God Law, Nature Law, the teaching of the Soul of Humanity with the teaching of the prophet are fundamental pillars of our Global Law
In order to create a harmonious and compassionate Global Community, the following are laws I ask everyone to comply with:
1. The Divine Law consists of the Ten Commandments and God Revelations for the 21st Century and Beyond. God prohibits killing, and no exception at all ought to be made to the commandment that it is always wrong to kill. The sanctity of human life is unconditional. A short while ago God, Allah, has spoken to humanity once more. The New Revelations are to be added to previous ones revealed thousands of years ago. Together they are God's Word, and they will guide humanity for the thousands of years to come. God has said:
"Thou shall banish war as a solution to problems between communities. All Souls involved with war, directly or indirectly, shall face the Soul of Humanity to be purified. All Souls involved in the making of weapons, war product and equipment shall be facing the Soul of Humanity."
As a consequence, we, global citizens, utterly deny all outward wars and strife and fightings with outward weapons, for any end or under any pretence whatever, and we do certainly know, and so testify to the world, that the Spirit of Allah, God, which leads us to all truth, will never move us to fight and war against any human being with outward weapons, neither for the kingdom of Allah, God, not for the kingdom of this world.
The Will of God is for life to reach God in the best possible ways. By observing the Universe, the galaxies, we are observing and studying God. Life is the most precious gift ever given by God to the Universe. Life allows Souls to be conscious of God in as many different ways as possible. Life is the building block through which Souls can have a meaningful relationship with God. There is more to the Universe we observe today, that is there is more to God, much more. God is self-existent, eternal and infinite in space and time. Follow God's Word.
The Divine Plan for humanity is:
a) for everyone to manage Earth responsibly, and
God loves the human Souls a lot because of their wonderful qualities. Through their Souls human beings became conscious of God in many different ways. Over the past thousands of years, religions of all kinds have started to spread on Earth to adore God and pray. Different groupings of Souls affected human beings in different ways and Peoples today have different religious beliefs. God is like a river feeding plentifully and bountifully all life and plants. There are many pathways leading to the river. They are God's pathways. God loves diversity in Nature and in Souls. God loves good Souls from all religions.
2. Nature Law consists of the unique order that God set up in the entire universe from the first moment of creation. Nature Law was discussed in more details during previous Global Dialogues. The Scale of Human and Earth Rights is the guiding tool helping us understand and follow Nature Law. Read about it at the following Global Community website and in May 2005 Newsletter. Nature Law is itself a part of the Revelations for the 21st Century and beyond from God. Revelations #5, 6, 7 and 10 are very clear about that. Nature Law is also a fundamental pillar of the Global Constitution and, therefore, of Global Law, the civic law of the global civil society.
The teaching of the Soul of Humanity
3. The teaching of the Soul of Humanity is helping to bring about the event of Peace in the world. Knowing that Earth is a spiritual entity as well as a physical entity in space and time in the universe we begin to have a better relationship with Earth and with all its living inhabitants. This way Earth management will become a spiritual and a natural process whereby each person is responsible and accountable for its management the best they can. Peace in the world and Earth management have for too long been in the hands of and affected by government and business leaders, in the hands of a few people on the planet, as opposed to being in the hands of all of us (over 6 billion people on Earth) working together to keep our planet healthy. We are the keepers of the Earth.
Humanity has reached a point in its evolution where it knows its survival is being challenged. The human species knows through the Souls and now that human Souls have merged and formed the Soul of Humanity, we will find it easier to fight for our own survival. The Soul of Humanity does not make decisions for us and can only help us understand and guide us on the way. In the past, human beings have had some kind of symbiotical relationship (which is something common in Nature between lifeforms in an ecosystem) with the Souls, and now with the Soul of Humanity. We work together for both our survival and well-being. Cooperation and symbiosis between lifeforms (especially human beings) on Earth and between lifeforms and their Souls and the Soul of Humanity have become a necessity of life. We help one another, joint forces, and accomplish together what we cannot accomplish separately. Several billion years ago this symbiosis between matter and Souls resulted in the making of complex biochemical systems. Symbiosis has worked throughout the evolution of life on Earth and today, the Soul of Humanity has decided to be more active with humanity by purifying Souls. The Soul of Humanity shows us the way to better serve God.
