It is the Indian civilization which gave a call of Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam (world is a family) some 5000 years BC, that unequivocally proclaimed that we are inter-connected through the cosmic mind. Yoga the superior science through eight-fold path of evolution (Ashtanga Yoga) laid a road map for spiritual progress wherein an individual soul could merge with the universe – Aham Brahmasmi (I am the Universe). But came this decadent western paradigm of development where materialism and mammonism became the center of focus and then the downfall began through theories like, ‘survival of the fittest’, ‘life boat ethics’, ‘useless eaters doctrine’, ‘population control’ based on the baser emotion of insecurity and greed. We forgot, what the birds and animals remember that ‘there is enough in this world for everyman’s need, not for every man’s greed and if we cared enough and shared enough than we would have enough’.
Noah was 600 years old when he built the Ark to save the world from the deluge, the same that may come in December 2012 because of Planet X, and other strong and spiritually evolved men became pygmies in all sense and started dying prematurely before 100, the misleading cacophony of the modern medicine of increase in lifespan nothwithstanding.
If humanity is not to become extinct then it is about time we reverted to exciting inquiry into collective intelligence and the power of connection.
Here are some ideas that should help the world to evolve.
* One hour for self-development, one hour for the world.
* Consume less, plunder less, destroy less, work more, build more.
* Realize, religions have degenerated into decadent cults. Take to spirituality.
* Meditate to tune into the cosmic mind.
* Disarm, de-militarize, de-nuclearise, de-chemicalise so that we do not destroy.
* Democratise UNO by removing the veto power given to five nations.
* Or replace UNO with the One World Parliament, not the One World Order.
* Remember that Earth is known as Green Planet. Plant more trees and phytoplanktons to generate more oxygen which has come to an all time low of 39%.
* No concentration of wealth in the hands of few.
* No concentration of population in certain pockets. ‘World without borders’, now.
* No Chemtrails, no GM food, no fertilizers that destroy the mother earth’s womb.
* Bring GOD into your lives (GOD = good orderly development). For that you
need to elect giant men called statesmen rather than pygmy politicians to rule.
Learn to dream and realize all that you dream. When you serve with love the Soul of the Universe will know your good desire and help you to realize your dream.

* Aucune concentration de population dans certains endroits un monde de ` sans frontières, maintenant.

Health Crisis.
There is hardly a person to whom the question of health is not a matter of interest and concern. The incidence and variation of illnesses are growing at an alarming rate across this planet and a vast number of people today have come to expect a lifetime of low and indifferent health.
This is because of the pollution in the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the thoughts we ingest, has grown unimaginably in recent times. Current Health Philosophy’s ‘fixit’ focus, on cure rather than prevention, on treating symptoms rather than addressing primary causes, on attempts to find instant cures to counter unhealthy lifestyles, have produced chemical medicines which are at minimum ineffective and at maximum injurious to one’s overall health.
The consequent pain and suffering which innumerable individuals and families undergo defy description and the world’s loss, on this account can hardly be measured.
And Yet.. the sufferings and the loss are not all inevitable. Much of this scourge can be avoided by widespread enlightenment of the public.. That health is a personal responsibility.. That simple principles and methods of holistic health maintenance, many which have been tried and tested for centuries, can yield the best and most cost effective results towards a prolonged and healthy life.

