SoulLife guiding the formation, evolution and protection of Life in the world.

Note: A display of 21 murals each showing the research done by Global Community over the past 37 years, and displaying unique short and long term solutions to the survival of all Life on Earth. Each mural has a small picture shown here whose size is about 650 px by 650 px, the enlargements are about 7000 px by 7000 pix. The pictures of the email messages are about 350 px by 350 px. All murals themselves have sizes of about 16383 px by 16383 px, with a range of 25 MBs to 65 MBs, much to large to upload on Global Community website. This large size picture for each mural can be obtained from special request. Text for each Mural were added here to summarize concerns about the nine most important global issues and threats facing life on our planet today. These threats are changing human life as we know it. Countless mass life extinctions have already happened which are capable of pushing humanity back to virtual prehistoric conditions.

Humans are ultra-resilient and can find a way to deal with most threats we face; however, it is the real life threats created by humans that pose the most imminent extinction to life as we know it. The rate of climate change is too rapid for processes of adaptation and these changes will inevitably involve health related issues in addition to other problems including behavioral, cultural, socio-political, demographical, and economical.

Save the world.
( see enlargement Save the world. )

This picture above here was designed to make Peoples aware how urgent meaningfull actions are needed to "Save the world". At the top of the picture the two arms symbolize the cooperation between different Peoples, the multicivilizational world we live in today all over the planet. The couple under the top frame and above the bottom frame symbolizes the formation of Life, its evolution over time. Butterflies shown on the picture are known as insects with a "complete" life cycle. This means that they have four completely separate stages of life, each of which looks entirely different from the next, and serve different purposes in the life of the insect.

Eggs are tiny, round, oval, or cylindrical depending on the variety of Butterfly. Females attach the eggs to leaves, stems, or other parts of the plant that are generally near where the caterpillar will find food. Caterpillars (or larva) are the long worm-like stage of the butterfly. They often have intricate patterns or patches on them and some may have spine-like hairs. This is the feeding and growth stage in the cycle, where they will find leaves and stems of host plants that are specific to their species.

The Chrysalis (or Pupa) is the transformational stage within which the caterpillar tissues are broken down and the adult insect's structures are formed. Butterflies are the adult (or Imago) stage of the cycle. This is the reproductive and mobile stage of the insects life. Adults live the remainder of their life span in a garden or place with flowers where they enjoy sipping nectar from fruit or flowers, and partake in courtship, mating and laying their eggs. Butterflies are important pollinators. Approximately one-third of all plants need pollination to set fruit, and bees and butterflies are major pollinators. Flower nectar is the food for adult butterflies and by flying from flower to flower sipping nectar, pollination occurs. Butterflies are great for a garden as they are attracted to bright flowers and need to feed on nectar. When they do this their bodies collect pollen and carry it to other plants. This helps fruits, vegetables and flowers to produce new seeds.

Butterflies symbolize evolution, Life evolution. Butterflies also symbolize the need of spreading the words of peace, cooperation, love, and helping each other as a multicivilizational community on Earth. Everyone is important in spreading those words. Let our Soul transform us. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of our mind and heart. Then we will be able to test and approve what SoulLife's will let us evolve. The final reward of this work is "saving the world" from complete extinction. Let us spread the words. The current extinction crisis is entirely of our own making as human beings. More than a century of habitat destruction, pollution, the spread of invasive species, overharvest from the wild, climate change, global warming, population growth and other human activities have pushed nature to the brink. Tipping points, observables are showned and explained in the following 21 murals. Plenty of symbols as well!

SoulLife
( see enlargement aa )

The existence of Souls does not necessarily imply a special beginning of the Universe. The Universe may have never had a beginning and probably never did. Souls can only guide the matter of the Universe to serve SoulLife. Observations of the Universe show the stars in our galaxy, galaxies, clusters of galaxies, super clusters of galaxies, and many other special objects. A theory of the observable Universe that has stood out over the past decades is the Big Bang theory. Different types of data point at the Big Bang theory.

At the early stage of this expanding Universe, every particle in the Universe had a Soul, and each being a small part of the primeval consciousness of SoulLife. SoulLife exists everywhere in the Universe and in every particle of all galaxies. Souls have an important intrinsic quality, they can merge together, a group of Souls can become one Soul, a brighter one, different, like the Soul of Humanity. This is what Souls do best, and it is to unify to better serve SoulLife. Souls can evolve as well. A Soul's primary goal is to serve SoulLife. A Soul can affect matter to some extent so as to achieve the primary goal of forming and protecting Life in the Universe.

A Soul does not try to control us. A Soul accepts us as we are. We can have a close relationship with our Soul and live a Soul life. Every lifeform on Earth has a Soul as well. All minerals and plants, every particle in the Universe has a Soul. This is because SoulLife exists everywhere in the Universe and in every particle of all galaxies. SoulLife is conscious of the Universe through Souls, and we are conscious of SoulLife because of Souls. There are many unanswered questions about Souls and SoulLife, and the human heart and mind are still exploring many possibilities. We will never find all the answers.

SoulLife let us be free. We are free to make choices between an infinite number of possibilities at each instant throughout our lives. That is why we could never repeat exactly the same life all over again even given the same original circumstances. We are free to decide between right and wrong. We are free to grow spiritually and live better lives with our Souls and SoulLife. SoulLife does not tell us what to do or what not to do, nor does our Soul.

Because of the danger of life extinction on Earth, the Soul of Humanity will be helping us for some time. This makes a lot of sense! If we were a Soul would we prefer to serve SoulLife in a dust particle found in the empty space between the oldest galaxies? We would still be with SoulLife! But the next particle might be a million light years away. Pitch dark! We could not even see or sense the light of the nearest galaxy. We could not see anything because we would have to be in a lifeform to do so. Not a very good place to be conscious of SoulLife. As a Soul we would still be with the other Souls but we would not taste life in the physical Universe. Just a particle!

Or would we prefer to be on Earth or on any other planet where there is life. As a Soul we would probably prefer to serve SoulLife within a human being or within some other advanced lifeform in the Universe. There is a lot to be conscious of in any lifeform on Earth. There is so much more to be conscious of in a human body. Can we believe that every lifeform has a Soul just like ours? Well, with some differences! All Souls are different because Souls have lived different experiences.

Symbiosis has worked throughout the evolution of life on Earth. Knowing that Earth is a spiritual entity as well as a physical entity in space and time in the Universe we begin to have a better relationship with Earth and with all its living inhabitants. This way Earth management will become a spiritual and a natural process whereby each person is responsible and accountable for its management the best they can. Peace in the world and Earth management are our responsibility and in the hands of all of us working together to keep our planet healthy.

We are the keepers of the Earth. SoulLife will help us to: * resolve problems, concerns and issues peacefully;

* reinstate the respect for Earth;
* work with humanity to keep Earth healthy, productive and hospitable for all people and living things;
* bring forth a sustainable global society embracing universal values related to global rights, economic and social justice; respect of nature, peace, responsibility to one another; and
* protect the global life-support systems and manage Earth.

Souls do their work at all times and everywhere over the entire Universe. This is especially true during the formation of stars. Stars are formed when a large cloud of dust particles collapse on itself by gravitational forces and other physical phenomena which may affect their characteristics. Then a star, and planets with their moons, if any, are formed. After being born a star system has a lifetime of its own. For instance, our Sun is believed to be about six billion years old, a young star really! Souls continue to do their work at all times during the formation of a new star system. It is very likely that there are billions of star systems with planets in our observable Universe. Souls would have guided matter to create such systems to better serve SoulLife. The ultimate goal is the creation of life on a planet. Life allows Souls to be conscious of SoulLife in many different ways, and thus to better serve SoulLife.