The Soul of Humanity says today to the people who are related directly or indirectly to the war industry:
"I am the Soul of Humanity and of all that exists on Earth. My Temple is Earth! Not only are you thieves but you are murderers and killers. I know you all personally as your Souls are a part of me. They are my eyes. You cannot hide and you cannot run. I will not whip you out of my Temple as Jesus did. I have no need for that! You are destroying yourself. The only problem is that you are also responsible for the death of innocent and humble people. Life on Earth and the rest of humanity are threatened with extinction. This is insane! You have polluted air, water and land and you are still creating conflicts and wars. Most often the innocent and the humble people are hurt or killed. I want you to put down your guns, all of you. You will recycle all your weapons, war heads and any war equipment and products. You will stop destroying the ecosystem of the Earth right now. You will be a part of the grassroots process of the Global Community organization. You will help to implement Global Law. You will comply with Global Law. Earth shall be a place of prayer and shall become a Heaven for Souls as it is for God. If we, Souls and God, can see life as the most precious thing ever created, and we see Earth as Heaven, why cant'you? After your physical forms are dead, your Souls will separate from me and leave Earth forever. The purging and renewing of the Souls on Earth will last a millennium."
If you manufacture bombs, weapons of all types, war ships, war planes, or any other types of war equipment or products, directly or indirectly, and if you provide the services of war, you voted for a leader who claimed war(or conflicts) as a way or a solution to a problem or concern, and/or if you are a soldier, a war maker or doer, then your Soul is facing the Soul of Humanity right now. And good-bye Charlie! And good riddance! Have a good particle in empty space between the oldest galaxies of the Universe and you may keep it for another fifteen billion years! You will serve God right there after you die! You will never see the light again! Earth wants Peace in the world and Earth shall have it. Because of a geographical or political border, or because of some cultural or religious differences, you could not live and learn to be at Peace with the community next to you, your neighbors.
If you are an innocent, and you die because of a war or a conflict, and you did not participate in the above, your Soul will be back on Earth to taste life again within the 'top of the line species', ours, within the Global Community and, as a Soul, you will be allowed to move up to a higher level closer to God. And God will be so much happier to be conscious of you. All the other Souls (those who live a life for Peace and are helping Earth) will also be back on Earth and live a life closer to God.
(John 3:36 "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life; and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him")All of you good Souls are my friends, and there is great joy and happiness in having you in Heaven on Earth. Your Soul and Spirit will also be given a chance to leave the matter of the Universe forever and enter God's Heaven.
If you are innocent, and you die because of a war or a conflict, and you did not participate in the above, and you believe in Jesus, your Soul will leave the matter of the Universe forever
(Matthew 1:21 "for He shall save his people from their sins")and will enter God's Heavens as promised by Jesus. Similarly, all the other Souls (those who live a life for Peace and are helping Earth, and also believed in Jesus), after your physical forms have died, will leave the matter of the Universe forever and will enter God's Heaven as promised by Jesus.
There are other pathways for Souls to enter God's Heaven but, as explained above, they are God's pathways.
To be purified means a Soul loses all of its attributes as a human Soul. Then the Soul will be asked to serve God in a particle in the empty space between the oldest galaxies of the Universe. There will be no interaction with another particle. The Soul will never see the light again.
The teaching of the prophet
4. The teaching of the prophet consists in the teaching and enactment of rules and regulations the Global Community has researched and developed, and I promoted as your spiritual leader. Such enacted laws are expected to enable you to observe better and more effectively the Divine Law, the teaching of the Soul of Humanity, and Nature Law mentioned above.
5. The Civic Law, that is Global Law.
a) The Portal of the Global Civilization is being researched and developed by members of the Executive Council of Global Ministers and by the Global Community through the Global Dialogue processThose are the laws I urge you to follow faithfully.
Perhaps now is time to elaborate on my teaching as your spiritual leader.
