a prelude to Soviet expansion in the Gulf. On September 22, 1980, Iraqi President Saddam Hussein launched a massive attack
on Iran. It was believed that America was an accomplice in the Iraqi attack on Iran. Iraq had a military advantage as Iran was missing its principal
source of arms and spare parts.
In November 1979, followers of Khomeini seized American hostages. In October 1980, for no apparent reason, Iran announced the release of the hostages. A short while later
the embargo on arms to Iran was reversed and Israel was allowed to sell several billion dollars' worth of American-made arms, spare parts, and ammunition to Iran. Money made enemies good friends. The
Love-Hate relationship between America and Israel on one side and Khomeini and Hussein on the other side was erratic and contradictory. Money could buy anyone in the
Pursian Gulf, even Israel and America. Eventually, Israel made its own arms sell deals without America's permission. America and Israel wanted the
Iran-Iraq War to continue forever. There was plenty of money to make from both sides. The Soviet Union condemmed Iraq for starting the war and suspended
arms supplies. In 1982 Iran invaded Iraqi territory. Moscow resumed arms supplies to Iraq. At the same time America feared the Iranian military victory which would mean
the expansion of Islam. America tilted towards Iraq. America also resumed arms sales to Iraq and restored diplomatic relations. Now the Love-Hate relationship between America
and Iraqi President Saddam Hussein was very real. Once again money made old enemies good friends, and bought Israel and America. Both Israel and America were selling arms to both sides
at the same time (the Iran-Contra scandal in the US) just to keep the war going. America's credibility in the eyes of the Arab allies was seriously damaged.
Because of pressure at home, America intervened actively in the Iran-Iraq War by tilting on Iraq's side. America established an arms embargo against Iran. On July 1988 Iran capitulated.
America's policy toward Iran and Iraq had been incoherent, inconsistent, dishonnest, erratic, and mostly aimed at making money. Strictly business! A profit-making international policy!
And Saddam Hussein ended up becoming a junior partner with the US in preserving the status quo in the Gulf. The war did not resolve anything. The threat each regime
presented the other was still existing after the cease-fire.
In 1990 Iraq invaded Kuwait, its former land. The Americans launched Operation Desert Storm to remove the Iraqi forces from Kuwait, and hoping to create a
"New World Order" where the rule of law governs the conduct of nations. This New World Order was meant to rally support from local powers but it turned out to be
much of the same thing to the Muslim population: status quo, stability, based on the same states and frontiers, and it recognized only state rights and not
that of individuals or group rights. It showed that Islamic fundamentalists were not welcome and would never succeed in a democratic framework. Democracy and human rights were not even mentioned, just as if Muslims were not evolved enough as human beings and could not
possibly understand the higher thinking of democracy and that of human rights. Maybe Americans thought that, because of their non-Christian religion, Muslims were barbarians and could not
be considered as part of the Human Family, the Earth Community. The New World Order was an illusion for covering American hegemony in the Middle East. It allowed Saddam to defeat
the Kurdish and Shiite uprisings as a pre-condition to ending the war. The New World Order also allowed the Jews in Israel to occupy Arad lands in Palestine which is something
unacceptable to the Islamic Civilization. Americans committed themselves to provide Israel with an unlimited economic, monetary, technological, diplomatic and military
assistance. They wanted Israel to maintain its military edge at all costs. America also provided Israel with aid for large-scale housing projects on the West Bank. America remained hostile to the PLO.
After understanding these historical events, dont you think Americans and Jews should say
me-aculpa for the September 11 events in the USA and the Hizbollah group defending Lebanon? In some ways I feel responsible as well as I should have criticized
the American policies in the Middle East and may be they would have changed. Are we responsible adults or are we going to hide behind hate and revenge like irresponsible children?
When are we going to look within ourselves and examine our Way of Life, our values, and start to take some responsibility
for events such as September 11 and the Hizbollah group defending Lebanon, and be accountable? All of us.
The West is responsible for countless territorial disputes in the Middle East and in other parts of the world, and has denied several countries' very right to exist, and
caused numerous wars and struggles for national liberation. Current conflicts in the Middle East are between Muslims and Jews, and Muslims and America.
By making an astronomical profit through the selling of arms, war products and equipment, war planes, to all of the Middle East countries, including Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan,
and by sucessively calling these old friends their new enemies and terrorists, and destroying their countries,America and Great Britain have shown that they could never
be trusted. Since the Cold War is over, the only American interests in the Middle East are the cheap crude oil and the protection of Israel. The Jews come first even if it mean to fight and annihilate the entire Islamic Civilization with nuclear war heads.
If you have any doubt that they would do such an atrocious crime, ask the people from Japan and also, ask the Russians as they have back off from rubbing their noses with those
of the American and the British. They are looking for an excuse big enough for doing it. The September 11 event was not big enough. And it would
not matter whether or not they have solid proof of who is guilty of the attack. No one has claimed responsibility of the September 11 event and, therefore, there are no
solid proof of who could have done such a terrible act. If there had really been a solid proof it would have been easy to prove it
in the Earth Court of Justice.
America assume all Muslims are guilty. Muslims have had more than enough
of the American and British imperialism in the Middle East. There is no such thing as one person, Osama bin Laden,
being guilty of the September 11 event. It is ridiculous what the News Media Controlled Industry of the West is trying to make us believe.
The media was told "Look for the leader and throw all you have got at him, and if there is no leader we will make one". Americans once again are invading a country
in the region of the Middle East, Afghanistan,
to look for the leader and his "gang of terrorists".
We say that they are not people like we are, and they should be stopped.
The reality is that they are Muslims people, more than a billion of them.
After World War I, following the destruction of the Ottoman Empire, the European powers created states and
appointed officials to administer them. A lot of what was created had no legitimacy for the people of the Muslim Civilization and Western domination brings much of the same kind of hegemony in the region as with the British.
They have had enough of outsiders exploiting them for profit and power, of being used
and killed, and their communities destroyed. The act of terrorism of September 11 was not caused by a group of lawless people with Osama bin Laden as their leader.
No! The act of terrorim was the result of an entire Muslim Civilization telling America, and any new outsiders, to butt out of the
Middle East or else they will come to our land and do the same to us. Killing Osama bin Laden and his people will not solve anything. It will
make the American people feel better for a while. The News Media Controlled Industry of the West will make sure that the American feel
good about having caught and punished the guilty ones. The American people are way more intelligent than this. They know something is
not right! Something right has to be done and invading Afghanistan is not the answer. Invading the entire Muslim world is not the answer either.
The only strategic interests America has in the Middle east are the oil, selling arms, war products and equipment, war planes, and Israel.
We can buy the oil like we have done in the past. Better even we should
find an environmentally friendly source of energy. Oil is creating global warming and will bring about the extinction of Life on Earth. Selling arms is evil. We know that so why
are we doing it? Money? I certainly never got a penny off selling arms so who is making all those trillion of dollars? There were
astronomical amounts of money made by the war industry ever since World War I. We have armed the Muslim people, and then we have destroyed them.
The war industry is evil and should be shelved for good.
America has an obligation to promote a meaningful Israel-Palestinians settlement in the Middle East. There is too much instability, violence and bloodshed in the region.
As for Israel, if the problem was just the small piece of land that they took away
from the Muslim Civilization then we could offer the Jews to relocate somewhere else where they could participate positively as members
of the Human Family, the Global Community. There is plenty of space North of Canada. But we would have to ask permission from the Canadian Government and the neighborhood communities (by referendum) if they would accept
the people from Israel as neighbors. We would not ask the United Nations to break all the rules of human rights and democracy and approve the creation of the
State of Israel in Canada.
One thing is for sure Jews would have to leave their guns and war heads behind. They would have to decommission all of their
war products and equipment. They would also have to be re-educated in living in our Canadian environment and democratic principles and values.
But the problem with Israel in the Middle East is not about the small piece of land that they have
taken from the Muslim world. It is about religion: Judaism and Christianity (from America) versus Islam.
It is the love-hate relationhip between America and the Muslim and Arab worlds.
A world where life is a gift of God and should be respected versus a world where the messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (GR)(GR), is dearer than parents, their children
and themselves.
Actually it is not so much Christianity
as Americans have another religion, they have money or the dollar sign as their religion. In a way, the West is jealous of the Islamic Faith, and followers of the Faith, moderates, fundamentalists and extremists.
Much of our Western philosophy is related to science and its applications, and about the Universe, the evolution of Life, and it has its roots in the Islamic Faith and that is totally opposed by Christian believers as they believe in Creation. It is like
the Islamic Faith is intruding in a major way into the Christian Faith.
This was amply shown during the Iran-Iraq War.
The Love-Hate relationship with either regime was based mostly on the love of profit-making from the part of America and hate of Americans and Jews by Iraqis and Iranians. This Love-Hate relationship
is very much the same today. Basically what Americans have showed is that, given enough money, America can be bought. No need to destroy America, just
buy it.
Canadian peace-keeping mission in the world
It is not right for Canada to be driven to war just because of the American self-interests in the Middle East. Canada should get
out of NATO. It is an archaic institution just like the war industry. Because of their
profit making self-interests in the Middle East, America brought terrorism to America and to the entire North American continent. I certainly do not approve of Canadians being asked to give their lives for such meaningless reason. The days
of the great wars for great reasons are over. We are the Human Family, the Earth Community,
the Global Community, and we dont want greedy people to govern our lives. There are 6.7 billion of us.
We fight to protect life on Earth for this generation and the next ones.
We will rise up and tell to that
small group of greedy people who rule the world where they can go. They can go to Jupiter.
What goes around comes around!
If we truly want peace, safety and security, than we have to invite every Muslim of the Middle East
to become a part of the Human Family.
GCEG has shown that a global community can be united by religion to form a Global Government. It does not have to be a democracy. A GG based on religion is very acceptable
to GCEG. People can unite in any way they wish.
A global community is not about a piece of land you acquired by force or otherwise. One could think of a typical global community of a million people that does not have to be bounded by a geographical or political
border. It can be a million people living in many different locations all over the world. The Global Community is thus more fluid and dynamic. We need to let go the archaic ways of seeing a community as the
street where I live and contained by a border. Many conflicts and wars will be avoided by seeing ourselves as people with a heart, a mind and a Soul, and as part of a community with the same.
The old concept of a community being the street where we live in and surrounded by a definite geographical and political boundary has originated during the Roman Empire period. An entire new system of
values was then created to make things work for the Roman Empire. Humanity has lived with this concept over two thousand years. Peoples from all over the world are ready to kill anyone challenging their
border. They say that this is their land, their property, their 'things'. This archaic concept is endangering humanity and its survival. The Roman Empire has gone but its culture is still affecting us today. We
need to let go the old way of thinking. We need to learn of the new concept, and how it can make things work in the world.
A typical global community may be what a group of people, together, wants it to be. It can be a group of people sharing with the same values. It can be a group of people with the same cultural background, or the
same religious background. Or they can be people with totally different backgrounds and beliefs. The people making a global community may be living in many different locations on the planet. With today's
communications it is easy to group people in this fashion. It can be a village, or two villages together where people have decided to unite as one community. The two villages may be found in different parts of
the world. It can be a town, a city, or a nation. It can be two or more nations together.
The number of people making a typical global community becomes important when a democratic election to elect representatives to the Global Community is going on. The voting system of the Global
Community is very simple and practical. One representative per million people. A global community of 300 million people would have three hundred representatives.