At the early stage, when the Earth was formed, and a while later, all the conditions for the formation of life were present, and life was created to better serve SoulLife. Life was made of matter and every particle of that matter had a Soul that merged with all the others. That first spark of life had a unique and independent Soul, and its own Spirit, to better serve SoulLife. Throughout the different evolutionary stages of life on Earth, Souls have guided the step-by-step evolution of life on Earth.

For a century evolutionists have challenged creationists with a large amount of scientific experiments and theories. Was life on Earth created by God six thousand years ago as described in the Bible or was it a slow and natural evolution spreading over several billion years? Most scientists dont want a supernatural being to affect Nature and rather like a Darwinian evolution which provides a mechanism for the formation of life. Unfortunately, Darwinian evolution encounters significant problems in explaining many biochemical systems which cannot be built up by natural selection alone. There seems to be no direct mutations, no gradual routes to some very large biochemical systems. For a while the theory of Intelligent Design satisfied the creationists as it implied the inadequacy of the theory of evolution inexplaining the gradual steps of life to its complex making. The only logical explanation was to believe in the theory of creation as presented by the Bible. So it seems!

The theory of Intelligent Design postulates that the ordering of separate components to achieve an identifiable function depends sharply on the components. The basis of life is the cell. The big molecules that do the work in the cell are proteins and nucleic acids. They are polymers. The building blocks of proteins are amino acids, and the building blocks of nucleic acids are nucleotides. For instance, the DNA is a nucleic acid made up of four different kinds of nucleotides: A, C, G, and T. Amino acids and nucleotides tend to associate together in almost an infinite variety of different molecules. The complexity of the problem faced by the Darwinian scheme of evolution is that evolution cannot explain the step-by-step pathways in a cell. No one can explain the origin of the complex biochemical systems in a cell. There were no biochemists on Earth several billion years ago. No laboratories either! The origin of life appears to require an Intelligent Design to direct the complex biochemical processes. For instance today a biochemist can easily synthesize the components of nucleotides by first purifying and then allowing them to recombine through chemical reactions. Several billion years ago undirected chemical reactions most often produced useless products. The proponents of the theory of Intelligent Design concluded that it was becoming more obvious that the complex biochemical systems of life were not put together gradually but rather quickly. The designer knew what the complex biochemical systems would look like. The systems were designed by an intelligent agent. Life was purposely arranged.

Biological reproduction, natural selection, adaptation, mutation, evolution, and Guiding Souls to serve SoulLife are all a part of a new religion made public for the first time a few years ago on the website of Global Community. The fundamental beliefs of the Guiding Souls serving SoulLife are as follow.

The laws of nature can organize matter to build complex biochemical systems that are at the origin of lifeforms such as a complex human being. The most relevant laws are: biological reproduction, natural selection, adaptation, mutation, and evolution. And each particle of matter has a Guiding Soul. All biological structures on Earth can be explained in terms of those natural laws and the Guiding Souls serving SoulLife.

Life exists on millions of planets in the Universe, and our species got to be who we are today partially as a result of the evolutionary process. Other lifeforms in the Universe may have evolved to be at least as advanced as our species. By itself human evolution will not always take humanity on a safe path, our 'normal ways' of doing things. Evolution takes time, a very long time. Difficult to tell what the next step of human evolution may be. Nevertheless, humans are the most adaptable species on Earth which is largely due to our higher intelligence over all other lifeforms. Resourceful humans are adaptable, aware, knowledgeable, well-informed, and self directing. Will we survive the nine global crisis humanity is facing today? Human evolution would have to be redirected from where we came from to become a species with the ability to adjust oneself readily to different conditions, able to survive in extreme conditions poorly suited for us.

The angels shown here on this picture are not real. They are symbols. Souls are real! Souls are very real, but they are spiritual beings. Symbols and signs are the languages of Souls. The Universe is SoulLife work place: galaxies, black holes, dark matter, stars and planets, and all matter over the entire Universe. SoulLife guides the formation, evolution and protection of Life throughout the Universe. All Souls are a part of SoulLife. The angel symbols are used here on this picture to indicate the existence of Souls and their work.

To manage Earth is very important because Earth is all that we have, and Earth is a spiritual entity that wants respect. Earth is most precious and the one and only place we can live for now. Earth is more than just a home - it is Heaven. SoulLife is having a good time on Earth because of the diversity of lifeforms, its incredible beauty, and its magnificent 'top of the line species', us, human beings. SoulLife was touched deeply by humble people from all religions on Earth. We have the responsibility for managing Earth. Earth is the key of Heaven, our Heaven.

Humanity has reached a point in its evolution where it knows its survival is being challenged. The human species knows through the Souls and now that human Souls have merged and formed the Soul of Humanity, we will find it easier to fight for our own survival. The Soul of Humanity does not make decisions for us and can only help us understand and guide us on the way. In the past, human beings have had some kind of symbiotical relationship aa (which is something common in Nature between lifeforms in an ecosystem) with the Souls, and now with the Soul of Humanity. We work together for both our survival and well-being. Cooperation and symbiosis between lifeforms (especially human beings) on Earth and the Soul of Humanity have become a necessity of life. We help one another, joint forces, and accomplish together what we cannot accomplish separately. Several billion years ago this symbiosis between matter and Souls resulted in the making of complex biochemical systems, Life itself.

Global Community is a non-hierarchical nonviolent organization of individuals and organizations that promotes the arts, conducts workshops, facilitates nonviolent direct actions, educates, organizes, campaigns, empowers, and aims to rip injustice from its roots. We are committed to nonviolence. We stand for the globalization of our rights to speech, thought, religion, assembly, a clean environment, self-determination, freedom from fear and persecution and freedom from poverty. We stand for the rights of women, children, elderly, affordable health care, strong labor rights and social and economic policies that put people and the environment before profits.

Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in Peace. This Global Peace Mouvement is about courage to live a life in a harmonious peace order and showing by example, thus preventing poverty, wars, terror and violence. We need to educate the coming generations with good principles, being compassionate, social harmony and global sustainability being some of them.

Conservation, restoration, and management of the Earth resources is about asking ourselves the question of "Who owns the Earth?" The large gap between rich and poor is connected to ownership and control of the planet's land and of all other Earth natural resources. Global Community, must now direct the wealth of the world towards the building of local-to-global economic democracies in order to meet the needs for food, shelter, universal healthcare, education, and employment for all.

Global Community has proposed a democracy for the people based on the fact that land, the air, water, oil, minerals, and all other natural resources rightly belong to Global Community along with the local communities where those resources are found. The Global Economic Model proposed by Global Community is truly the best response to the world.

Global Community criteria for sovereignty:

• a global community is in place
• the land and its natural resources are just enough to live a sustainable life and for a healthy living
• the community governs its owns affairs as per the Scale of Global Rights, Global Law, Global Constitution, and the protection of the environment and of the global life-support systems
• a symbiotical relationship exists between the citizens and Global Community
• a democracy based on the fact that land, the air, water, oil, minerals, and all other natural resources within the community rightly belongs to the community along with Global Community, and that the Earth is the birthright of all life
• Earth management and taxation of all Earth natural resources

Global Community has the power to make the laws of the land and to make the rules for the territory of the Earth. Global Law has been and continue to be researched and developed for this purpose. We are all members of Global Community. We all have the duty to protect the rights and welfare of all species and all people. No humans have the right to encroach on the ecological space of other species and other people, or treat them with cruelty and violence.