Dear Friends of International Community:
Apropos your candid stand below, I have a few questions and comments.
Please note that I am marking copies to all the top functionaries of the Indian Govt., including political parties, since this discussion affects us directly.
We all know that America identifies (so-called leaders), trains them, promotes and uses them, keeps a tab on them, and then discards them. Now the time has come to discard Dalai Lama. Hopefully, in the next general elections, Manmohan Singh, too, will be discarded for following the decadent USA and messing up with superior Indian values and principles of good governance.
In the meantime, we wonder, why the international community has not opposed the Nuclear Agreement with America, which is fraught with danger for India. We want you to take a firm stand on that too, because indirectly it means American hegemony in India through back doors. Perhaps it will help you to understand how subservient India is to USA if I give you an example : Since 1984, it has not been able to give relief to Bhopal Gas affected people, and Dove company is being protected while thousands of our people from Bhopal have to march upto Delhi to meet the PM.
We also know that Nobel Prizes are tainted and 80% awards have gone to mediocre scientists or agents of America or Israel. The backgrounds of Nobel Prize winners, if analysed, will speak for themselves.
We are also aware that after neutralising USSR, which was balancing USA and its sinister plan of New World Order, USA is now wary of China and India.
However, we strongly believe that liberation of Tibet from Chinese rule (like throwing drugmafia linked military junta from Myanmar) will be in the interest of India, because China has an eye on Indian territories like Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, too. China has also built a road via POK and that part of Indian territory is now permanently lost, though India occasionally lodges protests if Kashmir is shown partly on the map of India.
If on the other hand, liberation of Tibet, as the writers say below, will mean American bases in Tibet, then we would anyday prefer Tibet being ruled by China.
But then why is China even denying Hong Kong type management of Tibet when Dalai Lama is not demanding total independence? Perhaps some of you may be aware that Gandhi, Nehru and others of Congress Party were only asking for dominion status for India. It is Bhagat Singh and other young revolutionaries, who demanded total independence for India, and then Gandhi and others jumped on the bandwagon and rest is history. You know how bad or good India is democratically today with one family ruling for 51 (out of 61) years of India's so-called Independence from British yoke, when we are still singing Jana Gana Mana, a slave song, written in 1911 to welcome King George V, as national anthem. Frankly, nothing changes. Dear Friends of International Community:
Apropos your candid stand below, I have a few questions and comments.
Please note that I am marking copies to all the top functionaries of the Indian Govt., including political parties, since this discussion affects us directly.
We all know that America identifies (so-called leaders), trains them, promotes and uses them, keeps a tab on them, and then discards them. Now the time has come to discard Dalai Lama. Hopefully, in the next general elections, Manmohan Singh, too, will be discarded for following the decadent USA and messing up with superior Indian values and principles of good governance.
In the meantime, we wonder, why the international community has not opposed the Nuclear Agreement with America, which is fraught with danger for India. We want you to take a firm stand on that too, because indirectly it means American hegemony in India through back doors. Perhaps it will help you to understand how subservient India is to USA if I give you an example : Since 1984, it has not been able to give relief to Bhopal Gas affected people, and Dove company is being protected while thousands of our people from Bhopal have to march upto Delhi to meet the PM.
We also know that Nobel Prizes are tainted and 80% awards have gone to mediocre scientists or agents of America or Israel. The backgrounds of Nobel Prize winners, if analysed, will speak for themselves.
We are also aware that after neutralising USSR, which was balancing USA and its sinister plan of New World Order, USA is now wary of China and India.
However, we strongly believe that liberation of Tibet from Chinese rule (like throwing drugmafia linked military junta from Myanmar) will be in the interest of India, because China has an eye on Indian territories like Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, too. China has also built a road via POK and that part of Indian territory is now permanently lost, though India occasionally lodges protests if Kashmir is shown partly on the map of India.
If on the other hand, liberation of Tibet, as the writers say below, will mean American bases in Tibet, then we would anyday prefer Tibet being ruled by China.
But then why is China even denying Hong Kong type management of Tibet when Dalai Lama is not demanding total independence? Perhaps some of you may be aware that Gandhi, Nehru and others of Congress Party were only asking for dominion status for India. It is Bhagat Singh and other young revolutionaries, who demanded total independence for India, and then Gandhi and others jumped on the bandwagon and rest is history. You know how bad or good India is democratically today with one family ruling for 51 (out of 61) years of India's so-called Independence from British yoke, when we are still singing Jana Gana Mana, a slave song, written in 1911 to welcome King George V, as national anthem. Frankly, nothing changes. The Global Community consider the Dalai Lama as a dangerous religious extremist. He ought to be brought to justice. His crimes include:
a) organizing and leading deadly riots in Tibet for the purpose of putting down the Tibetan government and destabilizing China;
b) associating himself with President Bush and the White House; President Bush is a wanted criminal and the White House along with NATO have been shown to be rogue organizations worldwide, and criminal in nature; to give speeches at the White House for the purpose of obtaining military help; to make a deal with the US that would allow the US to build a military base in Tibet in exchange of military help; to help the US continue destabilizing China;
c) violating the human rights of those workers in Tibet whether they come from another part of China or not;
d) planning to destabilize China and that will have immense destructive and deadly consequences far beyond the area of Tibet and are a serious threat to
* global security as defined by the Global Community,The fact that the Dalai Lama is aware of those consequences makes him even more dangerous.