The political system of an individual country does not have to be a democracy. Political rights of a country belong to that country alone. Democracy is not to be enforced by anyone and to anyone or to any
global community. Every community can and should choose the political system of their choice with the understanding of the importance of such a right on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights . On the
other hand, representatives to the Global Community must be elected democratically in every part of the world. An individual country may have any political system at home but the government of that
country will have to ensure (and allow verification by the Global Community) that representatives to the Global Community have been elected democratically. This way, every person in the world can claim
the birth right of electing a democratic government to manage Earth: the rights to vote and elect representatives to form the the Global Community.
The power of GCEG was de-centralized to give each GG a better chance to find the right solutions to global issues. It can act faster and be more effective and efficient in the context of the Global Community,
this great, wide, wonderful world made of all these diverse global communities within each Nation. The Global Community becomes thus more fluid and dynamic. A global symbiotical relationship is created
between Nations and GCEG for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development. This is
the basic concept that is allowing us to group willing Member Nations from different parts of the world. A typical example is the Global Government of North America (GGNA).
As we have shown in the Global Constitution, the Global Community is defined as being all that exits or occurs at any location at any time between the Ozone layer above and the core of the planet below.
This is an important concept and particularly useful in the context of the Global Governments Federation. A community is not about a piece of land you acquired by force or otherwise. One could think of a
typical community of a million people that does not have to be bounded by a geographical or political border. It can be a million people living in many different locations all over the world. The Global
Community is thus more fluid and dynamic. We need to let go the archaic ways of seeing a community as the street where I live and contained by a border. Many conflicts and wars will be avoided by seeing
ourselves as people with a heart, a mind and a Soul, and as part of a community with the same. The Global Community is this great, wide, wonderful world made of all these diverse global communities.
A global symbiotical relationship between two or more nations, or between two or more global communities, can have trade as the major aspect of the relationship or it can have as many other aspects as
agreed by the people involved. The fundamental criteria is that a relationship is created for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The
relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development.
This is the basic concept that is allowing us to group Member Nations from different parts of the world. For example, the Global Government of North America can be made of willing Member Nations such as
Canada, the United States, Mexico, Great britain, the Territories, and include the North Pole region.
The Global Community allows people to take control of their own lives. The Global Community was built from a grassroots process with a
vision for humanity that is challenging every person on Earth as well as nation governments. The Global Community has a vision of the
people working together building a new civilization including a healthy and rewarding future for the next generations. Global cooperation
brings people together for a common future for the good of all.
Earth governance does not imply a lost of state sovereignty and territorial integrity. A nation government exists within the framework of an
effective Global Community protecting common global values and humanity heritage. Earth governance gives a new meaning to the notions
of territoriality, and non-intervention in a state way of life, and it is about protecting the cultural heritage of a state. Diversity of cultural and
ethnic groups is an important aspect of Earth governance.
Earth governance is a balance between the rights of states with rights of people, and the interests of nations with the interests of the Global
Community, the human family, the global civil society.
Earth governance is about the rights of states to self-determination in the global context of the Global Community rather than the traditional
context of a world of separate states.
The Global Community condemns Israeli attacks on Gaza and South Lebanon and calls for an end to U.S. support of the Israeli occupation.
On Saturday, July 15, Israelis killed 35 civilians , including 15 children, in air strikes meant to punish Lebanon for letting Hizbollah guerillas menace the Jewish state's northern border.
Hizbollah rockets struck deeper into Israel than ever, wounding eight people in the Sea of Galilee town of Tiberias, and wounding 15 other people across northern Israel.
Israel's bombing of Lebanese roads, bridges, ports and airports, as well as Hizbollah targets, is its most destructive onslaught since a 1982 invasion to expel Palestinian forces.
For the first time, ports in Christian areas were bombarded and a helicopter missile hit a lighthouse on Beirut's seafront.
Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora demanded an immediate U.N.-backed cease-fire, denouncing Israel for turning his country into a "disaster zone." He appealed for foreign aid.
Israel said the way out would be for Lebanon to implement a U.N. resolution demanding Hizbollah disarmed. The Beirut government, led by an anti-Syrian coalition, lacks the unity and firepower to disarm Hizbollah, the only Lebanese faction to keep its guns after the 1975-90 civil war.
President Bush, who has declined to urge Israel to curb its military operations, said Syria should tell Hizbollah, also backed by Iran, to stop cross-border attacks.
An Israeli missile incinerated a van in southern Lebanon, killing 20 people, among them 15 children, in the deadliest single attack of the campaign launched by Israel after Hizbollah captured two of its soldiers and killed eight on Wednesday.
Police said the van was carrying two families fleeing the village of Marwaheen after Israeli loudspeaker warnings to leave their homes. Many of the bodies were charred.
Other raids on north, east and south Lebanon killed 15 people and wounded 37, security sources said.
At least 104 people, all but four of them civilians, have been killed in Israel's four-day-old assault, which has choked Lebanon's economy and prompted tourists and foreigners to flee.
Four Israelis, including a five-year-old child, have been killed and 300 wounded by about 700 rockets fired since Wednesday at more than 20 towns.
Israel has deployed Patriot missile batteries in the northern city of Haifa to intercept rockets. The government gave authorities the power to shut schools, factories and public institutions in the north, a Defense Ministry source said.
Lebanon's main commercial ports of Beirut and Tripoli came under Israeli fire, as well as ports in the Christian towns of Jounieh and Amsheet, security sources and witnesses said.
One Lebanese soldier was killed when an army radar station was hit in Batroun north of Beirut. Israel warned the Lebanese army against shooting at its planes.
In Beirut, Israeli warplanes flattened Hizbollah's nine-story headquarters and destroyed the office of a Hamas leader, Mohammed Nazzal. Hamas said Nazzal had survived.
Israeli planes fired rockets near a Lebanese-Syrian border crossing, heightening fears it could extend its campaign to Syria, which along with Iran is Hizbollah's main ally.
Israel said it had attacked targets only in Lebanon. A Syrian official also said Israel had not struck Syria.
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, whose troops ended a two- decade presence in Lebanon in 2005 under international pressure, pledged to put his country's resources at Lebanon's disposal.
At a joint news conference with President Vladimir Putin at a G8 summit in Russia, Bush said: "The best way to stop the violence is for Hizbollah to lay down its arms. ... And therefore I call upon Syria to exert influence over Hizbollah."
The European Union, in a statement at the summit, said Israel's assault on Lebanon was disproportionate.
Italy began evacuating nationals from Lebanon. Other Western and Arab countries made plans to pull out their citizens. Thousands of people streamed to the Syrian border and safety.
Israel aims not just to force Hizbollah to free the soldiers, whom the Shi'ite group wants to trade for prisoners in Israel, but to destroy its ability to fire rockets into Israel.
Israel's campaign in Lebanon coincided with an offensive it launched in the Gaza Strip on June 28 to try to retrieve another captured soldier and halt Palestinian rocket fire.
Israeli aircraft attacked the Palestinian Economy Ministry in Gaza and a house where a Hamas militant was killed and eight people were wounded. Israel has killed about 85 Palestinians, around half of them militants since the offensive was launched.
Ten months ago Israeli military forces withdrew from the Gaza
Strip, part of the Palestinian lands long occupied by Israel. On
Tuesday, June 27th, the Israeli military launched an all-out
assault on the people of Gaza, and there seems to be no end in
sight.
The destruction of vital bridges and power stations, which led to
the cut off of electricity and water for well over 1 million people, is
nothing short of collective punishment imposed on a civilian
population. Israel has also taken nearly 100 elected officials and
leaders of the Hamas party as prisoners in the last few days.
Israel's massive military assault on Gaza is clear evidence that
Israel remains the occupying power of the Gaza Strip, despite its
unilateral withdrawal of settlements last year. Israel has been
seeking to bring down the Palestinian government by bringing
pressure to bear on the civilian Palestinian population, and is
using the kidnapping of an Israeli soldier as a pretext to do that.
(More background information below.)
The Global Community condemns this brutal attack and calls
for an end to U.S. support for the Israeli occupation of Palestinian
territories, including the Gaza Strip.
The Global Community calls for:
1) An immediate end to the assault on Gaza by the
Israeli military forces.
2) Cut off of U.S. financial and military aid to Israel that
makes it possible for such assaults to be carried out, as
well as U.S. support for the Israeli occupation of
Palestinian territories.
3) Immediate shipments by the U.S. government of
humanitarian aid (especially food and medicines) for the
people of Gaza.
Historical background
During the month of June the Israeli military forces carried out
several deadly attacks in Gaza. On June 9th, 8 Palestinians were
killed and 32 injured when a beach was shelled (see report from
Human Rights Watch for more information on this incident); on
June 13th a missile attack on a highway in Gaza killed 11 people
and wounded another 30; and on June 20th another missile
attack from Israeli forces killed 3 children and wounded 15 more
people.
In retaliation, Palestinian militants raided Israeli military positions
near Gaza on June 25th, during which 2 soldiers were killed and
Israeli Cpl. Gilad Shalit was captured. Israel then threatened an
attack if he was not freed and began deploying tanks along the
border. Their attack began after Israel rejected Shalit's captors'
demand for the release of all Palestinian women and Palestinians
younger than eighteen in Israeli prisons. (There are some 9,800
Palestinians being held: 335 of them are children and several
dozen are women.)
Just before midnight on June 27th a large scale military assault
on Gaza was launched by Israel. Fighter planes hit three bridges
along the main north-south highway in Gaza. Another strike hit
Gaza's main power plant and knocked out the electricity in
densely populated Gaza City. This power plant provided 42% of
the power to Gaza's 1.3 million residents, and now Gaza is
completely dependent on Israel for power. It could take as long
as a year to get the plant operational again. Israels
deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure is a violation of its
obligations under the Geneva Conventions and a war crime.
Israels use of U.S. taxpayer-supplied weapons to target
civilian infrastructure is also a violation of the U.S. Arms Export
Control Act; UFPJ calls upon the White House and Congress to
investigate these violations of U.S. law and take appropriate
action to shut off future weapons transfers to Israel as a result.
At about 2:30 in the morning the Israeli military forces started to
move into Gaza and take control of areas east of the city of
Rafah. A little after 5am fighter plans flew low over Gaza, causing
intentional sonic booms which reportedly shattered windows.
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said their goal was "not to
mete out punishment but rather to apply pressure so that the
abducted soldier will be freed. We want to create a new equation
-- freeing the abducted soldier in return for lessening the
pressure on the Palestinians." Such deliberate collective
punishment of a civilian population is also a violation of the
Geneva Conventions and a war crime.
According to the June 29th edition of the NY Times, the Israeli
forces have expanded their assault: "In the West Bank city of
Ramallah this morning, Israeli forces detained 20 lawmakers and
8 ministers in the 24-member cabinet, including Deputy Prime
Minister Nasser Shaer and Labor Minister Mohammed Barghouti,
security officials said. Today, an Israeli warplane fired a missile in
Gaza City that an Israeli spokeswoman said hit a soccer field
near the pro-Hamas Islamic University. Reuters reported that the
missile hit inside the university .... The Israelis also detained
about 20 Hamas members of the Palestinian parliament as they
made arrests in Ramallah, Jenin, East Jerusalem and elsewhere."
And the shelling and sonic booming has continued over these
past few days.