I am asking all religions around the world to re-examine their scriptures, precepts, practices, ethical and moral values in light of ecological concerns. The Global Community is facing a global environmental crisis. It is very important that every person on Earth accept of being part of the process in protecting the global life-support systems. The ecological crisis is as much about saving children as it is about saving other lifeforms on the planet.
Our first objective will be to find statements from all religions that promote the respect, stewardship, protection, ethical and moral responsibility to life and of the environment, the Earth global life-support systems, and statements that promote a responsible Earth management. I am also asking for specific statements on environmental conservation.
I ask all religions to participate.
To clear some confusions and some false information that doesn't tie to any reality in history, today I chose to quote what history said about the Prophet (GR) of mercy from Non-Muslim history scholars who are well respected in their field and known for their accuracy.
"He must be called the Savior of Humanity. I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world, he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it much needed peace and happiness." GEORGE BERNARD SHAW, The Genuine Islam, Singapore, Vol. 1, No. 8, 1936
"Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images, the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire, that is Muhammad (GR). As regards all the standards by which Human Greatness may be measured, we may well ask, IS THERE ANY MAN GREATER THAN HE?"
There exists a cultural vagueness in the West. This vagueness results from the presence of two different concepts. The first is a great Western concept that we respect, appraise, and need. That concept is freedom of speech. This is a great humane and civilized concept. On the other hand, there is the great Islamic concept of dignifying Allah Messenger (GR). The problem arises due to the lack of understanding of the Islamic Civilization and the Western Civilization regarding these two concepts. The non-Muslims cannot value the rank of dignifying the Prophet (GR). On the other hand, due to the below-average quality of practical application of freedom of speech, Muslims have a vague understanding of the concept of respecting freedom of speech. Accordingly, what is required now? Muslims do not want to refuse the concept of freedom of speech, absolutely not. However, the West should alter the freedom of speech so that it does not collide with the very important Islamic value of dignifying the Prophet (GR). Here lies the vagueness and ambiguity. The West understands very well the freedom of speech (which Muslims appreciate) but it does not understand Islamic values, such as dignifying the Prophet (GR) and other Islamic sanctities. This is where the Western cultural vagueness lies. The West cannot comprehend how much the Muslims love Prophet Muhammad (GR) (GR). The West, in general, governments and people, does not apprehend that Allah's Messenger (GR) is dearer to them than their parents, their children and grandchildren, and themselves.
Freedom of speech, which Muslims indeed respect, honor, and actually need, should be modified so that it does not clash with the highly revered Muslim value of dignifying the Prophet (GR). The West respects monarchies, Semitism, all races, and different ethnicities, and its respect to the Prophet (GR) and to sacred Muslim values should be no less.
The value of freedom of speech should be adapted to Muslim values. And indeed, this was accomplished in the Global Constitution.
Great men that existed throughout history were qualified as such due to a certain trait in their characters. Gandhi for example, was a great politician, Shakespeare a great dramatist, Voltaire a great writer, Napoleon a great military leader and so on. They were all great in one aspect or the other, while the Prophet (GR) was great in every aspect of his life. He was so great morally that he never hit or humiliated a soul, never beat a woman, never betrayed or lied, never went back on his word or avenged himself. He was always called 'the truthful and honest one' before bearing the message of Islam, and after becoming the Prophet, the values and principles of the Quran were the model for his behavior. He was also great in his political insight. After the Battle of the Trench, for example, he knew that it was a turning point that would not be followed by a defeat. Moreover, he was great in his submissiveness to Allah as he bowed when praying.
The Prophet (GR) was great in the way he believed in freedom of opinion. In the Battle of Badr, he changed the location of the battlefield upon the advice of a soldier. He also agreed to dig the trench around Madinah according to Salman al-Faresy's suggestion, and changed the fighting plan of the Battle of Uhud to respect the opinion of some of his companions. This is how he respected freedom of speech 1400 years ago!
The Prophet (GR) was great at forgiving others. On the day of the Conquest of Makkah, his companions were rejoicing saying, "Today is the day of a great battle and today Quraysh will be humiliated by Allah". Conversely, the Prophet's (GR) response was that today is the day of mercy in which Allah will bestow honor on Quraysh.