When we judge others very often we tend to reveal more who we are than the person we eventually judge. From studies I made on the Dalai Lama and his role in the world today, these were the conclusions drawn by many: I HAVE MET DALAI LAMA PERSONALLY MORE THAN ONCE. FIRST READ MY RESPONSE AND YOU WILL KNOW THAT I HAVE NOT PASSED ANY JUDGMENT AGAINST HIM.
1. The Dalai Lama is a deeply spiritual man who is genuinely interested in the universal welfare of all people. Of course, we are all familiar with the saying: Charity begins at home. This explains why the Dalai Lama has expressed great concern about the Tibetan people, language and culture. AGREED.
2. The Dalai Lama is a diplomat and not a politician. If we want to analyze carefully his inner self, let us read some of the numerous books he wrote all dealing virtually with the spirituality of the human being, as an entity that is elevated above the level of animals or beasts. I AM AWARE OF IT.
3. The Dalai Lama was initially not happy with the Chinese invasion of Tibet because he felt that the Tibetan people along with their language and culture may eventually suffer in due time. When he saw the great improvement the Chinese made of Tibet, he made it clear that he accepts Tibet as a part of China but stated emphatically that the designated status as "autonomous region" must be respected. AND MANY OF US HERE IN INDIA HAVE SUPPORTED HIM ON HIS DEMAND FOR AUTONOMOUS REGION EVEN THOUGH CHINA IS AN INVADER OF TIBET IN THE SAME WAY THAT USA HAS INVADED IRAQ AND DESTROYED IT FOR OIL. MY LETTER TO GERMAIN DUFOR ALSO MAKES THAT POINT CLEAR.
4. The Dalai Lama saw that those that were put in charge of the government of Tibet were mostly Chinese from Beijing and not Tibetans. He saw that everything virtually was run by Chinese and not by Tibetans. He also say that in many areas the Tibetan language and culture were being replaced by the Chinese language and culture. HE IS RIGHT AND ALL THE MORE REASON WHY INTERNA- TIONAL COMMUNITY MUST SUPPORT HIM AND HIS BAND OF TIBETANS WANTING TO GO BACK TO TIBET. BUT MOST COUNTRIES TAKE DECISION ON BUSINESS BASIS RATHER THAN TRUTH, JUSTICE OR FAIR PLAY. LIKE FOR EXAMPLE, NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN REMOVING THE MILITARY JUNTA IN MYANMAR AND HELPING AUNG SAN SUU KYI TO TAKE THE REIGNS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IAEWP HAS TAKEN CLEAR STAND ON THIS ISSUE.
5. The Dalai Lama, in view of such fact, became increasingly concerned. If people react and demonstrate, even violently at times, the Dalai Lama has nothing to do with such events. He does not have the power to control the people. He can only bring to their attention the good results acheived by patience, kindness, along with love and respect for others. CAN YOU CHANGE GEORGE BUSH AND HIS CRONIES WITH PATIENCE, KINDNESS, LOVE AND RESPECT?
6. The Dalai Lama, judged by his words and actions, may be put in the same category of Buddha, Lao Tze, Jesus, Mahatma Gandhi, Francis of Assisi, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Oscar Arias, Desmond Tutu and the list goes on and on.
7. The Dalai Lama said over and over again and again that the best way to solve the Tibetan problem is through dialogue with the Chinese authorities in Beijing. To this end he volunteered many times to go to Beijing and speak face to face with Chinese authorities. But, unfortunately, he was to this day constantly ignored. A FACT KNOWN TO ALL. STRATEGICALLY THEREFORE THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO DRAW THE ATTENTION OF THE WORLD. BUT GERMAIN AND OTHERS, INCLUDING RENSE.ORG HAVE RAISED THIS BOGEY THAT HE IS AN AGENT OF USA LIKE M.K. GANDHI, MANY RESEARCHERS AVER, WAS THE AGENT OF BRITISHERS AND THE LEGACY THAT HE LEFT FOR INDIA, LIKE JAWAHARLAL NEHRU AS THE PRIME MINISTER FOR INDIA WAS NOT GOOD FOR INDIA.
In view of all this, let us keep in mind that contra factum non valet argumentum -- it's useless to argue against facts. This way we may enable ourselves to view the Dalai Lama as he is, a deeply spiritual man who is concerned with the universal welfare of all people.... Tibetans and Chinese alike. Dear Dr. Ahmadinejad
I have read that you were a teacher before you were elected as the President of Iran.
I have also seen all those photographs how you eat simple food, say your Namaz, do not reside in a Presidential palace, and prefer to sleep on the floor.
More importantly, I appreciate your courage to stand up to the big bully called the USA when all other world leaders kow-tow to senile Uncle Sam.
These are the qualities of a world statesman.
But perhaps the lamp does not know that there is darkness under it !!!
Inspite of your austere and simple life based on simple humanitarian principles, the stories of oppression and islamic intolerance keep flying in the face. Your own Iranians in exile in India and elsewhere talk against the regime that violates Human rights of its own citizens inspite of signing international protocols.
Take for example
Haleh Rouhi, 29, Raha Sabet 33, and Sasan Taqva 32, were each sentenced to four years in prison and then suddenly taken into custody on 19th November 2007 on a trumped up charge of "propaganda against the regime" for running social service projects to help underprivileged children and youth in Shiraz. The details can be read on pages 8 and 9 of ONE COUNTRY, International Quarterly, which I received today (4 June 2008).
Simply because they are Baha'I, to round them up for their beliefs which are more or less akin to Islam, is NOT proper and and I think you should immediately consider presidential Amnesty to them and censor those who interpret laws in un-islamic manner in an Islamic Democracy, which has stood the American onslaught.
Mr. President, please act on this letter with conscience, immediately, and write to me of the action taken at the earliest.

An International Conference on Global Conflicts and Terrorism was held at the Le Meridien Hotel in the historic city Pune, in India, in which over 400 participants from 60 countries participated. The conference was organised by the World Foundation on Reverence for All Life [WFRAL] and the meet was declared open by Dada JP Vaswani, the Pontiff of World Sindhis, a soft-spoken man who speaks only the language of love, by lighting a traditional lamp to dispel darkness.
The keynote speakers at the inaugural session consisted of: Dr. Leo Rebello, President of World Constitution and Parliament Association; Dr. R.A.Mashelkar, Director General (Retd), Central Institute for Science and Research; Dr. Mohan Dharia, former Commerce Minister and Dy. Chairman, Planning Commission of India; Dr. S.B.Mujumdar, President of Symbiosis International; Lt.Gen (Retd.) D.B.Shekatkar and Dr. John Veltheim of UK.
Mr. B.R.Malhotra, President of WFRAL, chaired the session at which septuagenarian Mohan Janghiani, the look-alike of Mahatma Gandhi was also present.