The Times went on to say, "On Wednesday, the crisis seemed to
be tipping toward escalation as Israeli tanks hunkered down
inside southern Gaza at the airport after warplanes had knocked
out half of Gaza's electricity and pounded sonic booms over
houses. Also on Wednesday, Israel battered northern Gazan
towns with artillery and sent warplanes over the house of the
Syrian president [in northwest Syria], who is influential with the
Palestinian leader believed to have ordered the kidnapping."
According to reports in the Syrian press, the 4 Israeli fighter
planes were forced out of the airspace by Syria's military. As bad
as the situation is, things could get even worse if Israel does not
stop its assaults. But the Israeli government is taking an
extremely hard line: Prime Minister Olmert, as quoted in the NY
Times, said, "We won't hesitate to carry out extreme action to
bring Gilad back to his family."
All of this comes in the midst of a severe economic, humanitarian
crisis throughout Gaza and the West Bank. In January of this year
international aid to the Palestinians was cut off after the Hamas
party won the elections, leading to extreme shortages of food
and medicine, as well as other supplies and necessities. Last
week, the Senate passed its version of the Palestinian
Anti-Terrorism Act, which proposes additional economic and
diplomatic sanctions against the Palestinian people for exercising
their right to vote. The Senate bill, which was approved by
unanimous consent, comes on the heels of the House passing its
version of the bill last month. UFPJ has signed a statement to
Congress, organized by the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli
Occupation, calling on it not to impose sanctions on the
Palestinian people for voting.
On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Ever wonder why proponents of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Charter of Human Rights of nations all over the world have never
stood up against the invasion of Iraq?
Why the United Nations never put up hard sanctions against the USA for invading Iraq? Ever wonder about that?!
When you think about it the answer is very simple. Because from its beginning the Declaration was designed and promoted by Americans and their friends. After a long
and painstaking lobbying by the USA and their friends, it was then ratified by the UN. One could go in more historical details to show how this has happened. The point here
is that very powerful American (and friends) lobbying groups actually created the UN and subsequently had the Declaration ratified. There is nothing new here. That is
how it happened back then.
One could say that the Declaration is a good thing, and it actually helps a lot of people in the world. And that is true! It does help in many situations. Back then it was
about helping the Jews still alive after WWII. To help the Jews, the creation of the State of Israel was one of the very first actions made by the UN. The UN only needed
the approval of the five permanent members. It did not matter that over one billion people never approved the creation of the State of Israel. They never had a chance to vote.
Now where are we going with this?
By creating the State of Israel, the United Nations have perpetuated the archaic concept of land ownership, a concept that is threatening security in the world and all life on Earth. The UN never had a human criteria for the creation of
a new nation. Israel was created by the United Nations because the United Nations still operate following precepts that were brougth forward 2000 years ago by the Roman Empire.
The high concrete wall that the people of Israel have built around themselves is truly a remarquable acceptance of those precepts. In many ways, the UN is responsible of the erection of this wall around the State of Israel.
It is best for humanity and the increasing world population to see ourselves as people living together or far apart but in constant communication with each other. A global community has no boundaries except of those of the heart, mind and
Soul. Many conflicts and wars will be avoided by seeing ourselves as people with a heart, a mind and a Soul (a global community), and as part of a global community with the same.
All along the people of Israel claimed that their human rights were not being respected, and they needed help. So the powerful US military lobbying groups requested
that the UN participate in defending Israel. And ever since its ratification, we saw many different people using the Declaration to suit themselves. Not that it was
not used properly but because it was there, and they could get help. And I suppose we could say the same thing about the Charters of Human Rights of most nations around the world.
We still dont know where we are going with this. Be patient!
I always thought there was something wrong about the Declaration and the Charters but I was never quite able to put my finger on what was wrong with them. They never felt right
to me but was never sure why. Let us investigate further! Oh by the way! This discussion is part of Global Dialogue 2006. Feel free to get into the dialogue.
What do we know?
1. The five permanent members (USA, France, UK, China and Russia) of the UN designed and ratified the Declaration.
2. The Declaration was meant to help the minority groups, and individuals as well, in needs of help against human rights abuses.
3. Human rights were defined in the Declaration.
4. The State of Israel was said to have been created because Jews human rights had been violated during WWII.
5. Over one billion Moslims and Arabs were never given the right to vote NO to the creation of Israel.
6. A lot of these Moselms and Arabs had a lot to do with the defeat of the Hitler Germans during WWII.
7. A large portion of the oil & gas from the Middle East was used to help propel the war ships and planes that defeated the Germans.
8. So in effect that one billion Moslims and Arabs were friends of ours or allies.
How is it possible that the five permanent members voted for the creation of Israel when in fact the land of Israel was a part of land already belonging to that one billion
Moslims and Arabs. The land had and, of course, still has a religious dimension, not just from a Jew perspective but also from other religions as well. So why voted
to give it to a very specific religious group? Why was it given at all? Religious groups could have managed it without having created the State of Israel.
Everyone is afraid to face the problem because we all know something don't add up here. What piece of the puzzle is missing? What makes everyone so uptight when discussing
the problem?
Self-interests! Simple as that! Self-interests from each one of those involved here. And everyone is involved, really! All life included!
Jews
Jews said that the land is theirs because God gave it to them, and they need a homeland.
Moslims and Arabs
Moslims and Arabs say the land was always theirs. Their rights were not considered by the five permanent members, and they should have had the right to vote NO.
The process of creating a new nation was not defined anywhere. No principles were used. No Justice!
Palestinians
Palestinians say now they are refugees on their homeland.
Americans
Americans say they needed to create the State of Israel because they needed someone in the Middle East to stand for the USA. Why? Obviously to protect the supply of oil & gas
shipments to the USA. It was also a military strategy. In exchange for defending the US interests in the Middle East, the US would help Israel
with a continuous supply of money and with all the arms in the world, including nuclear. Plenty of money to make by selling arms to the Middle East nations.
By taking over the Middle East economically and militarily, Americans would have a strong base to send Russia and China to kingdom come with nuclear war heads.
So Israel was their Trojan Horse for the economic and military invasion of the Middle East and eventually the world. It seems to have worked out that way, so far.
Today Israel is somewhat obsolete because Americans are in Iraq and will stay in Iraq for as long as there is money to make selling arms and oil & gas to have.
But they said they were there to build a democracy. Well! Ya! That too! Have I missed something?! Gees! No, the idea of building democracy in the Middle East is for
the good souls back home in America, you know those people back home who don't have a clue about what is going on, or pretend that they dont. Americans are in the Middle East
for the long haul. The war industry in America needs to be in the Middle East, that is where the money is. The war industry in America gives jobs to about one third of the
American population. So it is a matter of survival. And, by the way, you work for the war industry in any way at all, even voting
for a White House foreign policy maker promoting war as a soltion to a problem, you are a soldier, just the same as the soldier pulling the trigger
in the Middle East. So if war comes to America, you are not a 'civilian' but a soldier. In our estimate, that includes no less than one-third of the American population.
During the Cold War with the Soviet Union, the United States, Great Britain, France, Russia, Germany, and Israel were the countries that sold arms to the people of the Middle East and to Afghanistan. They have shown no ethical and moral values in the activities of their trade.
They have made trade a despicable act of dealing with one another between human beings and between nations. No laws! No regulations! No ethics! No moral responsibility and accountability! Everyone has the "freedom" of
destroying the global life-support systems! Everyone has the "freedom" of human rights abuses! Now pollution, diseases, terrorism, poverty, social and economic injustice have no boundaries.
Now, being in Iraq, Americans will have the opportunity to invade China. Invade China...!! Who said that?! Now, now! I did not say
bombing China with thousand of nuclear war heads. That would be stupid! No, it will not happen that way. What have I said, money. Ya! Americans will get the Chinese people to work for
them. Let the cow gives all its milk. How is that possible?? Very simple! And Americans have got very good at that. Get them to buy arms and make sure they kill each others in the process.
Americans have mastered the arts
of war from way back when. They have already made trillions of dollars in the Middle East. Everyone has been buying their arms. So China is the biggies. Lots of money to make. First,
they will allow China to get their oil & gas from Iran. The chinese economy will be good because they have energy and the base products, oil & gas, from which they can
make plastics. And with plastics they can manufacture all kinds of toys such as computers. Thousands of different products make use of plastics. Now the American have passed
legislation to allow rich, powerful, American corporations to invest in China. Why?! Because of cheap labour! No environmental costs! Many reasons. The facts are that
China now is working for American corporations. Now this is when the American war industry gets into the picture. They have to sell arms to the Chinese people. And how are they
going to do that?! The war industry have had plenty of learning in the Middle East. They will make sure that a Chinese province or community is at war against another Chinese community.
You know, there has to be a reason why people hate each other. So creating hate between the Chinese people will be a priority. Create a chaos!
Remember the Iran-Iraq war... So easy! So well masterminded!
If they hate one another then they will want to kill each other. This is when the American (and British) war industry sell their arms. So in effect, they all work for America. Yep! Cheap labour!
And they all can go to kingdom come!
And then America will bring up the flags of fighting for the establishment of democracy, freedoms, and 'whatnots'.
Americans back home will love it! It is so pathetic that one would want to cry. People used to look up
to America. But now Americans are just killers, criminals, invaders, predators, and arms dealers. It is not just about survival. It is about a civilization gone so bad that its people
would do anything for money.
British
The British people have had their days (and centuries) in East India, China and the Middle East for a long time. They would rather let Americans to be in the Middle East
protecting everyone supplies of oil & gas. Today, the British people would prefer planting primroses in their back garderns. Good for the soul!
And again for the British, plenty of money to make by selling arms to the Middle East nations, and why not, to China. Heh! President Bush, said Blair, is a wonderful,
wonderful, wonderful ally. President Bush is doing a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful job for humanity, democracy and freedoms. Gees! I just hope we can sell a hundred
war planes to the Chinese, said Blair to himself. What a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful opportunity! Yep! Yep! Since we are in Iraq for the long haul we might as well
make sure that our newly 'made-up' democratically elected Iraqi government buys our arms as well. Lots of them! We have to get ride of the terrorists. Democracy
must succeed. We will also make
a lot of money rebuilding Iraq. After the first bombing of Iraq, we had to kick out the German engineers, they were making all that money, and we were not. Ha! Everything is so, so, wonderful, wonderful and
wonderful. Yep! Yep!
Russia, China and India
Of course, Russia, China and India don't like what is happening in the Middle East. They don't trust the US. China and India need the oil & gas very badly for their own
economic growth and are not about to let the Americans invade Iran, or even bomb Iran. It is a matter of survival.
Russia is actually making good money rebuilding Iran and don't want Americans coming along disturbing their taken, or even having to share it.
The United Nations
The United Nations stand by and do nothing. Why? Because the five permanent members are running the place. The US could invade Canada tomorrow for no reason at all and the
UN would still stand by and do nothing. The UN is a non-existing entity. No life there whatsoever! Most member nations of the UN don't have a clue about
what is going on. If and when they do they would rather close their eyes. Bullying is going on at the UN, and it comes from the five permanent members running the show
at the expenses of the world. There is no democracy at the UN!
No Justice! The UN raises up the flag of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
whenever it suits its own image. Gosh! It is so ridiculous! Even the US claims human rights abuses in the Middle East, and they say it is the reason why they are invading
the region. And the UN goes for it! It is the most ridiculous lie to the world Americans could have come up with. And the world swallowed it.