We have the responsibility of managing Earth. Everyone shares responsibility for the present and future well-being of life within Global Community. When there is a need to find a solution to a problem or a concern, a sound solution would be to choose a measure or conduct an action, if possible, which causes reversible damage as oppose to a measure or an action causing an irreversible loss.

The Glass Bubble concept is designed to illustrate the concept of "a global community" to elementary school children as opposed to the idea a community is "the street where I live". It is an imaginary space enclosed in a glass bubble. Inside this is everything the child can see: above to the clouds, below into the waters of a lake or in the earth, to the horizons in front, in back, and on the sides. Every creature, every plant, every person, every structure that is visible to him(her) is part of this "Global Community. " By focusing on familiar ground in this manner it can be taught that every living thing within the glass bubble is there because his/her food is there, his/her home is there, all he/she needs to survive is there. And every creature will stay as long as what his/her needs remains to be available within that "Global Community. " Look up, look down, to the right, to the left, in front and behind you. Imagine all this space is inside a giant clear glass bubble. This is "a global community." Wherever you go, you are inside a "global" Community. Every thing, every living creature there, interacts one upon the other. Influences inter-weave and are responsible for causes and effects. Worlds within worlds orbiting in and out of one another's space, having their being. Your presence has influence on everything else inside your immediate Global Community. Now let us explore this Global Community that we have visited and discover why each member is important ~ each bird, each tree, each little animal, each insect, plant and human being ~ and how all work together to create a good place to live. You walk like a giant in this Global Community. To all the tiny members you are so big, so powerful, even scary… You can make or break their world. But by knowing their needs, and taking care, you can help your whole Global Community be a good one.

From the experience in your life and local community tell us:

*    Why are you important to this "Global Community"?

*    Why is it important to you?

*    What do you like about it?

*    What bothers you about it?

*    Anything need to be done?

*    What is really good there?

*     What is very very important?

*     What is not so important?

*     What is not good?

*     What is needed to keep the good things?

*     What could make them even better?

*     What could you do to keep the good things good?

*     Could they help get rid of bad things?

*     What unimportant things need to go?

*     How could you help get rid of these things?

to sustain Global Community, humanity and all life on Earth.

Let each child be aware he/she either grows up to be a person who helps or a person who destroys. Each child makes his own choice. He creates his own future in this way. He becomes a responsible citizen. This may or may not inspire some sort of creative project of what "could be" to aid this Global Community to remain healthy. To interact knowledgeably within one's global community has to be taught ~ especially to urban children. It has to be brought to them very clearly all life forms interact and depend upon other life forms for survival. They need to know "reasons why" ignorance of nature's law causes such damage, and why working in harmony with nature produces such good results.

The Concept of the Glass Bubble can be extended to include planet Earth and all the "global communities" contained therein. All life species, humans and cultures, have intrinsic worth. They are subjects, not commodities, not objects of manipulation or ownership. No humans have the right to own other species, other people or the knowledge of other cultures through patents and other intellectual property rights. Defending biological and cultural diversity is a duty of all people. Diversity is an end in itself, a value, a source of richness both material and cultural. All members of Global Community including all humans have the right to food and water, to safe and clean habitat, to security of ecological space. These rights are natural rights, they are birthrights given by the fact of existence on Earth and are best protected through global community rights and global commons. They are not given by states or corporations, nor can they be extinguished by state or corporate action. No state or corporation has the right to erode or undermine these natural rights or enclose the commons that sustain all through privatisation or monopoly control.

Welcome to your Global Community: peoples of all places, cultures and religions.

Criteria for a global community to exist. Criteria for a global community to exist.

The world is in a state of perpetual turmoil. We are worlds within worlds orbiting in and through each other’s space. Our interactions with one another can be planned and executed in a caring, considerate manner so that all may exist and not destroy the other. A good place to start this day would be to see the people living in far away places as we see our neighbors. Neighbors are people we should see as people very much like ourselves. Love your neighbors as yourself. Many scientists have shown that our genetic make-up as human beings are not that much different than that of many other life-forms. The reality is that we as people are not that much different from one another. Our education and upbringings are different and created cultural and religious differences. Conflicts originate often because of these cultural and religious differences. My teaching for the day is to make the effort to understand what make us different from one another and find a way to appreciate those differences.

Welcome to your Global Community: and all other life forms on our planet are members of Global Community.

We also have to make the effort of understanding other life-forms in Nature and appreciate the differences. Because of brain capacity, we dont expect other life-forms of understanding us, but we do have a moral responsibility of understanding them and appreciate the differences.

By making an astronomical profit through the selling of arms, war products and equipment to all of the Middle East countries, including Iran, Irak and Afghanistan, and by sucessively calling these old friends their new enemies and terrorists, and destroying their countries, America and Great Britain have shown that they could never be trusted. Since the Cold War is over, the only American interests in the Middle East are the cheap crude oil and the protection of Israel. The Jews come first even if it mean to fight and annihilate the entire Islamic Civilization with nuclear war heads. If you have any doubt that they would do such an atrocious crime, ask the people from Japan.

But the problem with Israel in the Middle East is not about the small piece of land that they have taken from the Moslem world. It is about religion: Judaism and Christianity (from America) versus Islam. Actually it is not so much Christianity as Americans have another religion, they have money or the dollar sign as their religion.

In a way, the West is jealous of the Islamic Faith, and followers of the Faith, moderates, fundamentalists and extremists. Much of our Western philosophy is related to science and its applications, and about the Universe, the evolution of Life, and it has its roots in the Islamic Faith, and that is totally opposed by Christian believers as they believe in Creation. It is like the Islamic Faith is intruding in a major way into the Christian Faith. This was amply shown during the Iran-Irak War.The Love-Hate relationship with either regime was based mostly on the love of profit-making from the part of America and hate of Americans and Jews by Iraqis and Iranians. This Love-Hate relationshipis very much the same today. Basically what Americans have showed is that, given enough money, America can be bought. No need to destroy America, just buy it, which is what China and Japan have done. According to the Federal Reserve and U.S. Department of the Treasury, foreign countries held a total of 7.55 trillion U.S. dollars in U.S. treasury securities as of September 2021. Of the total 7.55 trillion held by foreign countries, Japan and Mainland China held the greatest portions. China held 1.05 trillion U.S. dollars in U.S. securities. Japan held 1.3 trillion U.S. dollars worth. Other foreign holders included oil exporting countries and Caribbean banking centers.

The U.S. public debt

In 2021, the United States had a total public national debt of 28.43 trillion U.S. dollars, an amount that has been rising steadily, particularly since 2008. In 2020, the total interest expense on debt held by the public of the United States reached 371 billion U.S. dollars, while 156 billion U.S. dollars in interest expense were intragovernmental debt holdings. Total outlays of the U.S. government were 6.55 trillion U.S. dollars in 2020. By 2026, spending will reach 6.75 trillion U.S. dollars.

Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in peace. This peace mouvement is about courage. Not the courage it takes to go into battle but the courage to organize resistance to war when a bloody taste for it inflames the world, and the threat of prison in a nation where the human rights and freedom of expression have diminished significantly. It is about the courage to say NO to the war industry. It is an industry that destroys life on Earth, corrupts society, and violates morality. Military interventionin the affairs of other nations is wrong. There are other ways, there are peaceful ways, ways that are not based on profit-making and the gain of power for itself. We are conscientious objectors, "nonresistants".