It was in 1948 that the UN Declaration on Human Rights was adopted in Paris and, ever since, 10th December is being celebrated as Human Rights Day. In all these years, inspite of UN handicap (the biggest criticism of UN is that it has become a doormat of US, and saddled with rampant corruption) some issues have been resolved. The milestones are :-
1) Awareness of the rights and conditions of indigenous and tribal populations.
However, inspite of tremendous technological progress, Indians of North America, Tribals of India, Chakmas of Bangla Desh, the Aborigines of Australia, Maoris of New Zealand, Hilly Tribes and Nomadic Tribes remain where they were. Worst affected are the Nomadic tribes (Gypsies) because they do not feature in the Census, many do not even have an identity and some are even labelled as criminals (like Phase-Pardhis in India). But on a closer look, this Gypsy-spirit has kept the inherent human nature intact. Being close to nature, they live simply, and consequently they are the most evolved people. Nomadic Tribes do not hoard, they do not talk of Lifeboat Ethics (like a selfish American who consumes equivalent of 50 persons from the third world countries), they have no aspirations to colonise the Moon or Mars, and they do not invade any territory -- infact we need to learn from them to prefer Freedom to Death.
2) Torture remains the major issue in normal times, in war-torn areas, in terrorist infested parts of the world.
Inspite of several human rights resolutions, conventions, laws, courts that is the biggest blot on Humanism. It is a shame, that the Police and Army of even the so-called civilised countries do "research and experiments" on how to torture people without leaving tell-tale marks so that the perpetrators like the CIA, KGB, Mosad and their counter parts in other parts of the world can save their skin. Torture in Guantanamo prison has attracted the world attention to the sordid goings-on there. But the mad men care a damn about world opinion.
3) Death Penalty
This grotesque practice has been banned in about 130 countries, but it is still being practiced in some 70 countries. India is one of them. In that decadent country called the USA, electric chair has been replaced by lethal injection. Encounter Deaths is an illegal extention of that same sick psyche. The condition of death row prisoners is another issue. They are dumped in solitary confinement, food is denied to them, they are beaten up, medical aid is rare to come by, family members are not allowed to meet them.
4) Conscientious objection to military service.
Compulsory military service (or conscription) is still being practiced in US, UK, Israel and other so-called democratic countries. The first principle of democracy is informed choice and the Right to Say No. When young people are drafted into a compulsory military service, the entire future generation is programmed into "controlled populace" to legitimise that which is inherantly wrong -- to keep the arms and armies going, which have created more problems.
5) Child Soldiers
If compulsory military service is unnecessary, drafting children and women into killing fields is morally decadent. But religious bigots, the minorities who feel insecure, the terrorists, the secessionists and even some revolutionary armies draft child soldiers "to defend" their "just cause"(read insanity). This is worse than the Child labour, because you are denying the child to grow naturally, play, love, trust, feel secure and safe. The children growing with mistrust will naturally be deviant or criminal, unless they evolve later spiritually.
6) The Right to Housing is as important as the Right to Food, the Right to Clothing, because it is a component of Right to Life.
But when slums are razed by bulldozers without providing alternative accommodation, when basic amenities are not provided to slums, when women have to wait for the darkness of the night to defecate because there are no toilets, when there is no drinking water, and majority of people live in that condition, then what progress or development paradigm are we talking of.
7) The Right to Religion and Belief - is a negative right.
It is a double-edged weapon. Though we must eliminate all forms of intolerance and respect beliefs of others, willy-nilly, we agree to several practices which are not evolutionary. For example, Indian women working in Iran Air office in Bombay, have to wear burqa. In other words, writ of Iran's backward Mullas runs in progressive India, while our secular Govt. and women's organisations look the other way in the name of tolerance. Many religious dogmas and practices enslave people leading to clash of civilisation. Castes, which have now become so rigid, because we have "recognised" them, themselves, become an instrument of tyranny. Practices like menstruating women not allowed to enter temples is unreasonable, that widows cannot marry or they should shave their heads and wear white clothes, or people belonging to scheduled castes should not draw water from community well (decadent Hindu practices), or women should cover themselves from head to toe and she can be discarded by uttering three insane words talaq, talaq, talaq (Muslim practice) are a shame on 21st Century civilisation.
8) The Rights of Women and their condition is a very important right.
Because, women constitute half the population. They nurture the future generation. If the woman is naked, insecure, tormented, hungry, in jail, or has to sell her body to make a living, then it automatically percolates on her progeny.
9) Systematic rape
Systematic rape is rampant in many homes, societies where women are considered as inferior and an object of pleasure and especially in war torn areas where sexually starved soldiers heap untold miseries on the weaker sex. Special Army Acts which give uncanalised powers to the hungry wolves (in protector's attire) make matters worse. Some of these old laws fly in the face of humanity and negate the very resolutions, protocols or international laws that the Govts are signatory to and evolved persons have fought to guarantee equality before law.
10) Human Rights Defenders are always under watch.
They are not wanted by those in power, and have to undergo humiliation, threats, false police cases or outright abuse, assault or elimination. So, whistle blowers protection is another issue that has assumed importance.
Hunger and Right to Food should get priority because more than 2/3 of the world population goes hungry, mainly in Africa and India. But it is largely neglected. 20% of food stocked in Indian grannaries is wasted; another 15% is eaten or destroyed by rodents, while poor people starve. Ration shops that are meant to provide subsidized food and kerosene to cook the food are centres of extortion for politicians. Families in places such as Rajasthan, replete with Palace Hotels, where foreigners come to frolic and have camel and elephant rides, still have to practice rotating hunger and thousands of children every year die or are blinded by xeropthalmia due to insufficient nutrition. It is a shame that inspite of massive 'development' and modernization, we have not been able to eradicate hunger today. As long as 2% insane capitalists control 98% of the world's wealth, through organisations like World Bank (which is a private bank), WTO-GATT regime, and decisions are controlled at the world bodies like UN with veto power in the hands of conniving five, will human rights ever get priority?
Finally, RIGHT TO HEALTH is one issue that has not been answered at all. On the contrary, the UN or UN bodies have become the stooges of mercenary mafias. WHO is now known as "WHOre" since it makes mercury-laced lethal vaccines compulsory on children of the world. That has given rise to Autism (4 million cases in India alone), Cancers, AIDS, Polio deformities due to Oral Polio Vaccines. WHO has made it mandatory that the AIDS affected people should take Anti-Retrovirals (ARVs), which are known carcinogens. Codex, a sub-committee of WHO, consisting of junior persons like pharmacists, dietitians, so-called consumer activists and allopathic doctors, have now influenced several nations to enact back-door laws prohibiting even natural products like Honey, Garlic extract, Vitamin C, which are proposed for inclusion as Drugs. Tomorrow the idiots may legislate, "to eat vegetables and fruits you require Doctor's prescription" and later they may say "even a mother cannot feed her baby her milk till the Doctor certifies that her milk is safe", like they do in that mad country called USA, where if you refuse Chemotherapy or Anti-Retroviral Drugs for Cancers and AIDS, you can be jailed.
In India, the Drug and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) Act, 1954 prohibits even factual advertisements like "Lasona" (for unclogging blocked coronaries), "Diabetea" (for Diabetes), Medicines for Obesity, etc. or promotion of ageold traditional or natural remedies. Indian herbal formulations for AIDS Cure cannot be advertised; whereas, Glaxo, Pfizer, Novartis can freely advertise (even on television), and make it compulsory the consumption of carcinogenic ARVs for AIDS by creating scare. Likewise, by employing entire state machinery right from the President of India to Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, to superstar Amitabh Bachchan and cricketeer Sachin Tendulkar to vouch for Polio Vaccines, of which they know nothing, the pharma mafia has taken control of our lives. We are being assaulted, raped, threatened, fudged, jailed, controlled and destroyed due to wrong laws passed without much thought.
Scientific and technological advances has lead to moral decrepitude. Instead of evolving, Humanity is deteriorating. We may appear civilised outwardly, but inside we are still worse than animals. To evolve spiritually we need to revert to oriental wisdom of Vedas, Yoga, Vegetarianism, Gurukul system of Learning, Simple Living, etc. As Jesus Christ said, "Verily you are the salt of the Earth. If the salt has lost its flavour wherewith shall be salted". Arise, Awake and Act now, for tomorrow the Earth itself may turn into a big graveyard due to the insatiable greed of a few spiritually decadent persons.