Powerful lobbying groups and nations practically run the UN. Many good examples! Remember when China had to vote for or against the invasion of Afghanistan.
Four of the five UN
Permanent Members, the United States, Great Britain, France, and Russia, had already agreed to invade Afghanistan. They got China, the fifth Permanent Member of the UN,
to vote YES to invade Afghanistan, in exchange of China getting its membership into the World
Trade Organization (WTO). Now if that is not a powerful lobbying what is it?! God knows what else is going in the backgound we are not told... I suspect that
what is happening in the Middle East and the involvement of nations such as America, China, Russia and India has been thought about a long time ago.
GCEG does not allow powerful lobbying groups to govern the planet.
It does not mean that there will not be any lobbying in GCEG. It means all lobbying groups, and many other NGOs, professionals, etc, will be a part of the
House of Advisors.
Lobbying was further restricted by the Global Citizens Rights, Responsibility and Accountability Act.
All life on the planet
Now! We still dont know where we are going with this. Be a bit more patient!
So far, we have established that the Declaration is non-valid. And by default so are the Charters of all nations. We have established that the Declaration was used
by powerful interest groups, for greed, for creating a new nation, and for invading nations, including the Middle East nations. Actually one could really come up with
a lot of concrete examples to prove what we are saying here.
The Declaration is supposed to help a person be a better human being.
And in doing so it would help humanity.
The Declaration
resides in the fact that it gives equal emphasis to cultural rights,
economic and social rights, and civil and political rights.
But then how meaningful is the right
to life or to participation in political life if the ecological base
(the base of life) and the global life-support systems are seriously threatened:
* wilderness is vastly disappearing; species of the fauna and flora becoming extinct
* fisheries are out of control and will cease to be a part of our diet within a few decades
* the global Oxygen supply in the air we breathe is dangerously affected by both the burning
of petroleum products and deforestation; our ways of life affect the capacity for photosynthesis
* losses of forest cover and of biological diversity
* climate change affects everyone and everything
* the ozone layer is dangerously damaged
by man-made chemicals
* global warming causes major local
and global problems and forces the climate to change
* our drinking (fresh) water is becoming
more polluted and the increase in population requires much more fresh unpolluted
water;our ways of life affect dangerously the water cycle
* clean air no longer exists; air contains
chemicals affecting life all over the planet
* farmers do not generally engage on
their own in investment in soil conservation and despite all other efforts
the world is losing its best soils; global food production systems should be made to feed people as oppose to be competing for money
* everyone wants to consume more products, and thus use more of our resources, and no one seems to know what to do
with wastes; wastes of all kind including nuclear and release of radiation
* wars destroy not only human lives and community infrastructures
but also other lifeforms and the environment; wars feed the economies of war makers, weapons manufacturers, and predator nations in control of the
last 100 hundred years left of oil supplies in the world
* chemicals produced for human use and not found in nature and, eventually, reaching the environment with impacts on Earth's
waters, soils, air, and ecology
I found evident that
the ecological base is the essential prerequisite for the effectiveness
and exercise of all rights recognized for human beings. The stewardship
of the ecological base has to be given priority before the fulfilment of
various economic and social wishes. Demands resulting from the socio-economic
system of a particular country have to find their limits in the protection
of the global ecosystem. Vital interests of future generations have to
be considered as having priority before less vital interests of the present
generation. Supply chains have to be designed in a way, that the goods
can enter after usage or consumption into natural or industrial recycling
processes. If serious damages to persons, animals, plants and the ecosystem
cannot be excluded, an action or pattern of behaviour should be refrained
from. A measure for supplying goods or services should choose a path which
entails the least possible impact on the ecological and social system concerned.
This way functioning proven systems will not be disturbed, and unnecessary
risks will not be taken. Supply strategies consuming less resources should
have preference before those enhancing more resource consumption. When there is a need to find a
solution to a problem or a concern, a sound solution would be to
choose a measure or conduct an action, if possible, which causes reversible
damage as opposed to a measure or an action causing an irreversible loss.
The Global Community organization and Global Community Earth Government (GCEG) aim at representing every human being on Earth. That is truly a Revolution. If true revolution changes the rules on how to change the rules,
then we must arrive at global concepts that transform the very concept of the Global Community. That is exactly what the Global Community organization and GCEG have been doing over the
past two decades: researching, developing and promoting new global concepts now shown on our websites.
Back in 1985, we have defined the expression ' the Global Community' as that being:
"The Global Community is defined as being all that exits or occurs at any location at any time between the Ozone layer above and the core of the planet below."
and that included all of humanity and all life on the planet, past, present and future. The Global Community is this great, wide, wonderful world made of all these diverse global communities we
see everywhere.
The Global Community organization and GCEG will bring proper changes to help humanity and all life on the planet. We will not be able to fix all the problems our ways of life have created but we will
have a better chance of survival as a species. Global peace is the end product of our efforts.
Once a member state is with the GCEG, those rights are ours to protect.
Responsible and accountable government and global citizens are what humanity needs. Accountability of all global citizens, including in business and trade.
The Global Community deserves nothing less. " We the Peoples" want an accountable global leadership.
It is GCEG’s commitment to the Global Community to make government and global citizens responsible and accountable. The Global Constitution can certified to that commitment.
GCEG governance of the Earth will make the rule of arbitrary power--economic (G8 Summit, WTO, FTAA, NAFTA, EU), political (UN), or military (U.S.A. and NATO)-- subjected to the rule of
Global Law
within the global civil society, the human family. Justice is for everyone and is everywhere, a universal constant. GCEG Earth governance does not imply a lost of state sovereignty and territorial integrity. A nation government can
exists within the framework of
an effective Global Community Earth Government protecting common global values and humanity heritage.
GCEG Earth governance gives a new meaning to the
notions of territoriality, and non-intervention in a state way of life, and it is about protecting the cultural heritage of a state. Diversity of
cultural, religion, and ethnic groups is an important aspect of Earth governance. Earth governance is a balance between the rights of states with rights of people, and the interests of nations with the interests of the the
Global Community, GCEG, the human family, the global civil society. GCEG Earth governance is about the rights of states to self-determination in the global context of the Global Community rather than the
traditional context of a world of separate states. Although GCEG ensures state governments that it will obey the principle of non-intervention in domestic affairs, it will
also stand for the rights and interests of the people within individual states in which the security of people is extensively endangered. A
global consensus to that effect will be agreed upon by all Member States.
The fundamental criteria is that a relationship is
created for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on
Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development and a more stable and inclusive global economy.
|
GCEG has established the criteria of 'a global community of a million people'.
A typical community of a million people does not have to be bounded by a geographical or political border. It can be a million people living in many
different locations all over the world.
You should seek forming a Global Government (GG) with nations of similar beliefs and interests. We should seek to de-centralize GCEG by creating GGs.
Some important members of the Global Community: the global civil society, the Earth Community, the human family, GCEG, all different ways of expressing the same people.
The global civil society is made of people from all aspects of life who have a greater understanding of the problem whatever it may be. The global civil society is the mind,
heart and Soul of Humanity, the human family. They maybe NGOs, businesses, agencies, scientists and professionals, religious groups, or other groups. They
have a voting right during all meetings of Global Parliament. They are given an important status in GCEG. And that is the 'raison d'etre'
of the House of Advisors in GCEG.
You will be required to send representatives to your House of Advisors. In this way,
GCEG has made lobbying restricted by the Global Constitution and Global Law.
The Global Citizens Rights, Responsibility and Accountability Act defines further the conditions and limits of lobbying groups.
GCEG is promoting the settling of disputes between nations through the process of the Earth Court of Justice. Justice for all is what we want. Justice is a universal value for anyone, anywhere, and in any situations.
Justice is to be applied to the military as well. Everyone! Every business and organization!
A very important GCEG legislation is the Global Citizens
Rights, Responsibility and Accountability Act which, after its
approval by Global Parliament, will define rights, responsibility and accountability
of all global citizens. Each and everyone of us will make decisions, deal
with one another, and basically conduct our actions as per the Act.
The best way to win the war against terrorism is to live a life with principles and showing by example. We need to educate the coming generations with good principles,
being compassionate, and sustainability being some of them. The Preamble and the first few Chapters of the Global Constitution
do define and describes in details those principles.
All religions are required to conduct positive actions for peace, join the Global Citizens Peace Movement, and re-examine scriptures, precepts,
practices, ethical and moral values in light of ecological concerns. The global community is facing a global environmental crisis. It is very important that
every person on Earth accept of being part of the process in protecting the global life-support systems. The ecological crisis is as much about saving children
as it is about saving other lifeforms on the planet. Our objective is to find statements from all religions that promote the respect, stewardship, protection,
ethical and moral responsibility to life and of the environment, the Earth global life-support systems, and statements that promote a responsible earth
management. We are also asking for specific statements on environmental conservation such as those expressed by the Islamic religion.
Our governments are now spending tax dollars used for social and environmental programs and services to pay for more war products and equipment. Terrorists have committed the horrible acts of september 11 because the war industry brought terror in their homeland and is continuing to do so today in Afghanistan, in the Middle East, and in Palestine. In the "Letter to the people of the Middle East", the Global Community has asked Muslims not to buy war products and equipment from the West or from any country in the world. The only way to fight evil is by not buying its products. The industry should die eventually, hopefully. But now the war industry is organizating a massive international media campaign to make taxpayers pay for their expenses. More illusions about protecting the humble people from nuclear war heads being sent from one continent to another. The terrorist act of September 11 has shown that if terrorists wanted to use war heads they would not use intercontinental missiles. Throughout the 20th Century, the war industry has created the worse evil humanity has ever encountered: the business of conflicts and wars. It is a business that has made trillions of dollars (American) and will continue to do so. It is the "mother of all evils" created by human beings. It has no moral value, no understanding about Life, no respect for anyone or anything, no law except the ones that it makes for itself, and all its products are meant to kill and destroy. It has sold its products to the enemies for the purpose of making more profit. It has subdued governments all over the world to make them buy its products. It has given trade and way of doing business a bad reputation and, therefore, it is a threat to the establisment of business. Although the war industry has a good public image, it does not really matter who is the buyer as long as he pays good money. The proof of this reality was easily verified by finding out what war products and equipment were being used by Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other Middle East countries. Over 90% of all war products and equipment were made in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France and Russia. Four out of five of these countries are Permanent Members of the United Nations and that means they have a 100% control on any proposal submitted to the organization. The fifth Permanent Member missing here is China. Shortly after the September 11 event, the UN Security Council has approved war against the people of Afghanistan. To get China to vote YES they gave China a membership in the World Trade Organization(WTO).
GCEG is promoting the settling of disputes between nations through the process of the
Earth Court of Justice.
On the Scale of Human and Earth Rights wars are the worst criminal offenses.
What happens to a person's conscience when he/she wears the uniform of the soldier? It is enslaved to the state. He must kill when ordered. No government, whether
democratic or despotic, can allow the soldier to decide what to do according to his conscience. That would undermine discipline and the power to fight.
The Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in peace. This peace mouvement is about courage. Not the courage it takes to go into battle but the courage
to organize resistance to war when a bloody taste for it inflames the world, and the threat of prison in a nation where the human rights and freedom of expression have diminished significantly. It is
about the courage to say NO to the war industry. It is an industry that destroys life on Earth, corrupts society, and violates morality. Military intervention
in the affairs of other nations is wrong. There are other ways, there are peaceful ways, ways that are not based on profit-making and the gain of power for itself.