SoulLife is helping to bring about the event of Peace in the world. Knowing that Earth is a spiritual entity as well as a physical entity in space and time in the Universe, we begin to have a better relationship with Earth and with all its living inhabitants. This way Earth management will become a spiritual and a natural process whereby each person is responsible and accountable for its management the best they can. Peace in the world and Earth management have for too long been in the hands of and affected by government and business leaders, in the hands of a few people on the planet, as opposed to being in the hands of all of us (over 7.9 billion people on Earth) working together to keep our planet healthy. We are the keepers of the Earth.

There is no greater task in the world today than for Global Community to proceed through the maturation of its leadership, emerging from a more self-interested adolescence as a global leader into a nobler adulthood. We have the potential to act as a torchbearer for a better tomorrow. Do we heed the call? I hope this message has convinced many international organizations and the millions of people who have been with us over the past decades, that the question of how to proceed with that maturation is of far deeper significance than the reforming of the United Nations. Let us hope that we move with wisdom, grace, clarity, and love in the days, years, and even decades ahead.

The oldest known evidence of social units that have ever existed show that humans were adapting and evolving with time through generations. Human history stretches through generations, is the history of civilizations. Civilization and culture both refer to the overall way of life of a people, and involve the values, beliefs, norms, institutions, social structures, and modes of thinking to which successive generations in a given society. As such, a civilization is the most extensive cultural entity and, therefore, villages, regions, ethnic groups, nationalities, religious groups, all have distinct cultures. A civilization being the highest cultural grouping of people, and it is defined by language, history, religion, customs, and institutions. The composition and shapes of civilizations change over time. The cultures of peoples interact and overlap. Empires rise and fall; governments come and go; but civilizations remain and survive political, social, economic, even difficult ideological changes. Civilizations being cultural and not political entities, they do not maintain order, establish justice, collect taxes, fight wars, negotiate treaties, or any other things which governments do. A civilization may contain one or many political organizations such as city states, empires, federations, confederations, nation states, and multinational states.

Global Civilizational State implies the cultural coming together of humanity and the acceptance of common values, beliefs, orientations, practices, and institutions by people throughout the world. Human beings in almost all societies share basic values. People in most societies have a strong moral sense, a morality of basic concepts of what is right and wrong.

If people have shared a few fundamental values and institutions throughout history, this may explain some constants in human behavior but it cannot explain history, which consists of changes in human behavior. If a Global Civilizational State common to all humanity exists, what term do we then use to identify the major cultural groupings of humanity? Humanity is divided into subgroups such as tribes, nations, and broader cultural entities usually called civilizations. If the term civilization is elevated to what is common to humanity as a whole then the largest cultural groupings of people would be a single Global Civilizational State, that is a variety of cultures, of peoples, of religious worlds, of historical traditions, and historically formed attitudes. Confusion occurs by restricting 'civilization' to the global level and designing as 'cultures' or 'subcivilizations' those largest cultural entities which have historically always been called civilizations.

Getting to know one another as one humanity. More significant and meaningful actions needed to save the Earth, all lifeforms, from complete extinction. Our next objective will be to find statements from all religions that promote the respect, stewardship, protection, ethical and moral responsibility to life and of the environment, the Earth globallife-support systems, and statements that promote a responsible earth management. We are also asking for specific statements on environmental conservation such as those expressed by the Islamic religion.

The fundamental criteria is that a relationship is created for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development and a more stable and inclusive global economy.

Global Community has begun to establish the existence of the age of symbiotical relationships and global cooperation. An economically base symbiotical relationship exists between nations of the European Union. Other types (geographical, economical, social, business-like, political, religious, and personal) may be created all over the world between communities, nations, and between people themselves. There has always been symbiotical relationships in Nature, and between Souls and the matter of the Universe to help creating Earth and life on Earth to better serve SoulLife.

In the context of the global civilization of the 3rd Millennium, we have defined that any symbiotical relationship is for the good of all, for the good of the 'other'. It is based on a genuine group concern and unconditional support for the individual's well-being ~ a giant leap in human behaviour. The question is how can we improve the political symbiotical relationship to fulfill the fundamental criteria? Global Community promotes the values and principles to achieve the fundamental criteria and that requires the promoting and establishment of: global community ethics, mutual respect, respect for life, basic liberties, justice and equity, caring for the 'other', integrity, responsibility and accountability.

Other symbiotical relationships may be based on common concerns and issues such as: the environment, peace, justice, women's rights, human and Earth rights, and many more. There is a whole spectrum of possible symbiotical relationships.

Symbiotical relationships are needed today for the long term future of humanity and for the protection of life on Earth.

Certainly it is better to seek an economic relationship with another nation we can trust than with a hundred nations we have no control on and everyone of those nations has a say in the governing of our nation, its environment and social structure.

The best way and solution for any nation is to follow the Scale of Global Rights. Right on top of the scale are the ecological rights, the global life-support systems, and the primordial human rights of this generation and of the next generations.

Global Community is inviting you to participate in the formation of globalsymbiotical relationships between people, institutions, cities, provinces, communities, nations, and businesses.

Global Community is inviting you to participate in the formation of global symbiotical relationships between people, institutions, cities, provinces, communities, nations, and businesses. We are alsoproposing the formation of a political symbiotical relationship between state and global civil society. A similar relationship alreadyexists between the people of Global Community, also known as the human family, the global civil society.

Global Community ethics offer fundamental moral behaviors and irrevocable standards. You need not be religious to make this vision yours. This vision is for all human beings regardless of their social origin, language, culture, sex, skin color or religion. Global Community vision creates new hopes, standards, ideals and goals for everyone to embrace freely, and live a life without fear. Global Community faith is about realizing this new global order will be better, safer, and more realistic after replacing the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights by Scale of Global Rights Scale of Global Rights.

To determine rights requires an understanding of needs and reponsibilities and their importance. The Scale shows social values in order of importance and so will help us understand clearly the rights of a community and its citizens. So now Global Community ethics includes a process based on Scale of Global Rights. Global citizens have a binding responsibility for the welfare of all humanity and care for all life on Earth. Global Community ethical grounds are practical, real, and applicable for all women and men of good will, religious and non-religious.

Global Civilizational Stat: the application of the Scale of Global Rights to the most important global issues threatening humanity's survival worldwide.

Let us lead the world toward Global Civilizational State for education, Justice, protection of life on Earth, and for new ways of doing business and trade, in global development, and in the management of global resources.

A global symbiotical relationship between two or more nations, or between two or more global communities, can have trade as the major aspect of the relationship or it can have as many other aspects as agreed by the people involved. The fundamental criteria is that a relationship is created for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development and a more stable and inclusive global economy.

A global symbiotical relationship is created between Nations and Global Parliament for the good of all groups participating in the relationship and for the good of humanity, all life on Earth. The relationship allows a global equitable and peaceful development. This is the basic concept that is allowing us to group willing Member Nations from different parts of the world. A typical example is the Global Government of North America (GGNA) . Member Nations of these global governments have not yet been selected. Each Nation Government needs to go through the process of a referendum asking people if they wish to be a part of a Global Government, and which is it they wish to be part of. For instance, Canada may wish to be part of the Global Government of South America. A referendum in Canada would determine the Global Government the people of Canada wish to belong to. Global Parliament does not force anyone to belong in any specific Global Government.

The Global Government of North America (GCNA) Emergency, Rescue and Relief Centre is vigilant and quick in helping all life in need of help. For the protection of those global communities we will need to create a biodiversity zone in the North by way of Earth rights and taxation of natural resources. Global Community is defined around a given territory, that territory being the planet as a whole, as well as a specific population, which is Global Community .