1. Change yourself.
'You must be the change you want to see in the world.' If you change yourself you will change your world.
2. You are in control.
'Nobody can hurt me without my permission.' What you feel and how you react to something is always up to you.
3. Forgive and let it go.
'The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.' 'An eye for eye only ends up making the whole world blind.'
4. Without action you aren't going anywhere.
'An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.' Taking action is hard and difficult.You have to take action and translate the knowledge into results and understanding.
5. Take care of this moment.
'I do not want to foresee the future. I am concerned with taking care of the present. God has given me no control over the moment following.' When you are in the present moment you don't worry about the next moment that you can't control anyway.

REVISED OATH FOR DOCTORS
Oath written and administered by Dr. Leo Rebello

This more comprehensive Oath was drawn by Dr. Leo Rebello in 2003, since Hippocrates Oath is now partly outdated being centuries old. This revised Oath has been widely circulated, accepted and appreciated.
1st July is celebrated as Doctors Day all over the world. The day usually passes without a whimper. Many doctors have forgotten their Hippocratic oath or humanism. Therefore, I would like to administer the following oath to the doctors to serve as a reminder as to how important is their profession. Doctors to please repeat after me.
I, -------------, do hereby swear on this solemn day that :-
I shall not prescribe unnecessary medicines and tests to my patients;
I shall not give false counseling;
I shall not overcharge and accept cuts and gifts;
I shall not rape tiny tots with mercury laced innoculations or vaccinations, for they pollute the blood stream of small children leading to serious diseases like AIDS, Cancers, Autism, etc.;
I shall not prescribe lethal drugs, like anti-retrovirals, chemotherapy, or give ECT to my patients;

This more comprehensive Oath was drawn by Dr. Leo Rebello in 2003, since Hippocrates Oath is now partly outdated being centuries old. This revised Oath has been widely circulated, accepted and appreciated.
1st July is celebrated as Doctors Day all over the world. The day usually passes without a whimper. Many doctors have forgotten their Hippocratic oath or humanism. Therefore, I would like to administer the following oath to the doctors to serve as a reminder as to how important is their profession. Doctors to please repeat after me.
I, -------------, do hereby swear on this solemn day that :-
I shall not prescribe unnecessary medicines and tests to my patients;
I shall not give false counseling;
I shall not overcharge and accept cuts and gifts;
I shall not rape tiny tots with mercury laced innoculations or vaccinations, for they pollute the blood stream of small children leading to serious diseases like AIDS, Cancers, Autism, etc.;
I shall not prescribe lethal drugs, like anti-retrovirals, chemotherapy, or give ECT to my patients;