We are conscientious objectors, "nonresistants". That word comes from Jesus, opposing the use of violence: "Ye have heard that it hath been said, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth: but
I say unto you, that ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also."
The axe of evil: the war industry, our consumer-driven society and money. Together they bring up the worst in every human being.
The evil is the war industry. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus
develops the ethic of nonviolence and love of the enemies. Early Christians were probably the first individuals to renounce participation in war unconditionally. "Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." And he told Peter, "All they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."
Christ has taught us to show mercy, to forgive enemies, to put up patiently with oppression, to return only good for evil and love for hatred and, therefore, war is inconsistent with the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
This shows that a Christian should take no part in war, never, in any way.
This all means that violence is futile in the long run. To respond to violence with violence is only perpetuating a vicious cycle of violence.
God prohibits killing, and no exception at all ought to be made to the commandment that it is always wrong to kill. The sanctity of human life is unconditional.
A short while ago God, Allah, has spoken to humanity once more. The New Revelations
are His Word. His Revelations are to be added to previous ones
revealed thousands of years ago. Together they are God's Word, and they will guide humanity for the thousands of
years to come. His Word reinforce His compassion and love for humanity and His care for all living inhabitants on Earth
and of Earth itself. God has said:
"Thou shall banish war as a solution to problems between communities. All Souls involved with war, directly or indirectly,
shall face the Soul of Humanity to be purified. All Souls involved in the making of weapons, war product and equipment
shall be facing the Soul of Humanity."
There are several reasons for objecting to war: religious, moral and political. People have different degrees of refusal to go to war. Absolute pacifists, such as the Global Citizens, will not
cooperate with any preparation for war as decided by the war industry, let alone war itself. Others will accept some kinds of service so long as they are not forced to fight. And others
are willing to fight in "just wars." The idea of the "just war" began with St. Augustine. Late in the fourth century he argued that the good
Christian, barred from doing violence on his own behalf, could take arms in a war that was just. Several theologians now say that the standards for a just war are:
a) War must be the last resort and used only after other means have failed.
b) War must be declared to redress rights actually violated or for defense against unjust demands backed by the threat of force. It must not be fought simply to satisfy national pride or to further economic or territorial gain.
c) The war must be openly and legally declared by a legal government.
d) There must be a reasonable chance of winning.
e) The means used must be in proportion to the ends sought.
f) Soldiers must distinguish between armies and civilians and not killed civilians in purpose.
g) The winner must not required the utter humiliation of the loser.
It can be debated whether any war has ever satisfied all these reasonable conditions. There werer always Christians who rejected violence. They believed Christ's way was the pursuit of peace.
During the Crusades, from the eleventh to fourteenth centuries, Christians fought to recover the Holy Land from Islam, and the Church plunged into
extreme violence and cruelty. Even then there were some who had the courage to criticize the theory and practice of their time. They were
like the early Christians in denouncing war. Only now they were not rebelling against a heathen empire but against the wordly Church. In their opposition they formed
sects, separate from the official Church. Their pacifist convictions found their source in a return to the Bible. These awakened Christians
went back to the fundamental ideas of Christianity, to the New Testament, and took the Sermon on the Mount as their ideal.
War is not sustainable. It never was. The military option, war, is against global sustainability and global peace in a big way. The worst environmental degradation happens in wars.
The UN has shown bad leadership! Failure to help humanity! An accomplice of the war industry. An accomplice of the oil and
gas industry to make it easy for the industry to make our planet unsustainable and destroy the global life-support systems.
All world leaders just pretending to resolve global warming and its effects on the global climate have broken Global Law and are dangerous criminals and
will be prosecuted. Also, because of the UN bad leadership, Israel built a wall around itself and is now at war against Lebanon, and the US invaded the Middle East.
The UN should have insisted in giving
hard sanctions to Israel for building the wall and attacking Lebanon, and the US for invading Iraq.
The people of the Global Community are dedicated in using all its resources to resolve
conflict, promote democracy, and fight hunger, terrorism, disease, and human rights abuses. In order to bring about the event of peace, the Global Community
is offering other good organizations around the world to work together to bring warring parties to peace. We can accomplish this task by concrete actions such as:
a) Tracking armed conflicts within and between nations around the world and offering assistance in dispute resolution;
b) Promoting human rights and democracy;
c) Monitoring democratic elections;and
d) Educating the public about the advantages of a peaceful solution to any conflict.
GCEG has given
back responsibility to every citizen on Earth. The Global Constitution
and the Global Citizens Rights, Responsibility and Accountability Act
were developed to do just that.
Everyone shares responsibility for the present and future well-being
of life within the Global Community. We will work together in working out sound solutions to local and global problems. It would be wrong and dishonest to
blame it all on the leader of a country. Most problems in the world must find solutions at the local and global community levels (and not assume that the
leader alone is responsible and will handle it). There is a wisdom in the ways of very humble people
that needs to be utilized. Every humble person deserves to have ideas respected, and encouraged to develop his or her own life for the better.
Sound solutions to help manage and sustain Earth will very likely be found this way. Everyone can help assess the needs of the planet and
propose sound solutions for its proper management, present and future. Everyone can think of better ideas to sustain all life on Earth and
realize these ideas by conducting positive and constructive actions. When there is a need to find a solution to a problem or a concern, a sound
solution would be to choose a measure or conduct an action, if possible, which causes reversible damage as opposed to a measure or an
action causing an irreversible loss; that is the grassroots process. GCEG can help people realized their actions by
coordinating efforts efficiently together.
All global citizens are with the Global Community Earth Government (GCEG). We are here today because the Peoples have been let down by the United Nations, an
organization run by powerful lobbying groups and nations.
One could investigate the history of the United Nations and that of democracies from all over the world and would find:
* this "We the Peoples" expression or something close to its meaning , and
* that in the whole the "Peoples" have been let down in major ways.
In the Preamble of the Global Constitution you will also read about the We the Peoples of
the Global Community, the Human Family, the Global Community Earth Government (GCEG),
that are reaffirming faith in the fundamental human and Earth rights, in the dignity and
worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and smalll. We the Peoples of the Global Community organization
implies every individual on Earth, every community and every nation. Earth management and good global governance is now a priority and a duty of every responsible person on Earth.
Membership in the Global Community organization is open to any person (group, NGO, state, businesses, city, Member Nation,
or any global citizen) which accept the obligations contained in the Global Constitution and are able and willing to carry out these obligations.
This investigation also shows that the Global Community organization and the GCEG are the only organizations so far that have kept in line with
these obligations concerning "the Peoples". They are the only hope to humanity and all life on the planet.
Because of the 'mess' and disorder find at the United Nations, and because of bad leadership, all Member Nations of the United Nations have been found to have let down
"the Peoples" they represent.
GCEG was born out of this mess the U.N. organization and its related bodies (UNICEF, UNDP, UNEP, UNFPA, UNESCO, WHO and others) have created in the world.
In what ways the U.N. organization is a failure to humanity, and it is necessary to shut it down and replace it by GCEG.
It has become clear that the U.N. has promoted a culture of waste, mismanagement, violence and corruption which cannot reform itself.
Senior government officials at the U.N. make global decisions or the lack of them and yet they have no knowledge, experience, and understandings of global problems. They are
driven by their nation self-interests and by lobbying from powerful corporations. The U.N. organization is not about global politics. It is about self-interests and international
politics.
The U.N. and all its related organizations have failed humanity and all life on Earth on many levels:
1. the Universal Declaration of Human Rights should be replaced by the Scale of Human and Earth Rights;
2. corruption, mismanagement at the highest levels, and bad global governance;
3. promotion of the military option, war;
4. allowing the genocides of several peoples;
5. the business of deceiving, making believe, controlling without a democratic mandate from the Global Community;
6. the U.N. is operating using precepts dating back 2000 years and developed by the Roman Empire; those precepts best suit the invasion
of nations and the destruction of the global life-support systems and the Earth environment;
7. the absence of proper governance and justice at the U.N.; and
8. the use of trickery to deceive the world and subdue nations.
9.
There is now a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Kofi Annan, United Nations Secretary-General.
We are holding you, Kofi Annan, and the U.N., responsible for this change in the Government of Canada position from that of a peace-keeping mission in the world to that of a war-like stand. What you did is a crime against humanity and all life on
Earth. You have broken Global Law. You are a criminal. It has become clear that the U.N. has promoted a culture of waste, mismanagement and corruption which cannot reform itself.
War is not sustainable. It never was. The military option, war, is against global sustainability and global peace in a big way. The worst environmental degradation happens in wars.
There is one more chapter to come concerning your leadership. Bad leadership!
Also, because of his bad leadership, Israel built a wall around itself and is now at war against Lebanon, and the US invaded the Middle East. He should have insisted in giving
hard sanctions to Israel for building the wall and attacking Lebanon, and the US for invading Iraq. If United Nations would not follow his leadership then he should
quit his job as Secretary General. That would be a strong message to member nations how important it is to stop the invasion of the Middle East by the US.
Bad leadership from the part of the U.N.!
Failure to help humanity! The U.N. organization is an accomplice of the war industry, and it is an accomplice of the oil and gas industry to make it easy for the industry to make our planet
unsustainable and destroy the global life-support systems. The U.N. organization is a puppet of the USA!
We have to rectify the failure of the U.N. organization of helping humanity.
I have already begun the process of fixing the system by
legislating and enforcing the Global Citizens Rights, Responsibility and Accountability
Act – a specific, detailed and credible plan to clean up bad global
governance in the world. The U.N. is bad global governance.
Often we hear on the news about the U.N. humanitarian work in places being hit by a drought, a flood, a hurricane, a tornado, a forest fire, or by
any climate related disaster. What we see on the news is a helping U.N. hand to those being hit by 'an unpredictable Nature' disaster. We see good humanitarian work from the part of the
U.N., and it is very much appreciated. The world needs our help. Those living through the disaster are feeling the lost of everything they own, and the lost of relatives and
friends, neighbors, and are desperately hurting. A feeling of complete lost and helplessness!
A crying out for help! A hurt so deep it seems total and immense!
A person in this situation can hardly think about himself or herself
and what to do next. Because in this situation we dont think there is a 'next', or a 'tomorrow'. We just dont think anything beyond our immediate survival.
And when a helping U.N. humanitarian hand comes along we just want to grab it and be thankful for the help. We sure dont see cause and effect. We sure dont see the global
consequences of water, air and land pollution created by the industrialized world on the global life-support systems.
We dont see the cause of this truly 'human-made disaster', and how human activities could have caused Nature, our global environment, to change so drastically. The global climate is changing rapidly, and it is cause by human activities. The same helpful U.N. hand
has another hand hidden behind his or her back. That hidden hand has caused the problem, the disaster, and is not about to change the chain of events happening globally.
That same hidden hand will go back home and drive a SUV vehicle knowing very well it is polluting the global environment and causing human-made disasters on
a global scale. Our ways of life is being protected by government and its military. Our consumer driven society has caused the climate to change. For us helping another
person in desperate needs of help is about filling a hole in ourselves, and it is not about helping desperate people. We are feeling guilty, and we want to see on the news that
we are helping the world. We want to see a picture of us helping someone in needs. So we can sleep better, and not feeling so guilty after all. That is 'us'!