There is a need to develop a voting system ff to elect representatives to form a democratically elected Earth Government. Every person in the world can claim the birth right of electing a democratic government to manage Earth: the rights to vote and elect representatives to form the Earth Government. They are our human rights! Each and everyone of us on Earth was born free and equal in dignity and rights. Respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms is one of the characteristics of a democracy. The typical fundamental freedoms of a democracy (freedom of expression, thought, assembly, and association) are themselves part of human rights. These freedoms can exist everywhere. Democracy is a political system based on the participation of the people. It foresees the separation of powers among the judiciary, the legislative and the executive authorities, as well as free and regular elections.

Universal health care, education, retirement security and employment services to every Global Community citizen.
Implemented through Global Community with built-in mechanisms for optimum input and oversight guaranteed to all member-states, Global Community offers a practicable starting point for achieving:

(a)     a healthful, sustainable environment for every global community citizen,

(b)     universal health care, publicly supported,

(c)     education for all based upon individual capability,

(d)     creative/productive employment for every global community citizen, and

(e)     post-retirement security.

This effort will lead over time to an escalation of human values and symbiotical relationships transcending money centered economics.

Worldwide, infectious diseases are the leading cause of death in children and adolescents and one of the top three causes of death in adults, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). One estimate puts the number of identified infectious diseases at 100,000 worldwide. While there are cures and treatments for most diseases we know of, most deaths occur because such remedies are not available to populations with the greatest needs.

Most diseases are contained within the regions where they originate, but there have been numerous pandemics – infectious diseases that spread throughout multiple populations and across multiple regions – that have caused global human health concerns.

But it is the really super potent diseases that we have yet to discover – or strains of known diseases that can rapidly spread throughout all populations and can be transmitted by air, water and food – that would have a devastating impact on humans and all life as we know it. Covid-19 has its variants that could well over-power the vaccines made for its original strains. But there are more virulent threats that could make Covid-19 seem like a mere common cold.

Take superbugs, for instance, strains of bacteria that have become resistant to antibiotics and known effective treatments. There is also the zika virus for which the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has declared no vaccine or preventative drug is available to treat it. All these diseases are easily transmitted throughout human populations and can easily mutate into massive strains and impact significantly large populations of humans.

Then there are the diseases which are in the evolutionary stage and can emerge at any time for which humans may have no answer. Humans are already in protect mode with regard to the world’s deadliest diseases, and we attempt to prepare for any eventuality, spending billions of dollars each year on cures, treatments and preventive research. But, as the saying goes, we are only human.

This issue is usually listed as the number one environmental issue of all. And for good, solid reasons. Our human population trends away from sustainability and continues to place strains on systems and resources that people depend on to live healthy lives and survive.

Global Community is calling for the immediate formation of the Earth Ministry of Health. The globalization of trade, the extensive movement of people all over the world, the increase of poverty and diseases in developing countries and all over the world, have caused pathogens and exotic diseases to migrate over enormous distances and now, are an increasing threat to local ecosystems and communities, economies and health of every human being and all life.

Global Community is calling this threat of the upmost importance and must be dealt with immediately by every nation. We must manage health in the world. We are calling for the immediate creation of the Earth Ministry of Health. The Earth Ministry of Health is needed to reduce the threat of new and reemerging diseases and immune micro-organisms. SAR is certainly a new emerging global threat and must be managed before it becomes widespread. There are several factors indicating the need for new global changes in the area of health:

* larger populations of mal-nourished and undereducated people living in substandard housing, unhealthy environmental conditions and inadequate health services, and poor water supply and sanitation
* rapid increase in international air travel
* globalization of trade
* lowering of standards in the production, handling, and processing of food have heightened the risk of food-borne diseases
* environmental factors and activities such as deforestation, conflict, tourism and migration into remote habitats have increased exposure to disease

Global Community is asking nation governments to give their support for the network of collaborating laboratories managed by the World Health Organization (WHO). We are proposing to expand WHO's mandate to include:

* a global surveillance system
* an emergency section capable of responding to outbreaks of infectious disease anywhere in the world
* a more efficient vaccines program
* research into advanced-generations of antibiotics * help governments put in place policies to improve the management of medical and public health resources, and to monitor these policies.

* AIDS awareness programs have to become far more aggressive. AIDS is the leading cause of death in the sub-Saharan Africa and is now spreading rapidly in Central/Southern Asia and Eastern Europe. Local delivery of anti-retrovirus medicine to developing countries is very difficult.

* bioterrorism is a threat just as important as a nuclear war and a section of this global ministry must be prepared to respond quickly and efficiently.

* more research is needed to understand and respond to infectious diseases. Immunization rates are declining in low-income and middle-income countries. There are more than 30 new and highly infectious diseases that have been identified, such as Ebola and AIDS, and there are no treatment, cure, or vaccine.

* more research is needed in 20 known strains of diseases such as tuberculosis (TB) and malaria which have developed resistance to antibiotics due to the widespread use and misuse of these drugs.

* more research is needed in old diseases such as cholera, plague, meningitis, diphtheria, dengue fever, hemorrhagic fever, and yellow fever as they have reappeared as public health threats after years of decline.

Health problems are often directly related to consequences of climate change and global warming include health conditions caused by changes in humidity, temperature, and nutritional deficiencies originating from insufficient crops and irrigation. Additional health care problems as a result of possible demographic movements include waterborne-diseases, and health conditions such as skin cancer due to increased UV radiation caused by ozone depletion. Emissions from fossil fuel combustion such as CO and Pb (lead) may affect humans adversely, and gases SO2 and NOX and particulate matter can cause respiratory illnesses.

Global Community is calling for the immediate formation of the Earth Ministry of Health. The globalization of trade, the extensive mouvement of people all over the world, the increase of poverty and diseases in developing countries and all over the world, have caused pathogens and exotic diseases to migrate over enormous distances and now, are an increasing threat to local ecosystems and communities, economies and health of every human being and all life. We are calling for the immediate creation of the Earth Ministry of Health . Formation of a Global Ministry of Environmental Health.

Governance of the Earth by Global Parliament will make the rule of arbitrary power--economic (WTO, FTAA, TPPA, BRICS, EU, etc.), political, or military (NATO)-- subjected to the rule of law within the global civil society, the human family. Justice is for everyone and is everywhere, a universal constant. Justice is without borders.

The Federation of Global Government is the place of meeting between Global Governments. Global Civilizational State offers a more meaningful union than the United Nations in the form of nine or more Global Governments such as Africa, Europe, North America, South America, Central America and the Caribbean, Asia, Oceania, the Middle-East, and South-East Asia. A Global Government is concerned not only with economics and trade, but also with the environment, health, agriculture, energy, food, social, cultural and many other essential aspects. The very first step of the Federation, and maybe the only one for several decades ahead of us, would be the approval of essential services amongst the participating member nations. We want each Global Government to take a larger share of responsibility of the specific region where it operates, and be more accountable to the people of that region, and to all life on Earth.

We can do better united as a Global Government, a Global Parliament, the Global Civilizational State: a new world to build, and a future to share and protect together.

Let us all be united as a Federation of 9 or more Global Governmewnts.

As a replacement to the United Nations, we have formed Global Parliament with 9 or more Global Governments (GGs) and an enforceable, non-military democratic Global Constitution for all. Governing bodies consist of four chambers making the Global Parliament:

1.  House of Elected Representatives
2.  House of Advisers
3.    House of Executive Council, and
4.    Federation of Global Governments

The power of Global Parliament was de-centralized to give each GG a better chance to find the right solutions to global issues. It can act faster and be more effective and efficient in the context of the Global Civilizational State, this great, wide, wonderful world made of all these diverse global communities within each Nation. Global Community becomes thus more fluid and dynamic.