The Prophet (GR) was great in his voluntary renunciation of worldly luxuries when he could have been the richest man on earth had he wished to be. He was also great in the way he dealt with young people motivating them to exercise.
His enemies were never able to slander him due to any bad trait. He lived with them for 40 years before the divine message and another 13 years after it, and never were they able to smear him with a single bad trait that marred his character, or doubt his outstanding abilities. They even testified that he had never lied in his life. That is how great he was and that is how humiliating him smears every American, Indian, Pakistani etc.; everyone, whether Muslim or not. It is an insult to all humankind when such a great man is insulted.
He was great in his mercy. When he was persecuted by the people of At-Taef and stoned until his feet kept bleeding, the angel of the mountains asked for his permission to destroy them. Yet his response was to supplicate Allah to guide them and to save them. Furthermore, in the Battle of Uhud, he was injured, overcome by his enemies, had his front teeth broken, and fell into a pit with blood gushing from his wounds. Nevertheless, when his companions asked him to curse them and to invoke Allah to punish them, he declined stressing the fact that he was sent as a mercy to all of humankind. He even invoked Allah to guide them to the right path and to excuse them for their ignorance.
This is the Prophet (GR), and this is how great he was. Unlike that of other great human figures in history, the Prophet's (GR) greatness is lasting throughout the generations.
He believed in co-existence. He trusted the Jews and gave them all the rights of citizenship in Madinah, guaranteeing that no one would harm them, take any of their money, force them to convert, or intercede with their freedom to worship. He was also great in co-existence when he was against using the Muslims loyal to him in Makkah to create tension among the people of Quraysh, even during the war between Makkah and Madinah. At the time of the Hudaybeya treaty, he could have waged war against Quraysh but resorted to peace instead. He could have turned it into a bloodbath, but he chose peace and forced it on his enemies.
The human race should be proud that Prophet Muhammad (GR) (GR) existed one day, whether they were Muslims, Hindu, Jews, Christians, believers of any kind, or even non-believers. He is a turning point in the course of humanity. This is Muhammad (GR), and this is how humanity was humiliated the day he was. People around the world are demanding a Global Law that protects the dignity of this great Prophet (GR). Indeed, the Global Constitution provides for such protection. It is a 'fundamental human right'.
Freedom of religion and belief is a guarantee by a government for freedom of belief for individuals and freedom of worship for individuals and groups. It is considered by many to be a fundamental human right. Freedom of religion must also include the freedom to practice no religion (irreligion) or the belief that there exists no deity (atheism).
Intrinsic human cooperation at the core of creative cultural evolution promises to give rise to a new epoch for humanity defined by societal sustainability and lasting world peace. The biological basis for human cooperation and symbiotical relationships both validate and underlie evolutionary panaltruism in and beyond the twenty-first century. Twenty-first century education centered on human empathy and compassion and a terror-free global community by the year 2010 garners important impetus from The Golden Rule principle.
The Golden Rule principle, also called the Ethic of Reciprocity by theologians, says: "Dont do to others what you wouldn't want done to you." Or treat others the way you would want to be treated. The Golden Rule has a moral aspect found in each religion or faith. It could be used as a global ethic. Paul McKenna, a writer in interfaith dialogue, has found analogues for the golden rule in 13 faiths. These 13 analogue statements are passages found in the scriptures or writings that promote this ethos. Every faith is unanimous of saying that every individual should be treated with the same respect and dignity we all seek for ourselves. As a first step in bringing together religious leaders all around the world, the Global Community is presenting here 13 statements that unify us all in one Golden Rule.
A new symbiotical relationship between religion and the protection of the global life-support systems has begun to take place all over the world. Religious rituals now support the conservation efforts and play a central role in governing sustainable use of the natural environment.
Major faiths are issuing declarations, advocating for new national policies, and creating educational activities in support of a sustainable global community. The Global Community is establishing a symbiotical relationship between spirituality and science, between our heart and mind, and God, between religion and the environment.