The media industry is doing its job showing us the picture we wanted to see. Us helping them! That is the image we want to see. And then we go back polluting the planet
as if nothing had happened. If we feel guilty on another level, we go to church and confess. Then we are really all right! God is with us! We confessed did we not!?
I have another news for us. We are not all right. The institutions that are protecting us and our ways of life are not all right. Our ways of life are not all
right. And we are causing a global problem that is at the moment beyong repairs. Noone can fix it! How can I explain that. You had a beautiful toy, and now it is broken
forever. And you broke it! You are guilty. The Earth Court of Justice Global Police will come to your home, arrest you, and through you in jail for the rest of your
life. No! That would be too easy and too nice! A jail is a shelter and has food and drinking water, clean clothes. The millions of people we have affected wont
even have anything at all. Nothing! And they will all die. Some after suffering a long and horrible death. All because we cannot keep ourselves from driving that SUV or
the like. All because of our ways of life!
It is hard to change a way of life. Our mind will find a million excuses for not doing so. We have created a psychological immunity system around ourselves that
prevent us from feeling guilty for any length of time. Most of us even feel good about what we are doing. Hey! We are helping the world.
The reality is that we are destroying the world, ourselves and the next generations included. The global life-support systems have been pushed to their limits, and we are starting to feel the pinch of the impacts
of our ways of life. If the news media was to show us all the human-made disasters happening everyday everywhere we would not hear about anything else.
And things wont get any better. They will get much worst! The only hope is GCEG. GCEG will make things right for all of us and not just for a small segment of the world
population. First, we have to shut down the U.N. organization. The U.N. organization is an institution that has failed humanity very badly. It does not work.
The U.N. protects its own image by showing us a U.N. worker on the news helping a victim of a human-made disaster (but they called it a disaster made by Nature).
The U.N. must be replaced by GCEG. Now! The U.N. organization is a failure to humanity, and it is
critical and necessary to shut it down and replace it by GCEG. It has become clear that the U.N. has promoted a culture of violence, waste, mismanagement and corruption which cannot reform itself.
GCEG is here to replace the U.N.
GCEG will bring proper changes to help humanity and all life on the planet. We will not be able to fix all the problems our ways of life have created but we will
have a better chance of survival as a species.
Responsible and accountable government and global citizens is what humanity needs. Acountability in business and trade is an obligation.
The Global Community deserves nothing less.
The
final document will be brought forward for approval during the Tenth
Global Meeting of the Global Community Earth Government, Fall 2006.
People from all nations of the world, and all National Governments, are
invited to amend the document proposed here today (read Press Release
Feb. 26, 2006 ).
The Global Community and GCEG do not promote war as a solution to world problems. The U.N. does.
That in itself is a major let down of "the Peoples".
Through the use
of our Global Dialogues, we have researched, developed and promoted peaceful solutions to global problems. We have made our organization available to all governments and communities. We offer
to mitigate conflicts through an arbitrary process.
The Global Community is a non-profit organization doing humanitarian work througout the world. We also do research and development to find solutions helping communities and
businesses live a global sustainable and equitable development.
We dont ask for tax dollars, or donations from anyone. And we dont sell anything to make money. Global Community WebNet Ltd. has been the sole sponsor of the Global Community
and of all its advocates ever since their formations.
It has become clear that the U.N. has promoted a culture of violence, waste, mismanagement and corruption which cannot reform itself. GCEG is here to replace the U.N.
How can the U.N.
even be promoting Global Sustainability when, at the same time, the Security Council of the U.N. is promoting the use of the military option, war, as a solution to problems many
communities are facing in the world. Every one knows war is the greatest violation of human rights that one people can inflict on another. It brings deaths and injuries, starvation, diseases, millions of people losing their homes and livelihoods, and massive destruction of property.
Children and teenagers are placed in internment camps, and several are often forced to serve as soldiers. War not only corrupts the morals of soldiers, it leads to a decline in the morality of the whole nation. A nonviolent settlement to a conflict would always be more advantageous. War is self-defeating because it cannot secure what it sets out to achieve, protection against attack. The hatred for the
enemy whipped up by war and the desire for revenge among the losers leads to an accursed vicious circle from which there is no escape.
Emissions from factories and vehicles have
caused ozone depletion, acid rain, and dangerous
greenhouse gases
have forced the global warming of the planet and the climate to change dangerously, the worst threat to humanity and all life.
GCEG wants to provide a forum where international conflicts could be argued and resolved peacefully. Because of hatred and mistrust, disputing parties always find it difficult to express constructive ideas or proposals. A face-to-face
meeting may not even be possible. GCEG offers to be a trusted third party that would carry ideas back and forth, put forward new proposals until both sides agree. When both parties feel they have gained more than they have lost
from the process, the outcome is a win-win settlement for peace.
The U.N. should never be promoting war as a solution to world problems. That alone is against global sustainability. Sustainability means no war.
War is the greatest act of destruction. There is no worst action than war.
The U.N. is promoting a culture of violence and war, and certainly that goes against Global Sustainability and Global Peace. That is
the worst thing you could ever to humanity.
It is totally opposite to the Global Vision that GCEG is promoting.
And it is totally insane! The U.N. organization is following into the steps of the USA. The U.N. organization is a follower of the greatest of all evils: war
and the war industry.
Now, a short while ago, the Government of Canada has followed into the same steps of this culture of violence that orginated from the USA and the U.N., and that
was accomplished without asking Canadians
permission, not even a public debate on the issue. In a way our democracy has been demoted, devalued to that of a dictatorship. And yet our government wants to teach to the people of
Afghanistan the benefits of democracy. Another Busk-like lie to the world but this time by ricochet to the Canadian people.
So how can anyone claim that they have created a democracy?
We are holding the U.N. responsible for this change in the Government of Canada position from that of a peace-keeping mission in the world to that of a war-like stand.
What the U.N. organization has done is a crime against humanity and all life on Earth. It has broken Global Law.
And the UN just let it all happened!
GCEG requires that those six nations to provide massive financial aid to the amount of eight trillion US dollars to the countries of the Middle East and to Afghanistan to help them overcome the ravages of war they have
brought to them by the selling of war product and equipment. The money has to come directly from the six nations listed here and not from stealing the oil and gas resources of the Middle East. The financial aid
will be administered by GCEG. The first priority of GCEG will be to build sustainable communities in all of the Muslim nations of the Middle East, including Afghanistan.
Several times in the past GCEG has requested of the United Nations to restructure and reform its organization to be in touch with the problems humanity is facing in this millennium. They have never replied. Four of the five UN
Permanent Members, the United States, Great Britain, France, and Russia, are those countries that, not only control the UN, but they are the same countries that have brought disgrace to humanity by their selfish, immoral, unethical,
incoherent, inconsistent, dishonnest, erratic, and mostly aimed at making money behavior in the Middle East and towards Afghanistan. They have given to trade a bad name. Because of them free trade has become a danger to the
extinction of life on Earth. They even got China, the fifth Permanent Member of the UN, to vote YES to invade Afghanistan (without that vote the UN could not have approved), in exchange of China got its membership into the
World Trade Organization (WTO).
Governance of the Earth will make the rule of arbitrary power--economic (G8 Summit, WTO, FTAA, EU), political (UN), or military (U.S.A. and NATO)-- subjected to the rule of Global Law
within the global civil society, the human family. Justice is for everyone and is everywhere, a universal constant. Earth governance does not imply a lost of state sovereignty and territorial integrity. A nation government can
exists within the framework of
an effective Global Community Earth Government protecting common global values and humanity heritage. Earth governance gives a new meaning to the
notions of territoriality, and non-intervention in a state way of life, and it is about protecting the cultural heritage of a state. Diversity of
cultural and ethnic groups is an important aspect of Earth governance. Earth governance is a balance between the rights of states with rights of people, and the interests of nations with the interests of the the
Global Community, the human family, the global civil society. Earth governance is about the rights of states to self-determination in the global context of the Global Community rather than the
traditional context of a world of separate states. Although GCEG ensures state governments that it will obey the principle of non-intervention in domestic affairs, it will
also stand for the rights and interests of the people within individual states in which the security of people is extensively endangered. A
global consensus to that effect will be agreed upon by all Member Nations.
Global politics have never been handled for the
view of what is best to humanity. If and when we did, we did something
of no consequences. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
and subsequently the Human Rights Charters of many nations, were good examples
of failures to humanity. We developed rights and gave them equal importance.
Nothing we can apply to any real situations. Nothing real! No where in
Nature do we ever observe rights of equal importance. We, human beings,
invented the Declaration and now much of our future is dependent on it.
What is truly real is the Scale of Human and Earth
Rights. It is a scale of social values. Just think about a situation
where a group of people are watching a basketball game. Suddenly someone
observed a hole in the roof and a dangerous structural fault. The roof
is likely to fall anytime soon. That someone gives the alarm. Now what
is the most important thing to do right now? If you think like someone
with a good common sense, the most important thing to do right now is of
course to have everyone out of the building. But if you think like those
who developed the Declaration, you would still be watching the game (making
sure that all basketball players follow the rules of the game as they have
the same rights) and you would be dying later on along with everyone else
in the building. Not a good scenario!
What if it is a deadly gas coming into the building? a
fire? an earthquake? a flood? What if the building is the Earth, home to
all life we know of. What about climate change?! Green gases causing it.
Deadly gases! The Kyoto Protocol is giving the alarm! What is the most
important thing to do? That is the purpose of the Scale of Human and Earth
Rights. It tells you what are the most important rights to sustain humanity
now and in the coming future. An analysis has shown that the Declaration
of Human Rights and Charters of Nations all over the world dont even consider
these important rights. They are not even included. All because those who
developed the Declaration were living in a different world where we live,
where human beings live on Earth. They lived in an imaginary space where
everything is just as important as everything else.
We have to rectify their failures of helping humanity.
We have to throw away the Declaration and Charters, and adopt the Scale.
Simple as that! The Declaration is another initiative of the U.N. organization and is a complete failure to helping humanity and all life.
Again global politics is about doing what is right for all of
us now and in the future, and for all life on the planet. We base our understandings
and actions on principles we all know are rights deep down. You cannot
have a nation invading another nation for its resources? its water? its
oil and gas? We have chaos without principles! We have conflicts and wars.
There are ways of doing things that will give everyone a good survival
chance. There are global equitable and sustainable solutions. War goes against global sustainability and global peace.
Global politics are meant to guide us on the right path.
They are meant to bring humanity on a safe ground. They are about the survival
of all of us of the planet.
This is what people who work hard, pay their taxes and
play by the rules want from their political leaders. You don't expect politicians to be perfect. But you do
want to know that your tax dollars - money you've worked for - are being
spent properly and wisely. The 'Peoples' have been let down.
How many time have we heard of corruption at the United
Nations: remember the ' oil for food program', and now american
corporations are making billions of dollars "rebuilding Iraq" or is it
destroying Iraq to have the contracts of rebuilding it. There is so much
corruption that it stinks to the Moon. Many other organizations are corrupted
and have no intention of changing their ethics rules:
* G8 Summit,
* World Trade Organization (WTO),
* Free Trade Agreement (FTA),
* North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA),
* Free Trade Area of the Americas
(FTAA),
* World Bank,
* International Monetary Fund
(IMF), and the
* European Union (EU).
Accountable government is what humanity needs. The Global Community deserves nothing less.
Seeing such a mess, GCEG had no other choice than to research and develop a proper system of governance for all of humanity, the Global Constitution,
and to enforce Global Law.