Common Values in Different Religions

[Text of the speech delivered by Dr. Leo Rebello, World Peace Envoy, at the Salokha meet at the Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai, on 23rd March 2004 cover the values and teachings of 9 different religions of the world. They show the essential unity of human beings. This article can be used by teachers to enlighten the students, that all religions talk of the same thing and therefore we should not distinguish, disrespect or destroy people in the name of religion.]
In 1950, the Baha'I, proposed that 20th January be celebrated as the World Religion Day, promoting understanding and harmony between all religions. On this day, the world citizens believe that unity and equality cannot be established if we go on harping on the past hurts, but by concentrating on the future goals. World Religion Day emphasises common values in major religions, world as a single country, humanity as the citizenry and love as a common language.
While in school we learnt an experiment. All colours were painted on one side of the round disk. When the disk was rotated at high speed the colours merged into one – VIBGYOR turned into White. Today, while discussing the principles, practices and common values of different religions of India, let us not try to prove how our own religion is superior, like my son Robin did when he was small. He said our God must be superior, because he speaks English! That is communalism for you. But Robin’s communalism was innocent. When I explained to him that God speaks all languages and he is everywhere he did not ask another question till today. That is Humanism.
The Eternal values common to all religions are: Truth is one. God is one. Love is ultimate. Universe is one. There is plenty in this universe for everyone’s need, but not for everyone’s greed. Our blood is one (Muslim blood is not green and Hindu blood is not saffron, African blood is not black and European blood is not white). Our hopes, fears, aspirations, longings are one. And the ultimate truth is that Religion divides people instead of uniting and uplifting. Too much time has been wasted and too many lives have been lost in fighting over religion. The most important need of our generation is to rise above our respective religions and extend the arm of friendship and unity for all the people. That is what Salokha (amity) is all about. Let us build on this further in these two days so that more precious lives are not lost in communal carnage.
Through endless churning of the ocean came the nectar of the true, the good and the beautiful to make human life sublime. Through discussion comes undertaking, unity and peace.
Hinduism: Hindu Dharma called Vaidika Dharma (Vedantic origin) or Sanatana Dharma (that which is eternal). It is a way of life. By far the oldest religion, about 5000 years old. 860 million followers in India. Lays emphasis on: Truth, Godliness, Respect for Parents, Teachers and Guests, Kindness, Charity, Mercy, Abstinence from Evil Doing. Pinde Pinde Brahmande (in every atom there is universe), Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam (world is a family) are the cardinal teachings, which have stood the test of time.
Judaism: Concept of sin was given by Judaism. Sin means straying from the path of God. The famous 10 Commandments were propounded by Judaism. One God, Honour of parents and brethren. No killing, no stealing, no adultery, no false witnesses, no fighting with neighbours, etc
Islam: Submission, Surrender and Commitment. Lays emphasis on Prayer, Charity, Fasting during the Ramzan month. Christians fast during Lent. Belief in one God, Allah. Belief in one Message. Belief in a judgement day. Belief in God’s omniscience. Founder Muhammad and Qu’ran gives the code of conduct. Baha'u'llah, one of the prophets, goes beyond this by saying "The earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens".
Taoism: Lao Tze the founder [604 BC, Chinese], which means old master. Talks of Life, Love, Light and Will. Produce, but do not possess. Act, do not expect. Enlarge, but do not control. Vital energy (teh) runs trough human body and it manifests in human consciousness through love and reciprocity.
Zoroastrianism: Ten centuries before Christ, Zoroaster (whose mother too was virgin) taught: Good thoughts. Good words. Good deeds. About 60,000 Parsis in India.
Christianity: Christ spoke of God’s love, mercy and man’s brotherhood. Christ condemned the rich and the greedy. He gave hope to poor and the meek. Ten Commandments from the Old Testament are adopted. Love my neighbour, love thy enemy, give another cheek are original teachings of Jesus Christ for an ideal world. About 30 million Christians live in India.
Sikhism: Founder Guru Nanak wished to combine the best in Hinduism and Islam. One God – Sat Nam. Righteousness. No idol worship or caste. Guru is needed to reach the God. Love, Goodwill and Understanding. Share what you earn with the less fortunate.
Jainism: Right belief. Right knowledge. Right conduct. Ahimsa (non violence). Non injury by thought, word or deed. Respect of Life.
Buddhism: Monastic religion. Founder Gautama Buddha. Eight fold path leads a person to Nirvana. Right View, Right Resolve, Right Speech, Right Conduct, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Recollection and Right Meditation. Eight million Buddhists in India.
Humanism: Humanism believes that orthodox religions are cancer of the human spirit, which is boundless. Humanism is the ultimate goal of an evolved civilization. Human being is central. No distinction or discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, gender, status, language, etc. One Human Race, Earth is One and everything therein is meant for Sharing… Goal: World Parliament, sans dividing walls and dogmas.
Ekam Sat, viprah bahuda vadanti – truth is one, spoken differently. To emphasise this further, let me recite to you my poem on Unity.
Like vipassana teacher, S.N. Goenka says, “I do not wish to convert people from one organized religion to another. I have no interest in any of these organized religions. My interest is in Dhamma – the truth, the teachings of all enlightened ones. If at all there is any conversion, it should be from misery to happiness, from defilement to purity, from bondage to liberation, from ignorance to enlightenment”.

of terrorism, we became one human race!
When the planes hit and the imposing buildings
fell, we ran in one direction – towards safety!
When we prayed together and lit candles
we longed for hope and became one faith!

all religions mingled in our arteries and veins!

[Text of Paper presented at the International Conference on Ecology and Environment, on 26th November 2007 in New Delhi].
In this world everything is in pairs : male-female, day-night, sun-moon, sweet-bitter, good-evil. Likewise, the inner environment and external environment are related.
In natural medicine, we talk of five elements, namely, Earth, Water, Air, Light and Ether (Ozone), of which our bodies as also the whole universe is made of. There is approximately 70% water in our bodies, Green planet Earth too has 70% water - what we call seas, oceans, rivers, lakes, ponds, ground water, etc.
When the earth is plundered and destroyed by over use of fertilisers, food chain is contaminated and since we take such contaminated food, drink unclean water and top that with soft and hard drinks and drugs, prescription and non-prescription, we have what is known as polluted inner environment. Diseases can be classified into two : psychosomatic and somatopsychic. When we become non compos mentis (unsound mind) due to wrong intake, our solutions too are wonky; and if they be designed with only business and profits in mind, the end-result is bound to be disastrous as we see today in this WTO-GATT regime, where a private bank called World Bank rules from behind and Monsanto takes even our Supreme Court to ride.
In natural medicine we also talk of four principles :
Hence, we treat/cure a patient in Holistic manner, that is, his/her body, mind and spirit. We are NOT like modern medicine experts, “who know more and more of less and less”. I call those MDs, “one-organ, one-disease” experts.
All of us who have gathered here are concerned about External Pollution like water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution, deadly industrial effluents, fertilisers which make our earth fallow, mounting garbage and noxious gases emanating therefrom, the plastic menace, the deadly fire crackers and colossal waste of crores during Diwali, the choked drainage, weapons of mass destruction, et al. We need to be concerned about Inner Pollution, too, because both are inter-related.
Let me list some of the deadly things that we ingest and destroy our health by conspicuous consumption and how it affects us all willy-nilly.
Discussing the UP bomb attacks, the newspapers on 24 Nov 07 said, “sugar, coffee, aluminium, potassium permanganate, and boiled cow urine – these are some of the things you can make bombs with”. If you can make “cottage bombs” with these readily available items, you can well be sure what adverse effect your food and thoughts can have on you and consequently on the society and the world.
Let us now look at how our thoughts, the images that we see, the gory films and the mind-bending messages that we get on the boob tube, pornography and decadent religions pollute our minds. Anger, frustration, jealousies, insecurities, incompe-tence, stress, paedophilia, unnatural sex, violence and one mentally retarded leader can well press the nuclear button destroying our mother earth. Because, according to GIGO principle, garbage that goes in is the garbage that comes out. This cumulative inner garbage is the danger that is going to swallow us all and destroy our Green Planet Earth.
What is the solution you may ask. And I will not be a good Holistic Healer if I do not show you the way out.
So, absolutely NO-NO to the Aspartame, Vaccinations, Antibiotics, ARVs, Carcinogens, narcotic and psychotropic substances, viagra type of stimulants.
Reduce junk food, consumption of meat and five white products: milk, sugar, salt, maida and white rice. Instead of white rice you can have parboiled rice, instead of sugar you can have brown sugar, jaggery, honey. Instead of milk of other animals (in God’s realm human being is the only animal that drinks milk even when he has grown up and that too of other species) you may have lassi, coconut water, rice milk, or soya milk.
Like Moses gave Ten Commandments to the World (and they are more or less the same in all religions), I give the activists and other well-motivated persons gathered here, ten commandments of health, following which you can live to be healthy hundred without ills, pills and doctor’s bills.