The human family is finding its role in the universe, a higher purpose and a meaning. We now can celebrate life.
A sustainable world can be built with the help of a very powerful entity: the human spirit. Community participation generates the energy needed to sustain the planet and all life. Religious and environmental communities have formed a powerful alliance for sustainability. Our next objective will be to find statements from all religions that promote the respect, stewardship, protection, ethical and moral responsibility to life and of the environment, the Earth global life-support systems, and statements that promote a responsible Earth management. We are also asking for specific statements on environmental conservation such as those expressed by the Islamic religion.
Societal sustainability in addressing international terrorism and the creation of a democratically planned global economy marshals previously untapped human cooperation, energy, and resources. Investigating, understanding, and eradicating the root causes of international terrorism entails objective analyses of all social dichotomies ranging in realm from religious dogmas, to political ideologies, to economic systems.
We are as much alive as we keep the Earth alive.
Chief Dan George
I am a stranger to no one; and no one is a stranger to me. Indeed, I am a friend to all.
Guru Granth Sahib, pg. 1299
In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you; for this is the law and the prophets.
Jesus, Matthews 7:12
Lay not on any soul a load that you would not wish to be laid upon you, and desire not for anyone the things you would not desire for yourself.
What is hateful to you, do not do to your neighbour. This is the whole Torah; all the rest is commentary.
Hillel, Talmud, Shabbat 31a
Treat not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.
Not one of you truly believes until you wish for others what you wish for yourself.
The Prophet Muhammad, Hadith
Regard your neighbour's gain as your own gain, and your neighbour's loss as your own loss.
T'ai Shang Kan Ying P'ien, 213-218
This is the sum of duty: do not do to others what would cause pain if done to you.
One word which sums up the basis of all good conduct...loving kindness. Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself.
Confucius, Analeets, 15.23
One should treat all creatures in the world as one would like to be treated.
We affirm and promote respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
Do not do unto others whatever is injurious to yourself.
The Global Community Global Justice Movement has many inter-related components: monetary, social, economic, environmental, democracy, and peace. The Global Community Global Justice Movement promotes new thinking to benefit all economies and societies – the true, fair, democratic and efficient solution to poverty. The Global Community has the productive resources to eliminate poverty and injustice. Humanity is now in the process of developing the democratic and transparent communications infrastructure which can bring this about.
Our approach transcends left-wing/right-wing designations. We see both conventional capitalism and socialism as being two arms of a philosophy which concentrate power in an elite, to the detriment of society as a whole. Reforming the current money system, to empower each and every person, is a first step for justice.
The Global Community Global Justice Movement stands for:
1. Each person has the right to have warmth, clean air, clean water, food and housing, along with access to a quality health and educational system.
The Global Community has shown that corporate-style globalization that ignores the needs of the poor and the environment will no longer be tolerated. The Global Community is joining students, environmentalists, people of faith, human rights activists, and others, in the global struggle against corporate globalization being fought in cities and towns across the world.
We works on issues of global economic and social justice and sustainability. We believe another world is possible and necessary. We envision a world free of corporate domination and crushing debt, particularly in communities of color. We act to expose and change the institutionalized violence wrought by international financial and trade institutions such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and World Trade Organization.
Cancel all impoverished country debt to the World Bank and IMF, using the institutions' own resources.
End all World Bank and IMF policies that hinder people's access to food, clean water, shelter, health care, education, and right to organize. (Such "structural adjustment" policies include user fees, privatization, and so-called economic austerity programs).
Stop all World Bank support for socially and environmentally destructive projects such as oil, gas, and mining activities, and all support for projects such as dams that include forced relocation of people.
We are committed to nonviolence and recognizes militarism as a tool used by the global corporate elite to keep money flowing to the privileged few while restricting the rights of people worldwide. We oppose corporate practice which places short-term profits ahead of human dignity, sustainable development and a healthy earth. We stand for the globalization of our rights to speech, thought, religion, assembly, a clean environment, self-determination, freedom from fear and persecution and freedom from poverty.