I have already begun the process of fixing the system by
legislating and enforcing the GCEG Responsibility and Accountability
Act – a specific, detailed and credible plan to clean up bad global
governance in the world.
We blame the U.N. for not having put hard sanctions against the USA for having unilaterally invaded Iraq and letting Americans plundering the oil & gas resources
of the Iraquis. That in itself is a crime against humanity and all life on the planet. That goes against Global Sustainability and Global Peace. Through the manipulation of the
world media, it now seems OK to prepare for the invasion of Iran. That also is a crime.
It is a crime against humanity to promote the military option, war, as a solution to the world problems.
Today it is a crime against humanity to be ignorant by choice and this allow people from the industrialized nations to be uncaring consumers of Earth resources.
It is a crime against humanity to be educated and conscious 'non-speakers', 'watchers', not involved, not participating for the good of all, because he or she is afraid of losing his job or
moving on to a job good to humanity.
"We the Peoples" have been let down by the U.N. organization and by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was designed to cover major crimes against humanity and all life on Earth. Powerful lobbying groups and nations have used the
Declaration to satisfy their own self-interests. They have committed major crimes against humanity and all life and got away with it. Today it is happening all over again.
The invasion of the Middle East nations and the destruction of the global life-support systems by governments and corporations are aspects not even seen as crimes against
humanity and all life on the planet. The Declaration is a pettyful meaningless document especially designed to help those powerful lobbying groups and nations
to commit crimes against humanity and all life on Earth. It has to be replaced by the Scale of Human and Earth Rights.
We blame the UN for not having put hard sanctions against
Israel for building a wall around itself, attacking the Palestinains and Lebanon, and
the USA for having unilaterally invaded Iraq and letting Americans plundering the oil and gas resources
of the Iraquis.
Since its formation in 1947, the UN has shown bad leadership:
* Failure to help humanity!
* An accomplice of the war industry.
* An accomplice of the oil and gas industry to make it easy for the industry to make our planet unsustainable and destroy the global life-support systems.
* A puppet of the USA and of the five permanents members!
* Letting powerful lobbying groups, military and non-military, influencing the UN ways of doing things in the world, its decisions, and its direction as an organization
that was supposed to be helping "the Peoples".
* Allowing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights be used by powerful lobbying groups and nations for their own self-interests and greed.
The United Nations (UN) has been a failure to humanity and all life. It is time to shut it down and replace it by the Global Community Earth Government (GCEG).
The Earth Court of Justice has made clear that the new legislation now in the process of being enacted, the
Global Citizens Rights, Responsibility and Accountability Act,
will be enforced by the GCEG. Global Law is now the law of the land on the planet. No one is excuse! Everyone is included! Those breaking Global Law will be prosecuted.
For now, those committing crimes against humanity and all life on Earth will be arrested. There are Global Community Arrest Warrants against all world leaders
not in line with the Kyoto agreement.
Prosecuting criminals on the basis of universal jurisdiction regardless of a
territorial or nationality nexus required a solid commitment of political will from
national governments and the Global Community.
1)
President Bush has been summoned to appear in front of the Earth Court of Justice
as defined in Chapter 14.3.6, B.4, of the Global Constitution, for the following reasons:
a) not ratifying the Kyoto Protocol and thus endandering all life on Earth; Americans are the worst and deadliest polluters on the planet; on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights, that is a crime of the worst kind agaisnt humanity and all life on Earth;
b) invading the Middle East and Afghanistan; actions such as those of nation predators go against all human and Earth rights; and
c) supplying children of the world with small arms, and supplying anyone or any nation with small arms, war planes, war ships,
war product and war equipment, and weapons of mass destruction.
The Global Community is asking him to surrender himself to the Court.
2)
John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia, was also summoned to appear in front of the Earth Court of Justice
as defined in Chapter 14.3.6, B.4, of the Global Constitution, for the following reasons:
not ratifying the Kyoto Protocol and thus endandering all life on Earth; on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights, that is a crime of the worst kind agaisnt humanity and all life on Earth;
Global Community Earth Government is asking him to surrender himself to the Court. The same reasons apply here as explained to President George W. Bush.
The Global Community will continue to implement a total embargo on all U.S. and Australian consumer products, goods and services including mass destruction chemicals, nuclear war heads, weapons, war products and war equipment.
The war industry throughout the world must be put to a complete halt and shelved forever from humanity. The Global Community is asking
all peoples never again to buy U.S. and Australian products.
All world leaders just pretending to resolve global warming and its effects on the global climate have broken Global Law and are dangerous criminals and will be prosecuted.
3)
There is now a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Kofi Annan, United Nations Secretary-General.
We are holding you and the U.N. responsible for this change in the Government of Canada position from that of a peace-keeping mission in the world to that of a war-like stand.
Mr. Secretary General, you are promoting a culture of violence and war, and certainly that goes against Global Sustainability and Global Peace. That is the worst thing you could ever to humanity. It is totally opposite to the Global
Vision that GCEG is promoting. And it is totally insane! You are following into the steps of the USA. You are followers of the greatest of all evils: war and the war industry.
There is one more chapter to come concerning your leadership. Bad leadership! Failure to help humanity! An accomplice of the war industry. An accomplice of the oil &
gas industry to make it easy for the industry to make our planet unsustainable and destroy the global life-support systems.
4)
There is also now a Global Community Arrest Warrant against the man who now makes the decisions in Israel Major General Dan Halutz. He is a person
lacking moral inhibitions, and a professional soldier.
The Global Community has now implemented a total embargo on all U.S., Israel, and Australian consumer products, goods and services including mass destruction chemicals,
small arms, nuclear war heads, weapons of mass destruction, , war products and war equipment.
The war industry throughout the world must be put to a complete halt and shelved forever from humanity. The Global Community is asking
all peoples never again to buy U.S., Israeli and Australian products and services.
Soon the production of oil and gas will decline rapidly. The Global Community Assessment Centre (GCAC)
has analyzed the total production of oil and gas in the world and found the peak had already been attained and production should decline steadily over the coming 40 years.
Humanity
will have completely consumed the oil and gas reserves in the world between 50 and 100 years from now.
This explain why there is so much rush for those resources by countries such America in Iraq, and India,
Russia, China and Europe in Iran. Actually they are all over the Middle East but everyone seems to have chosen a specific territory to invade or exploit: America in Iraq,
the others in Iran.
What we have here are all the ingredients needed for World War III. Let me invade this nation says America, and I will invade the other ones say Russia and China. They will be there until
all the oil and gas reserves have been sucked up from the ground. If one of them is not happy then we will have a war. They have all agreed that Iraquis and Iranians are
casualities of war.
In two generations from now most civilizations on the planet will be facing terrible problems: the end of the oil and gas production, the end of our consumer driven society as no
oil and gas means no plastic base products, which also implies no jobs and chaos everywhere in the wolrd. We will literally be invaded by Americans.
Poverty and diseases will be widespread. The environment will be completely out of control. Global warming will cause tremendous environmental and climate change problems.
Nothing we could ever imagine will happen. Gangs in Canada will be controlling cities much like warlords in Afghanistan. Not even the military could stop them
from committing crimes. Government will be corrupted. Somewhat like the situation we see in Iraq today but 100 times worst. And the world will never get any better.
I will show here that our so called 'modern civilizations' will collapse. Our own civilization is base on oil and gas, and on the products we get from the oil and gas, mainly
plastics, and not on principles and values.
People from all over the world will be burning all their trees to just heat their homes. Forests will disappear completely from the Earth surface. No more Oxygen can be
produced without our green forests so eventually we will be lacking Oxygen in the air we breathe. Most life on the planet will be affected by the lack of Oxygen. Our
species will certainly disappear. Why is this happening? Why are we in the Middle East and Afghanistan fighting for the leftover oil and gas, which we will burn one
way or the other, and which will also burn the Oxygen of the air in the process. And you know what comes next! Having World War III in fighting for the oil and gas
will only cut our survival as a species by a decade or two.
Other than America, who else wants the oil and gas of the Middle East?
India, Russia, Europe Union nations, and China! They want the oil and gas of the Middle East very badly. How else could they become the biggest
growing economies of the world? Without the oil and gas they have no energy and no plastic base products. That means they cannot manufacture anything. Nothing!
More than half of the world population out of a job. Starving and dying! No medicinal products because you need a plastic container to hold them. Hospitals have
no plastic tubes to feed you with whatever fluids your body needs. All civilizations on the planet would come to a halt without the oil and gas. Yet it is the oil
and gas that is creating global warming and forcing the climate to change around the globe. This of course shows that our own civilization is base on oil and gas, and
on the base products we can get from the oil and gas, manly plastics. Our civilization is, therefore, not based on principles and values as it would fall completely
without oil and gas.
The end of the oil and gas reserves and, therefore, of plastics, will be the end of our 'civilized-self'.
As far as India, Russia, Europe, and China are concerned, there is an absolute need to obtain the oil and gas of the Middle East to survive. No other ways! So now that we have
understood the problem so far, what are Americans truly doing in the Middle East? Are they in the Middle East because of their dislike of Saddam Hussain? Not likely!
Saddam Hussain was never important, just an excuse for the invasion.
But then they never had a reason to invade Vietnam. So what is different today? The Al Qua'ida 'terrorists' threatening their way of life? We know the 'terrorist' and suicide
bombers are often civilians who have got so disgusted of being invaded, their homes destroyed, and their relatives killed, that the only way to fight back was by being
suicide bombers. They are soldiers in their own way defending their country from the invaders and thieves who just want to steal their resources.
So obviously Americans are in the Middle East to steal the oil and gas. Their thinking is simple: better us having the oil and gas then them, 'them'
being the Iragis, or any Muslims or Arabs for that matters. But the people from the
Middle East are not so stupid. They know India, Russia, European nations and China are willing to pay for their resources. So now what situation do we have here? We have
Americans who want to steal the oil and gas and treat the people of the Middle East like dirt, "non human beings', and we have the people from India, Russia, European nations and China
willing to pay the price and to agree that the people from the Middle East have human rights. They are 'persons' just like we are.
What we have here are the ingredients needed for World War III.
Simple as that! Nothing less!
The current wars
against Lebanon, the Palestinians, Afghanistan and Iraq were undertaken in disregard of the most fundamental principles of Global Law and
with obvious contempt for truth, posterity, and the morality which should guide all human actions. The result has been the occupation and colonization of Iraq and
the destruction of its economy and increased violence and insecurity for the overwhelming majority of the Iraqi population. The world cannot sit by passively and
watch the continued deterioration of the future of our planet and of its global communities.
President Bush has been elected for a second term as President of the worst polluters on the planet, and of a predator nation. During his campaign he has used religion,
his religion, and its membership or supporters, to elect him. Ever since 9/11 the Global Community has fought his policies at home and
abroad, and how his daily lies have changed the American people to follow his lead. The use of the military has been
abused to the detriment of human and Earth rights.
Military intervention in the affairs of other nations is wrong.
The responsibility of a peacemaker is to settle differences through compromise and negotiation before they erupt into violence.
Conflicting views do not have to bring about fighting. War is an irreversible solution to a problem. War is never an appropriate solution to resolve
a conflict.
