It is obvious like daylight that the present UN is totally fail in performing its responsibilities and showing helplessness in solving some global issues effectively. It seems that it is become like a house Maid of some countries now a days. Therefore, as such the human community is urgently required an Organization like a Government at World level that could be politically well equipped to solve all global issues/problems with out any discrimination and its decisions/actions mostly based on democratic principles, so that it may be obeyed World wide.

But the question is how the present dispersed human community could be organized for a World Government keeping in view its present divided status on the base of nationality, Race and religions. As such it is impossible to organize it for World Government under the present circumstances/Orders and the prevailed identifications of the human community.

Therefore the human community must be recognition on new grounds, which not only must be according to the requirements of the new millennium but also organized it in a sensible global manner.

The future identification of human beings will be based on Profession, because the start of the new millennium is herald of Professionalism. So, as such the prevailing grounds of recognition “which has dispersed the human community in to so many small States/Groups and usually creating conflicts among them” are required to be given up now and identified it in new grounds on global manner.

The following identification on Professional base is possible to be adopted for the future. So that not only sustainable peace, prosperity and global justice could be restored but also to globalize the human community for Democratic World Government during the new millennium.………………….

(P-I) Thinkers Types of Citizens.
Bar Associations, Barristers Associations and Chamber Associations etc.

(P-II) Curative types of Citizens.
Doctor’s / Surgeon’s Associations, Nurse Unions and Paramedical Staff Association/Unions etc

(P-III) Technical types of Citizens
Engineer’s Councils/Associations etc, Technical Staff Unions etc.

(P-IV) Instructive types of Citizens.
Lecturers/Teachers Associations/Unions, Students Unions etc

(P-V) Cultivator types of Citizens.
Tenants /Cultivators Unions and Farmer Associations/ Unions etc

(P-VI) Labor types of Citizens.
Trade Unions of Labors and organizations etc

(P-VII) Protective types of Citizens.
Retired Army, Navy, Air Force Officials / Officers Association /Foundation/Organizations etc Police, Fire Brigade, Cops, Militia, Scouts, Marines, FBI, CIA, Investigations Officers, cops etc & Organizations.

(P-VIII) Entertainment producers’ types of Citizens.
Players Associations/Unions, Artists organizations /Associations, Musical Unions/Organizations, Journalists Unions/Organizations etc.

(P-IX) Resourceful types of Citizens.
Chamber of Commerce Organizations, Bankers Associations, Traders Associations, Investors Associations etc

Basically the above 9 type of Citizens are already organized merely their coordination is required at their Country level so that they may be further coordinated at World level.

All those humanitarian people “who are interested in global peace, stability, prosperity, global justice and World Government” are requested for the sake of humanity to coordinate the above 9 types of Citizens at their own Country and motivate them to constitute a Party/Organization under the name of “Champions of Reforms and Development Organization” (CORADO) for contesting election in their respective Countries to obtain ruling power so that they may be able to constitute a peaceful and prosperous World according to their dreams.

Solution of Iraq Issue (in brief)
The issue of Iraq could be solved in months if the Iraqi community was recognized on the above professional Grounds. Because it will disperse all the resistance Groups of Shiite, Sunni, Kurd and Al-Qaida in to above harmless nine types of Citizens who will be asked to elect their own representatives and govern their own concern Ministries.

Solution of Palestine and Israel Issue (in brief)
The long out standing issue of Palestine and Israel could also be solved in months if the Palestine and Israel Communities were recognized on the above Professional Grounds. The Communities of Israel and Palestine will be dispersed in to (above) nine types of Citizens who will be asked to elect their own representatives and govern their own concern Ministries. (Its details are available and will be provided to all concern)

Other Global issues

Any community on earth who are confront with such issues where some militant Groups creates law and orders situation on any base must be recognized on the above new Professional Grounds so that sustainable peace and stability could be restored.