We stand for the rights of women, children, elderly, affordable health care, strong labor rights and social and economic policies that put people and the environment before profits. We are opposed to the globalization of greed and obscene concentrations of wealth -- we say that another world is possible and necessary.
The Global Community is a non-hierarchical nonviolent organization of individuals and organizations that promotes the arts, conducts workshops, facilitates nonviolent direct actions, educates, organizes, campaigns, empowers, and aims to rip injustice from its roots.
The Global Community has had work on Global Justice ever since 1985. A short list of our previous work on Global Justice.
For more recent work on Global Justice read the following table.
A short list of our previous work on Global Justice
Abolish the business of conflicts and war
Throughout the 20th Century, the war industry has created the worse evil humanity has ever encountered: the business of conflicts and wars . It is a business that has made trillions of dollars (American) and will continue to do so, and it must be stopped. It is the "mother of all evils" created by human beings. It has no moral value, no understanding about Life, no respect for anyone or anything, no law except the rules that it makes for itself, and all its products are meant to kill and destroy. It has sold its products to the enemies for the purpose of making more profit. It has subdued governments all over the world to make them buy its products. It has given trade and way of doing business a bad reputation and, therefore, it is a threat to the establisment of business. Although the war industry has a good public image, it does not really matter who is the buyer as long as the buyer pays good money. No accountability to the Global Community!
The business of conflicts and war must be abolished for many important reasons.
War is the greatest violation of human rights that one people can inflict on another. It brings deaths and injuries, starvation, diseases, millions of people losing their homes and livelihoods, and massive destruction of property. Children and teenagers are placed in internment camps, and several are often forced to serve as soldiers. War not only corrupts the morals of soldiers, it leads to a decline in the morality of the whole nation. Political and military leaders are always convinced that their particular war is justified. From their point of view, there are several reasons to go to war: loyalty to allies, religion, a thirst for power, greed, ancient grievances to be settled, or the desire to alleviate suffering among their people. A nonviolent settlement to a conflict would always be more advantageous. War is self-defeating because it cannot secure what it sets out to achieve, protection against attack. The hatred for the enemy whipped up by war and the desire for revenge among the losers leads to an accursed vicious circle from which there is no escape. The difference between agressive and defensive, or just and unjust wars, is ridiculous. They are tags each side adopted to suit its interests. War and militarism destroy civil liberties within a nation.
What happens to a person's conscience when he/she wears the uniform of the soldier? It is enslaved to the state. He must kill when ordered. No government, whether democratic or despotic, can allow the soldier to decide what to do according to his conscience. That would undermine discipline and the power to fight.
The Global Community claims that everyone on Earth should be able to live in Peace. This Peace Mouvement is about courage. Not the courage it takes to go into battle but the courage to organize resistance to war when a bloody taste for it inflames the world, and the threat of prison in a nation where the human rights and freedom of expression have diminished significantly. It is about the courage to say NO to the war industry. It is an industry that destroys life on Earth, corrupts society, and violates morality. Military intervention in the affairs of other nations is wrong. There are other ways, there are peaceful ways, ways that are not based on profit-making and the gain of power for itself. We are conscientious objectors, "nonresistants". That word comes from Jesus, opposing the use of violence:
"Ye have heard that it hath been said, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth: but I say unto you, that ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also."
The best way to win the war against terrorism is to live a life with principles and showing by example. We need to educate the coming generations with good principles, being compassionate and global sustainability being some of them.
The evil is the war industry. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus develops the ethic of nonviolence and love of the enemies. Early Christians were probably the first individuals to renounce participation in war unconditionally.
"Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." And he told Peter, "All they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."Christ has taught us to show mercy, to forgive enemies, to put up patiently with oppression, to return only good for evil and love for hatred and, therefore, war is inconsistent with the Spirit of Jesus Christ. This shows that a Christian should take no part in war, never, in any way. This all means that violence is futile in the long run. To respond to violence with violence is only perpetuating a vicious cycle of violence.