Declaration of Beliefs of GCEG
We utterly deny all outward wars and strife and fightings with outward weapons, for any end or under any pretence whatever, and we do certainly know, and so
testify to the world, that the Spirit of Allah, God, which leads us to all truth, will never move us to fight and war against any human being with outward
weapons, neither for the kingdom of Allah, God, not for the kingdom of this world.
The Will of God is for life to reach God in the best possible ways. Life is the most precious gift ever given by God to the Universe.
Life allows Souls to be conscious of God in as many different ways as possible. Life is the building block through which Souls can
have a meaningful relationship with God. By observing the Universe, the galaxies, we are observing and studying God. We are seeing His magnificence, His greatness, and His complex making.
There is more to the Universe we observe today, that is there is more to God, much more. God is self-existent, eternal and infinite in space and time
Follow God's Word. God's Plan was revealed to humanity a short while ago. The
Divine Plan
for humanity is:
a) for everyone to manage Earth responsibly, and
b) about to reach the stars and spread Life throughout the universe and thus help other Souls to evolve and serve God in the best possible ways.
Britain and the United States have invaded the Middle East nations and Afghanistan.
Britons first and Americans following in their steps later have found excuses to invade the Middle East ever since World War I. This time it is terrorism. Now they pipeline the oil from Iraq to Israel and America. And now creating global warming will be increased by tenfold.
In an insiduous way, they promote the destruction of the global life-support systems of the planet, and of all life.
The invasion of nations such as those of the Middle East and Afghanistan are crimes against humanity and will be prosecuted.
GCEG warns all global citizens concerning the Global Community Arrest Warrants of:
a. George W. Bush, President of the United States,
b. John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia.
c. Kofi Annan, Secretary General of the United Nations
d. Major General Dan Halutz, leader of the Israel Defense Forces and the true leader of Israel, the 'US-milpost'.
They are all wanted criminals and should be considered extremely dangerous.
Those who opposed the invasion now say 'since war is over, let us get in the band wagon of the criminals, no sense of not being a part of the money-making american corporations set to rebuild Iraq using money made from the Iraqi oil'. They become criminals themselves. Even the United Nations
have jumped in the band wagon. They say it is much easier to be a criminal then to prosecute the invaders.
Their behavior is making a statement of what they really are: criminals. It was the wrong solution to invade Afghanistan and Iraq. Two or more 'wrongs' do not make 'one right'. It
never did and never will. Your action does not become 'a right' just because you became criminals yourselves.
GCEG has broadened the traditional focus of the security of states to include both the security of people as well as that of the
planet. Global security policies include:
* every person on Earth has a right to a secure existence, and all states have an obligation to protect those rights
* prevention of conflicts and wars; identification, anticipation, and resolving conflicts before they become armed confrontations; the Earth
Court of Justice will help here in resolving conflicts between nations and creating new nations
* military force is not a legitimate political instrument
* weapons of mass destruction are not legitimate instruments of national defence
* eliminate all weapons of mass destruction from all nations and have inspectors verifying progress to that effect
* all nations should sign and ratify the conventions to eliminate nuclear, chemical and biological weapons
* the production and trade in arms, war products and equipment, war planes, should be listed as a criminal act against humanity; this global ministry will introduce a
Convention on the curtailment of the arms trade, a provision for a mandatory Arms Register and the prohibition of the financing or
subsidy of arms exports by governments
* the development of military capabilities is a potential threat to the security of people and all life on Earth; the ministry
will make the demilitarization of global politics a high priority
* anticipating and managing crises before they escalate into armed conflicts and wars
* maintaining the integrity of the environment and global life-support systems
* managing the environmental, economic, social, political and military conditions that threatened the security of people and life on the planet
In the past, security was thought as better accomplished through military means. Expanding the military capabilities and forming alliances
with other nations were the only way to 'win'. Today wars are unlikely to produce winners. GCEG is all over the planet. Ethnic
groups are everywhere. Some say there are more Italians in Montreal, Canada that there are in Italy. So we would fight our own people? Wars truly
make no sense! The world is too crowded and too small nowadays! And weapons too lethal! So security cannot be achieved through the military. The
only job the military should be asked to do today is to protect the global life-support systems. These systems have the highest priority
on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights and are certainly more important than any of the other rights on the Scale including security. Simply because without life there is
no other right possible. Without Oxygen there is no life! Without clean water there is no life! So protect life on Earth at all costs.
Wars are the biggest threat to life and the ecosystem of the planet. Primordial human rights come next on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights. Without a shelter life will still exist in some places but is hardly possible in cold place.
There are many related aspects of the global life-support systems:
* global warming
* Ozone layer
* wastes of all kind including nuclear and release of radiation
* climate change
* species of the fauna and flora becoming extinct
* losses of forest cover and of biological diversity
* the capacity for photosynthesis
* the water cycle
* food production systems
* genetic resources
* chemicals produced for human use and not found in nature and, eventually, reaching the environment with impacts on Earth's waters, soils,
air, and ecology
So security must be achieved by other means than wars. We might as well shelved the war industry from humanity right now and that means phasing
out all nuclear, biological, chemical weapons right now. No waiting! That also means having inspectors verifying the phasing out in
all nations of the world, and not just in some Middle East country. The nature of global security has changed since the rise of GCEG.
Security used to be about the protection of the state and its boundaries, people, institutions and values from an outside threat. GCEG will emphasize as a priority the prohibition of external interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states. Today the security of
people within GCEG is just as important as the security of states. Citizens must be secure. GCEG is just as important as the security
and life of citizens and states.
We, Global Citizens, therefore affirm the following recommendations:
1. That Israel, the US and its coalition partners immediately cease all violations of the civil, political and human rights of the people of
Lebanon, the Palestinians, Iraq and of Afghanistan;
2. That the military occupation of Palestine, Iraq and of Afghanistan be immediately ended; and that the United States leave the Middle East
and neighboring nations, and that all Americans be asked to leave the region;
3. That all parties guilty of war crimes against the People of Lebanon, the Palestinians, and against the Iraqi and Afghan people be brought to justice under Global Law; the Earth Court of Justice will prosecute the offenders;
war crimes as defined by Global Law;
4. That reparations be paid by all responsible parties to the people of Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq and of Afghanistan for the damages caused by both the war and the occupation;
the amount to be paid should be no less than 8 trillion US dollars coming from the governments involved, and not from the resources of Iraq and of Afghanistan;
5. That we work to strengthen the mobilization of the global antiwar movement;
6. That the occupation of Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and all other colonized
areas is illegal and should be brought to an end immediately;
7. That our military be coming back home as this is the place it is needed most to prepare for Canada's future;
8. That Canada's military be used for peace-keeping mission and not war-like stand;
9. That our military be used for the protection of the global-life support systems.
10. That tax money not be used on the military, instead, tax money be used to prepare for the future: research and development on new ways to replace oil and gas, and plastics;
alternative energy technologies be used now; the development of new technologies and conservation strategies is essential both to reduce pollution and to make the most
of North America's resource strengths.
11. That our commitment to the Kyoto Protocol be made a real commitment, with real tangible, meaningful actions. Status quo is not an option! It was never
an option. Those who dont do anything about the global warming of the planet are criminals. Those who dont help protecting the global life-support systems are criminals of
the worst kind, they are 'terrorists' threatening all life on the planet.

* anticipating and managing crises before they escalate into armed conflicts and wars
* maintaining the integrity of the environment and global life-support systems
* managing the environmental, economic, social, political and military conditions that threatened the security of people and life on the planet
13. That all wars cease immediately
14. That all Peoples and nations at war come to the GCEG table of negotiations to settle disputes through the process of the Earth Court of Justice
15. That everyone on this planet folows Global Law and the particulars of the Global Citizens Rights, Responsibility and Accountability Act
16. That all Peoples strive to be global communities
17. That all Peoples seek and embrace Global Peace
18. That the United Nations be shut down and replaced by the GCEG
19. That the following persons are extremely dangerous criminals and should be brought to Justice, the Earth Court of Justice.
There are now Global Community Arrest Warrants against:
1. For having declared war against Lebanon, there is now a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Major General Dan Halutz, true leader of Israel;
2. President Bush has been summoned to appear in front of the Earth Court of Justice
for the following reasons:
a) not ratifying the Kyoto Protocol and thus endandering all life on Earth; Americans are the worst and deadliest polluters on the planet; on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights, that is a crime of the worst kind agaisnt humanity and all life on Earth;
b) invading the Middle East and Afghanistan; actions such as those of nation predators go against all human and Earth rights; and
c) supplying children of the world with small arms, and supplying anyone or any nation with small arms, war planes, war ships,

3. John Howard, Prime Minister of Australia, was also summoned to appear in front of the Earth Court of Justice
for the following reasons:
* not ratifying the Kyoto Protocol and thus endandering all life on Earth; on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights, that is a crime of the worst kind agaisnt humanity and all life on Earth;
4. There is now a Global Community Arrest Warrant against Kofi Annan, United Nations Secretary-General.
We are holding Kofi Annan, and the U.N., responsible for the change in the Government of Canada position from that of a peace-keeping mission in the world to that
of a war-like stand. That is a crime against humanity and all life on
Earth. He has broken Global Law. He is a criminal. It has become clear that the U.N. has promoted a culture of waste, mismanagement and corruption which cannot reform itself.
War is not sustainable. It never was. The military option, war, is against global sustainability and global peace in a big way. The worst environmental degradation happens in wars.
There is one more chapter to come concerning his leadership. Bad leadership! Failure to help humanity! An accomplice of the war industry. An accomplice of the oil and
gas industry to make it easy for the industry to make our planet unsustainable and destroy the global life-support systems.
All world leaders just pretending to resolve global warming and its effects on the global climate have broken Global Law and are dangerous criminals and
will be prosecuted.
That would be a strong message to member nations how important it is to stop the US invasion of the Middle East.
20. That Everyone can think of better ideas to sustain all life on Earth and
realize these ideas by conducting positive and constructive actions.
21. That proper Governance and Justice be brought to all conflicts in the world through GCEG process for settling disputes and the Earth Court of Justice.
22. That severe and permanent correcting actions be applied to Israel, and the United States, to stop the invasion of the Mddle East and neighboring
nations. The Global Community will continue to implement a total embargo on all Israel, U.S. and Australian consumer products, goods and services including mass destruction chemicals, nuclear war heads, weapons, war products and war equipment.
The war industry throughout the world must be put to a complete halt and shelved forever from humanity. The Global Community is asking
all peoples never again to buy Israeli, American and Australian products.
23. That people, organizations or nations selling, dealing or trading arms, war products, war equipment, war planes, war ships, and weapons of mass destruction,
be considered extremely dangerous criminals and be brought to Justice, and be given very severe punishments.
24. That 'democracy' is not to be forced onto a People or a nation.
25. That Global Politics be seen as a global dialogue on helping humanity resolving its problems.
26. That correcting the mistake made by the United Nations in creating Israel be corrected by having the Earth Court of Justice to start the process of fixing
the problem. The process should include important steps such as:
a) dissolving the State of Israel;
b) creating a new organization that would include all religious groups in the region and civil society; the organization would manage the affairs of
the region; and
c) setting up a criteria for managing the region, a criteria agreed upon everyone concerned.
Perhaps the most important conclusion to this investigative report is for all of humanity to do all we can to stop wars, all wars in the world, as they are the worst
events that destroy all life on the planet. I wish all recommendations listed above be just the beginning of a long fight of global citizens to protect our most precious
gift from God: life on Earth.