Earth Environmental Governance can only be achieved successfully within the larger context of Sustainable Development and Earth Management. All aspects are inter-related and affect one another. A healthy environment is essential to long term prosperity and well-being of Global Community citizens. That demands a high level of ecological protection. This is the 'raison d'etre' of the Scale of Global Rights.

The very first step of the Federation, and maybe the only one for several decades ahead of us, would be the approval of essential services amongst the participating member nations. We want each Global Government to take a larger share of responsibility of the specific region where it operates, and be more accountable to the people of that region, and to all life on Earth. Global Community has researched and developed such services and listed them here. All of them are already in operation on a small scale.

All international trade agreements must be administered by the Global Trade and Resources Ministry and the Global Ministry of Essential Services as institutionalized by Global Parliament.

Today's international trade agreements are obsolete and primitive. They are formed to make a few people on the planet rich and creating a world of overconsumption and wastfully degrading the planet's resources and environment. Let us walk into a sustainable future. Let us first define what we mean by "Global Protection Agency (GPA)", and of course what we mean by "essential services" in the global context of humanity.

We have the responsibility of managing Earth. The Earth ecosystem is so fragile that we have to manage it together wisely. Souls and SoulLife want to help us to manage Earth. They want to help us!

Why would the Soul of Humanity want to help us? A very simple answer! Throughout our human history we have left behind too many dead bodies, and too much destruction. Everytime a lifeform dies because of us, a Soul lost a physical form to serve SoulLife.

Earth was hurt! All Souls on Earth have unified, and they are now called the Soul of Humanity. Souls can evolve and can do a lot to heal humanity. They will resolve problems, concerns and issues peacefully. They will reinstate the respect for Earth and work together to keep Earth healthy, productive and hospitable for all people and living things. They have joined forces to bring forth a sustainable global society embracing universal values related to human rights, economic and social justice, respect of nature, peace, responsibility to one another, and the protection and management of the Earth.

Everyone shares responsibility for the present and future well-being of life within Global Community . When there is a need to find a solution to a problem or a concern, a sound solution would be to choose a measure or conduct an action, if possible, which causes reversible damage as opposed to a measure or an action causing an irreversible loss.

The worst environmental degradation happens in wars. Farm products in fields and livestock are abandoned, there is no more control on toxic wastes, and water, air,and land are polluted. People are displaced and feel no longer responsible for the quality of life in their communities. Historically, the industrialized nationshave caused the most damage to the environment, with their careless technology and policies. Emissions from factories and vehicles have causedozone depletion and acid rain.

In 1985, Scale of Global Rights (.mp4 (20 MB) Scale of Global Rights) was first proposed as a replacement to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. After several decades of research and development, many global dialogues, we still find the Scale as the best solution to global problems. Today, we are presenting once more the Scale as the best educating tool to bring about the change the people of the world need to achieve for their own survival.

Global Community offers both a short term solution and a long term solution to the people of all nations. Both solutions have been integrated into the Scale of Global Rights Scale of Global Rights, itself a necessary first step which must be approved by all of us.

Scale of Global Rights contains six (6) sections. Section 1 has more importance than all other sections below, and so on. Concerning sections 1, 2, and 3, it shall be Global Civilization highest priority to guarantee these rights to their respective Member Nations and to have proper legislation andimplement and enforce global law as it applies and as shown in the Global Constitution.

The Scale is a balancing process to sustain all life on the planet now and future generations

Concerning sections 1, 2, and 3, it shall be Global Community highest priority to guarantee these rights to Member Nations and to have proper lesgislation and implement and enforce global law as it applies.

Section  1.    Ecological rights and the protection of the global life-support systems

Section  2.    Primordial human rights

  •     safety and security
  •     have shelter
  •     'clean' energy
  •     'clean' and healthy environment
  •     drink fresh water
  •     breath clean air
  •     eat a balance diet
  •     basic clothing
  •     universal health care and education
  •     employment for all

Section  3.    The ecological rights, the protection of the global life-support systems and the primordial human rights of future generations

Concerning Sections 4, 5 and 6, it shall be the aim of Global Community to secure these other rights for all global citizens within the federation of all nations, but without immediate guarantee of universal achievement and enforcement. These rights are defined as Directive Principles, obligating Global Community to pursue every reasonable means for universal realization and implementation.

Section  4.    Community rights, rights of direct democracy, the right that the greatest number of people has by virtue of its number (50% plus one) and after voting representatives democratically.

Section  5.    Economic rights (business and consumer rights, and their responsibilities and accountabilities) and social rights (civil and political rights)

Section  6.    Cultural rights and religious rights

Scale of Global Rights definition

Definition of the Scale of Global Rights Scale of Global Rights Human and Earth rights Scale of Global Rights Chapter X of the Global Parliament Constitution is about the Scale of Human and Earth Rights

On the Scale of Global Rights primordial human rights and the protection of the global life-support systems (ecological rights) are on top of the Scale. They are the most important aspects on the Scale. For instance, the existing and future uses of water are constantly challenged; balancing supply and demand is made even harder by the amounts of pollution found in the air, land and waters. A large part of our body is made of water, and we cannot live without water; therefore water is a primordial human right by our very nature.

Primordial human rights are those human rights that individuals have by virtue of their very existence as human beings: to live, eat, drink fresh water, breath clean air, and have shelter. These rights are separate categories than ecological rights, the right of the greatest number of people, economic rights, social rights, cultural rights and religious rights.

Ecological and primordial human rights are the only rights that have existed unchanged throughout the evolutionary origin of our species. Any major change would have threatened our very existence. All other human rights are rights created by human beings and can be changed depending of new circumstances; they are not stagnant but are rather flexible and adaptive, and they can evolve. Ecological and primordial human rights of this generation and of future generations are therefore much more important than any other human rights existing now and in the future.

In this way the Scale of Global Rights gives us a sense of direction for future planning and managing of the Earth. Earth management is now well defined and becomes a goal to achieve. We no longer waste energy and resources in doing things that are absolutely unimportant. So it has become a necessity to establish the Ministry of Global Resources that will be assessing, compiling, managing, protecting and distributing Earth resources, and the Earth Court of Justice prosecuting cases involving crimes related to the relentless misused of the Earth resources.

In order to avoid conflicts and wars over drinking (fresh)water, fresh water has been categorized as a primordial human right. Industrial pollution plays a major role in the deterioration of nature but this time the level of pollution is above the carrying capacity of a healthy ecosystem. Pollution also affects significantly human health and all lifeforms on Earth. Every person needs Oxygen to live so clean air is certainly also a primordial human right by our very nature.

Control over the amounts of greengases produced by human activities and let go into our air must be paramount to governance and management of Earth. The production of greengases involves the destruction of the Oxygen in our air and its replacement by CO2, a deadly chemical. CO2 concentrations in the atmosphere have been measured at an altitude of about 4,000 meters on the peak of Mauna Loa mountain in Hawaii since 1958. The measurements at this location, remote from local sources of pollution, have clearly shown that atmospheric concentrations of CO2 are increasing. The mean concentration of approximately 316 parts per million by volume (ppmv) in 1958 rose to approximately 369 ppmv in 1998. The annual variation is due to CO2 uptake by growing plants. The uptake is highest in the northern hemisphere springtime.

Today in 2022, the concentration is more than 460 ppmv. And after all the dirty tars sands oil of Alberta has been consumed, the concentration will be over 600 ppmv, i.e. the end of civilization as we know it, and the end of most lifeforms on the planet.