AIDS and Alternative Medicine

AIDS is the greatest myth of our times1. In spite of voluminous evidence which shows that HIV is not AIDS2, the myth is kept deliberately going so that many multi-trillion dollar industries keep prospering:
(a) Latex industry: Condoms in simple word, now even the children know their use. Boys and girls as young as 15, who were earlier afraid of having sex, are now experimenting with condoms. The premature availability of 'safe sex' are giving rise to condom protection, condom ethics, condom culture, condom civilization - all of which is as fragile as the condom itself.
(b) Even though HIV testing is unreliable, non-standardized and dangerous, this is a big business. HIV tests cross-react with over 60 known medical conditions and illnesses.3 That means they are positively programmed to create scare!
(c) Then there are microbicides, ostensibly to protect the women. These may be in the form of oils, creams, lotions, gels, pessaries etc. There is a war going on between chemical microbicides and herbal microbicides for market share. The consumer, as usual, is at the receiving end.
(d) But by far the most lucrative is the chemical medicines business as usual - anti-retrovirals, protease inhibitors, cocktails, HAART/multi-drug regimen, vitamin supplements. Trillions of dollars in business!
(e) Some one has 'invented' AIDS Counseling which includes telling an HIV positive patient to 'live with it'. Further telling him/her that there is no known cure. 'Scientists are working on Vaccines'. 'Anti-retrovirals are life-saving'. 'They are costly, but if you do not take them you will die and then what will happen to your family?' If a patient were to ask about Alternative Medicine, improved nutrition, change in life style, prompt comes the reply 'we know nothing about it'.
(f) Then there are 'AIDS Advocates' (usually Americans but working in sub-Saharan Africa) promoting the use of lethal chemical drugs and fighting for and on behalf of the poor patients to reduce their price, influencing health ministries to underwrite the costs of 'life-saving drugs' and promoting free or subsidized distribution of AIDS drugs, including to pregnant mothers - ostensibly to save the unborn. If there is no food to eat, water to drink, clothes to wear, no problem. But you must have medicines, the more the better.
(g) How can we forget the AIDS Conferences and AIDS journalists: local, regional, national and international? Again a big business. The same people, sponsored by the pharma cartels, parroting the same thing without application of mind, running down those who question them, throwing to the wind ethics, morals, professionalism, not considering alternative medicine, ideas, experiments, vision or approaches.

Those who gave you the idea that people have to live with AIDS, also tell you that you have to live with diabetes, with asthma, with epilepsy, with cancers, with muscular dystrophy, with stress and allergies! But the fact is that if you can give up your old habits, you can also be cured of any malady - physical, mental, emotional or spiritual: druglessly.4
Anti-retroviral drugs (ARV's) offer no cure for AIDS. The toxic effects of ARV's include nerve damage, weakened bones, unusual accumulation of fat in the neck and abdomen and drug-induced diabetes. Many people have developed dangerously high levels of cholesterol and other lipids in the blood, raising concern that HIV positive persons might face another epidemic of heart disease.
Indiscriminate use of ARV's to pregnant mothers is fraught with danger. If a cigarette smoking mother can deliver a 'blue baby', if an alcoholic mother can deliver a 'drunk child', if thalidomide can produce 'monster babies', you are unwittingly playing with the future generation, by demanding that the HIV positive mother be given ARV's compulsorily.5
AIDS is the consequence of a suppressed immune system, which has been subjected to repeated onslaughts by four factors that build up toxins and deficiencies in the body. These are: antibiotic abuse, recreational drug abuse, anal sex (which causes toxic shock to the receiving partner) and nutritional stress.6
Over the years, it has also become obvious that only the gay community and those indulging in substance abuse progressed towards full-blown AIDS. In other words, what I have been saying is now being accepted; that the repeated assaults on the body's immune system by the build-up of toxins, nutritional deficiencies, coupled with unnatural living, lead to AIDS. With that the wisdom is dawning that the damage could be reversed without drugs. This new dimension puts to doubt the accepted belief that a virus, HIV, is responsible for causing AIDS. This implies that the poor 'AIDS Victims' of the world, as a whole, need more than condoms, sex education and a cocktail therapy of questionable value and we need to look at our age-old Holistic Healing modalities, which are safer, cheaper, faster and more reliable than the lethal cocktails.7
In 1976, the World Health Assembly acknowledged the potential value of traditional medicine in expanding health services by calling attention to the manpower reserve constituted by traditional health practitioners (resolution WHA29.72). In the following year, another resolution (WHA30.49) urged countries to utilize their traditional systems of medicine. Yet another resolution was passed in 1978, in which WHO was called upon to develop a comprehensive approach to the subject of medicinal plants (WHA31.33). In 1987, the 40th World Health Assembly reaffirmed the main points of the earlier resolutions, as well as the related recommendations made at the International Conference on Primary Health Care, held in Alma-Ata in 1978 (WHA40.33). In 1989, a resolution was passed (WHA42.43) that recalled earlier resolutions on traditional medicine, traditional health practitioners, and traditional remedies and affirmed that together they constitute a comprehensive approach to the utilization of medicinal plants in the health services. The moot point is, in spite of several resolutions of the World Health Assembly, why is the WHO according step-motherly treatment to Alternative Medicine? Is it ignorance, corruption or big business that decides? Is WHO a health organization or has become a WHOre of pharma mafia?8
AIDS is a false alarm. Let us not panic. It is not a dreaded disease as is made out. Drugs do not heal; they kill. The only known cause of HIV/AIDS is lethal drugs!9
Every disease under the sun can be treated by Holistic Healing modalities. The principles of healing are very simple: (a) the body heals itself (b) there is an inner environment (c) treatment should not be worse than the disease.10