Human beings have a moral obligation to protect and conserve the biodiversity of life on Earth. The Global Constitution shows us how it can be done with Global Law, the Earth Court of Justice, and how the Global Protection Agency (GPA) and the Agency of Global Police (AGP) can protect the territory. Global Community Arrest Warrants can be issued to anyone breaking Global Law.

Leaders of the wealthier nations must be willing to accept responsibility for past mistakes and to help pay the financial burden for environmental protection of the developing nations. This is the most damaging conflict of interests between the rich industrialized countries and those that are poor and struggling just for existence. Global Community must help wealthy and poorer nations reach a better understanding of each other's needs.

All aspects are interrelated: peace, human rights and the environment. The poor is more concerned with ending starvation, finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to survive. Environmental issues become meaningless to the poor. In reality, all concerns are interrelated. As soon as the environment is destroyed beyond repair, human suffering is next. Ecology has no boundaries. All nations suffer the effects ofair pollution, global warming, loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, acid rain, ozone depletion, silting of streams, and countless of other environmental problems. This was the reason for proposing to Global Community the Scale of Global Rights.

Global Community ethics offer fundamental moral behaviors and irrevocable standards. You need not be religious to make this vision yours. This vision is for all human beings regardless of their social origin, language, culture, sex, skin color or religion.Global Community vision creates new hopes, standards, ideals and goals for everyone to embrace freely, and live a life without fear.

It is the same idea for any consumer product. You manufacture, produce, farm or createa product, you become responsible and accountable of your product from beginning to end (to the point where it actually becomes a waste; you are also responsible forthe proper disposable of the waste).

People in our society often argue that their manufacturing products and the trading principles or rules that regulate their actions are all legal! But what about ethical values and moral principles?!

Climate change is definitely at the top of the most global important issues facing our planet today. While this issue primarily focuses on global warming, changes in precipitation, air quality, biodiversity, “habitable” zones and many other areas are part of and affected by climate change. However, it is extreme global climate change that would result in epic disruption if not outright decimation of the human species and most life as we know it today. We have already seen the death and destruction wreaked by monster typhoons and hurricanes, unexpected volcanic activity, monsoons, extreme heat and extreme cold systems.

History has demonstrated for over three billion years that life can adapt and new species can and will evolve, including humans. Humans are highly adaptable, and they are roaming and nomadic. The same goes for many lifeforms – fauna and flora — which we have seen migrate as weather conditions and trends change. There are other earth-threatening phenomena that pose far greater challenges to humanity than global climate change.

With Earth’s hottest temperatures normally hovering at 115°F (46.1°C) and reaching as high as 136°F (57.8°C) in the middle east and western portions of the United States and the coldest temperatures averaging around -50°F in Asia where humans live, there is potential for that perfect storm to trigger multiple extreme weather conditions worldwide. Still humans may survive, but the species could be seriously emaciated and unable to sustain itself.

The global tipping points of greatest concerns and the emergence and spread of deadly pathogens.

Our world is facing crises of freshwater, food, deforestation, ocean health, and destruction of the global Life-support systems. We need leadership in the protection of all our natural resources, in peril because of what we do and what that does to our planet. We are facing a fresh water crisis. We are facing a food crisis. We are facing a crisis over deforestation. And we are facing crises in our oceans. While carbon emissions from fossil fuels pollute the air, land and our oceans, we are facing the climate change crisis. Now is the time to press for a sound Global Civilizational State leadership.

Now Global Community claims that all Lifeforms are important and included as part of global ethics. It is not just about 'humanity survival' but about 'all Lifeforms survival' we are fighting for. The treatment of all Lifeforms provides a clear example of the practical value of global ethics. In the Western world (and in contrast with certain Eastern traditions) Lifeforms other than human beings have long been excluded from the domain of moral concern. They have been bred up and killed for food and clothing, captured and dissected in the name of science, and sometimes hunted for pure pleasure. This treatment has been justified in several ways. Within the Jewish and Christian religious context, for example, it is taught that God created "animals" for human use, and so we are entitled to do to them as we please. Global Community condemns this behavior because each of us depends on the well-being of the whole, and so global citizens must have respect for the community of living beings, for people, other Lifeforms, and plants, and for the preservation of Earth, the air, water and soil.

Wherever there are people, there will be conflicts, and Global Community ethics can help to resolve conflicts. Global Civilizational State proposes that such conflicts be resolved without violence and within a framework of justice. People must commit themselves to the most nonviolent, peaceful solutions possible. This is the pathway to global peace.

Environmental problems have contributed to numerous collapses of civilizations in the past. Now, for the first time, a global collapse appears likely and global warming, overpopulation, overconsumption by the rich and poor choices of technologies are major drivers; dramatic cultural change provides the main hope of averting calamity.

In consequence of globalization, the new economic and political distribution of power around the world has become very different then we were used to. It has become very fluid, in perpetual motion and affected by global markets. Giant new markets are forming all over the world. Competition is hardening. National economies can no longer insure or guarantee rights of possession on any property. National borders no longer mean protection, security, cultural boundaries, resources ownership, political and economic control.

International market regulations try to control or ease the effects of globalization. The effects are often devastating. With globalization comes global problems such as:

    *    unemployment in industrial nations

*    poverty increases world-wide ~ entire countries in a state of starvation

*    environmental degradation

*    national interests of a country changing and becoming more trade oriented and trying to go with the wave of global trade

*    international interests of a country take prime importance

*    in developing countries, national debts constrict the institutions of the national state and contribute to the destruction of the economic activity which, in turn, as the effect of creating unemployment

*    national currencies of many countries are affected by national debts and contribute in destroying social Life, creating ethnic conflicts and civil wars

*   the large corporation is becoming larger and getting more power and control falls into the hands of a few people

*   globalization is another way of keeping control on our lives in the hands of a few people

*   with globalization, we have no control and no say in our future and the world becomes a game played by a few people just as it has alway been through history, leading to revolutions and war

*   with globalization there is no sense of direction and meaning, no security for the individual, just a few people getting richer and controlling us all.

By 2100, the United Nations Population Division (UNPD) projects the human population will swell to as many as 11.3 billion people. The world human population reached one billion by 1804 and has increased seven-fold in the 200 years since. If humans take over all of Earth’s living surface, there will be no room to provide for itself, let alone room for any other living plant or animal populations.

But human population will never reach that point. If human populations continue to balloon unabated, it will essentially eradicate itself with disease, starvation, harmful and detrimental living conditions and psychological deterioration.

With so many people taking so much land that also is needed for biodiversity, agriculture and food production, transportation, healthy living and natural habitats, the question necessarily becomes, “What is going to give?”

Earth is finite. Earth’s resources are finite. So, populations cannot be infinite; however, the global population continues to grow, taking more and more land, using up more and more resources, demanding more and more energy and housing, and creating more and more humans. In this way, the human species is its own enemy, perhaps innocently, but an enemy nonetheless. Zero Population Growth is attainable and is even projected as early as 2150, but we just don’t know.

Clearly the environmental challenges facing humanity in the 21st century and beyond would be less difficult in a world with slower population growth or none at all.

Population is a critical variable influencing the availability of each of the natural resources considered here. And access to family planning services is a critical variable influencing population. Use of family planning contributes powerfully to lower fertility, later childbearing, and slower population growth. Yet policymakers, environmentalists and the general public remain largely unaware of the growing interest of young people throughout the world in delaying pregnancies and planning their families. In greater proportions than ever, girls want to go to school and to college, and women want to find fulfilling and well-paid employment. Helping people in every country to obtain the information and services they need to put these ambitions into effect is all that can be done, and all that needs to be done, to end world population growth in the new century.