I prepared the following brief note in 2003 from a longish email received by me. It is now 5 years and yet Nesara is nowhere in sight.
Now WHO of intelligence could disagree with these ideals? Of course, the TRUE NESARA law has MANY more benefits than these, such as debt forgiveness, gold-backed currency, massive prosperity for all, open public communications with extraterrestrials and physical interaction with them, the release of vastly superior healing and free energy technologies for the upliftment of mankind, etc. etc. But the above five are the basics, and they're enough to win the heart of anyone who has a healthy spirit, a clear mind, and a pure heart.
Most importantly, it will elevate the enlightened people of the world, those who truly have the best intentions at heart for the happiness of mankind, as well as the spiritual consciousness, the genius, and the personal power to bring it about - - it will elevate them to powerful public positions so that for the first time in history, the halls of government, education, media, finance, and all kinds of power will have the Givers of Life in them instead of the killers, liars, thieves, and criminals. These compassionate Masters can remove the Illuminati from power as easily as brushing a dust particle off their coats. Enlightened and Ascended Masters are physically here today among us, on all continents, in all walks of life. They live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a perpetual state of superconsciousness. They have what ordinary people would call "supernormal powers".
Their having not used these powers already to remove the Illuminati is not due to any inability, but rather to the necessity of Divine Sequence. This means evolving mankind must progress through its elementary school of action-reaction, cause and effect, and reaping what it sows. Humanity must be given as much free will as possible and as much time as possible to experiment with the laws of the universe - - suffering consequences when it violates them, and enjoying happiness when it harmonizes with them. If the Masters were to simply remove the "bad guys" prematurely, wave their hands, and bring Heaven on Earth overnight, then how would mankind learn its lessons? How would those of lesser development complete their training?
At a certain point, when a sufficient critical mass of humanity has risen to the necessary level, then the Masters will remove the Illuminati, NESARA will be ushered in, and a whole new phase of cosmic education will begin. It will be like returning from a survival camp in the wilderness where we had to deal with wild deadly beasts, to a much more comfortable university campus where our education can continue on much higher and more pleasant levels.
Those who are intuitive know that NESARA HAS been drafted, approved, and passed, and it IS being advanced towards national and worldwide implementation. It WILL win a decisive victory over everyone who has been trying to monopolize, enslave, and dominate. But that is not the most important point of focus. What is important is, are its ideals basically good? Are its ideals in tune with universal law? Are its ideals in the best interests of the evolution and enlightenment of the entire human race?
NESARA is an absolute fact, and that it WILL be announced publicly and implemented. The only catch is, nobody knows exactly when; or if anyone does, they're not telling.

NELSON MANDELA RIP by Dr. Leo Rebello
Madiba Nelson Mandela, Africa's tallest 'black man' with pure 'white heart' passed away this morning in Johannesburg.
I first met Mandela in 2000 during the International AIDS Conference in Durban. Later I met him in Barcelona in 2002. Because, of his weak eye sight, I could not use my flash camera to take photos with him presenting him my AIDS & NATURAL MEDICINE book. He had complimented me for my book and my sentence "FROM AID$ $CARE TO AIDS CARE" saying this is what is required. Several world media men had clicked my photograph with him. I hope someone sends a copy to me for my record.
In 2000, after the Durban AIDS conference, I had traveled through South Africa extensively, right upto Robben Island. One has to take an hour long Ferry from Cape Town to reach this tranquil island which is known as seal paradise. From the 17th to 20th Century this serene island served as a place of banishment, isolation and imprisonment. The same maniacal White Race which had unleashed gruesome tortures in Cellular Jails in Andamans on Indian freedom fighters, also unleashed untold hardships in Robben Island on Nelson Mandela for 27 years. And yet he forgave them. Forgiveness is the quality of saints.
Robben Island is now a World Heritage site. My suggestion is that an International monument, with Nelson Mandela World University, International AIDS Hospital promoting Traditional and Natural Medicine be built based on my book to bring Africa out of Medical Hegemony or Medical Apartheid.

One has to take an hour long Ferry from Cape Town to reach this tranquil island which is known as seal paradise. From the 17th to 20th Century this serene island served as a place of banishment, isolation and imprisonment. The same maniacal White Race which had unleashed gruesome tortures in Cellular Jails in Andamans on Indian freedom fighters, also unleashed untold hardships in Robben Island on Nelson Mandela for 27 years. And yet he forgave them. Forgiveness is the quality of saints.
Robben Island is now a World Heritage site. My suggestion is that an International monument, with Nelson Mandela World University, International AIDS Hospital promoting Traditional and Natural Medicine be built based on my book to bring Africa out of Medical Hegemony or Medical Apartheid.