Reproductive health services can help. Voluntary family planning and other reproductive health services can help couples avert high-risk pregnancies, prevent unwanted childbearing and abortion, and avoid diseases such as HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted infections, that can lead to death, disability, and infertility.

Comprehensive reproductive health services, especially care in pregnancy and childbirth and for sexually transmitted infections, are key to preventing disability and death and improving women's health. Better access to emergency care during childbirth and safe abortion services would also contribute significantly to lower maternal death rates. Family planning diminishes risks associated with frequent childbearing and helps reduce reliance on abortion.

An important obstacle to couple negotiation of contraceptive use and protection from STDs including HIV is that most women have unequal access to resources and decision-making. Yet women are more vulnerable to the consequences of unplanned pregnancies and often HIV/STI's. For these reasons, countering the prevailing gender stereotypes that increase risky behaviors and decrease couple communication is a key strategy for promoting good reproductive health.

Individuals, too, can help bring about a world that is more secure and more supportive of life, health and happiness. They can educate themselves on population dynamics, consumption patterns and the impact of these forces on natural resources and the environment. They can be socially, politically and culturally active to elevate the issues they care about. They can become more environmentally responsible in their purchasing decisions and their use of energy and natural resources. And individuals and couples can consider the impacts of their reproductive decisions on their communities and the world as a whole.

Population dynamics are among the primary underlying causes of forest decline. Poverty, corruption, inequitable access to land and wasteful consumption practices also influence the decisions of governments, corporations and individuals to cut and clear forests. The interaction of these forces is most evident in areas such as South Asia, Central America and sub-Saharan Africa, where poverty, rapid population growth and weak institutions contribute to forest loss and severe environmental degradation.

The dominant force in forest loss is growth in the demand for farmland. Subsistence agriculture is the principal cause of forest loss in Africa, Asia and much of Latin America. Slash-and-burn farming and other traditional techniques were sustainable for centuries when population densities were lower. Today they are a major factor, along with the expansion of commercial farms and livestock grazing areas, in the permanent conversion of wooded land to agriculture. The need to increase food production is expected to accelerate the forest-to-farmland cycle, especially in countries where alternatives for meeting this demand are limited.

A typical American uses 15 times as much lumber and paper as a resident of a developing country. Reducing wood consumption in the industrialized world is unlikely to stop forest loss in developing countries however, since most of the wood consumed comes from trees in the industrialized countries themselves. Nevertheless, the consumption model offered to the rest of the world threatens accelerated forest loss as both populations and economies grow in developing countries.

Population policies based on human development and the Scale of Global Rights offer the greatest hope for the future of forests. This is not an argument for population "control" but for the social investments that allow couples to choose when to have children and how many to have. Programs linking conservation activities with family planning services show promise for achieving both the sustainable use of forests and greater acceptance of reproductive health services.

Sustainable wood consumption is essential for the future of forests. Individuals and institutions alike should promote the ecologically sound and socially responsible use of forest products. Eco-labeling, or the environmental certification of wood products, could speed the adoption of more sustainable forestry practices. Consumer demand for green-certified paper and other wood products is an important complement to recycling and other efforts to reduce wood consumption.

The total number of people worldwide could still double or even triple from today’s 7.9 billion before stabilizing a century or more from now. Women in most countries are still having more than the two-child average consistent with a stable population size. Moreover, so many young people are now entering or moving through their childbearing years that even a two-child average would still boost population size for a few decades until the momentum of past growth subsides. Yet there is reason for optimism. The combination of access to family planning and other reproductive health services, education for girls and economic opportunity for women could lower birthrates enough to stabilize world population well before a doubling of today’s total.

Motivation, rather than differential access to modern contraception is a major determinant of fertility.  Individuals frequently respond to scarcity by having fewer children, and to perceived improved economic opportunity by having more children. Economic development does not cause family size to shrink; rather, at every point where serious economic opportunity beckons, family size preferences expand.

A)  Foreign aid conveys to the recipients the perception of improving economic wellbeing, which is followed by an increase in the fertility of the recipients of the aid.

B)  Migrations from regions of low economic opportunity to places of higher economic opportunity result in an increase in the fertility of the migrants that persists for a generation or two. The need is not to control population growth. Governments cannot control childbearing and attempts to do so have sometimes led to coercive approaches to reproduction that violate human rights. The need is rather to expand the power individuals have over their own lives, especially by enabling them to choose how many children to have and when to have them.

Investing in education for girls helps them to contribute to their national economies–and to postpone childbearing until they are ready for a family. Providing credit and other economic opportunities for women creates alternatives to early and frequent childbearing. Finally, better access to quality reproductive health services directly benefits women and their families. These approaches increase human capacity, providing the greatest long-term return to societies, individuals and the environment. Moreover, they are likely to lead to an early peak in world population in the coming century.

Comprehensive population policies are an essential element in a world development strategy that combines access to reproductive health services, to education and economic opportunities, to improved energy and natural resource technologies, and to healthyer models of consumption and the "good life." Policies to decrease world population:

  • delay reproduction until later in life Delaying reproduction is important in influencing population growth rates. Over a period of 60 years, if people delay reproduction until they are 30 years old, you would have only two generations, while if you do not delay reproduction you would have three generations (one generation every 20 years).
  • spread your children farther apart
  • to have fewer children overall
  • government commitment to decreasing population growth Create policies that help decreasing the number of children being born. Policies such as income tax deductions for dependent children and maternity and paternity leaves are essentially pronatalist and should be eliminated.
  • programs that are locally designed and that include information on family planning and access to contraceptives
  • educational programs that emphasize the connection between family planning and social good

  • The vast disparities in reproductive health worldwide and the greater vulnerability of the poor to reproductive risk point to several steps all governments can take, with the support of other sectors, to improve the health of women and their families:

    • Give women more life choices. The low social and economic status of women and girls sets the stage for poor reproductive health
    • Invest in reproductive health care
    • Encourage delays in the onset of sexual activity and first births
    • Help couples prevent and manage unwanted childbearing
    • Ensure universal access to maternal health care
    • Support new reproductive health technologies
    • Increase efforts to address the HIV pandemic
    • Involve communities in evaluating and implementing programs
    • Develop partnerships with the private sector, policymakers and aid donors to broaden support for reproductive health
    • Measure Progress

Global Community is declaring a moratorium on immigration all over the world, on all applications for immigration, until applicants from any religious or cultural background have satisfied completely Global Community standard for a population fertility rate of 1.3 children per family. The problem with world overpopulation is everybody’s problem. We are all responsible. Until tangible progress is made no immigrants should be accepted. That is Global Law. hh

Population warfare  It is the use of a very high fertility rate to conquer a nation, and that could mean as many as or more than 2.1 children per family. It is a form of cultural and/or religious aggression and invasion by having a much too high number of new born babies. For instance, there has been a rapid increase in population among Muslims to the extent that in fifty years all of Europe and North America are expected to be mostly Islamic. The influx of Latino immigration into the western states of the USA will also have the effect of a population warfare.  Family is important.

Family with too many children is a problem. ss No one can feed, educate, and take care of a family with a large number of children. Think of the world population today and in the coming decades, as a family with already far too many members. We all know world population on our planet as overreach its safe and secure capacity. Our family is breaking down, suffering, crying, hungry, dying, tortured, and in great danger of extinction. Our family is out of control, abused, taken advantage of by the 1% of its members, and by promoting democracy and human rights destructively.