The worst environmental degradation happens in wars. Farm products in fields and livestock are abandoned, there is no more control on toxic wastes, and water, air, and land are polluted. People are displaced and feel no longer responsible for the quality of life in their communities. Historically, the industrialized nations have caused the most damage to the environment, with their careless technology and policies. Emissions from factories and vehicles have caused ozone depletion and acid rain. Leaders of the wealthier nations must be willing to accept responsibility for past mistakes and to help pay the financial burden for environmental protection of the developing nations. This is the most damaging conflict of interests between the rich industrialized countries and those that are poor and struggling just for existence. The Global Community must help wealthy and poorer nations reach a better understanding of each other's needs. All aspects are interrelated: peace, human rights and the environment. The poor is more concerned with ending starvation, finding a proper shelter and employment, and helping their children to survive. Environmental issues become meaningless to the poor. In reality, all concerns are interrelated. As soon as the environment is destroyed beyond repair, human suffering is next. Ecology has no boundaries. All nations suffer the effects of air pollution, global warming, loss of biodiversity, soil erosion, acid rain, ozone depletion, silting of streams, and countless of other environmental problems. This was the reason for developing the Scale of Human and Earth Rights.
Security for all life on Earth
Wars truly make no sense! The world is too crowded and too small nowadays! And weapons too lethal! So security cannot be achieved through the military. The only job the military should be asked to do today is to protect the global life-support systems. These systems have the highest priority on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights and are certainly more important than any of the other rights on the Scale including security. Simply because without life there is no other rights possible. Without Oxygen there is no life! Without clean water there is no life! So protect life on Earth at all costs. Wars are the biggest threat to life and the ecosystem of the planet. Primordial human rights come next on the Scale of Human and Earth Rights. Without a shelter life will still exist in some places but is hardly possible in cold place. There are many related aspects of the global life-support systems:
* global warming
So security must be achieved by other means than wars. We might as well shelved the war industry from humanity right now and that means phasing out all nuclear, biological, chemical weapons right now. Governments that have weapons of masss destruction (WMDs) are all terrorist governments. I am asking them to disarm. No waiting! That also means having inspectors verifying the phasing out in all nations of the world, and not just in some Middle East country. The nature of global security has changed since the rise of the Global Community organization. Security used to be about the protection of the state and its boundaries, people, institutions and values from an outside threat. The Global Community will emphasize as a priority the prohibition of external interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states. Today the security of people within the Global Community is just as important as the security of states. Citizens must be secure.
Building global communities requires a mean to enforce Global Law for the protection of life on Earth. Global Civilization guides humanity for the building of global communities. This is a great opportunity for globallateralism. Global Law includes legislation covering all aspects of human activities. The Global Protection Agency (GPA) will train and lead a global force, bypassing traditional peacekeeping and military bodies such as the United Nations and NATO. The GPA will enforce the law. And that is the third option we offer the Global Community. And that is also how we can stop the global warming of the planet and protect the global life-support systems, thus largely improving the quality of life of the next generations.
At the request of many global citizens, the Global Community has formed a new agency called the Global Protection Agency (GPA). If anyone wishes to be involved with the GPA let us know. If you wish to participate in leading the Agency organization please read the background on the formation of new global ministries and agencies. The goals and objectives of the Agency will be developed and published in the coming months. Read about this third option: Global Law, the need to have it, and the benefits
In order to create a harmonious and compassionate Global Community I ask everyone to comply with Global Law. God Law, the teaching of the Soul of Humanity, and Nature Law are fundamental pillars of Global Law. I have shown that the building of global communities required a mean to enforce Global Law for the protection of life on Earth. This is a great opportunity for globallateralism. Global Law includes legislation covering all aspects of human activities. The Global Protection Agency (GPA) will train and lead a global force bypassing traditional peacekeeping and military bodies such as the United Nations and NATO. The GPA will enforce the law. And that is the third option we offer the Global Community. And that is also how we can stop the global warming of the planet and protect the global life-support systems, thus largely improving the quality of life of the next generations. Read about Global Law
Global security can only be achieved if it can be shared by all peoples and through global co-operation, based on principles as explained in the Global Constitution such as justice, human dignity, and equity for all and for the good of all. All people and states are protected by the Global Community.
The Global Protection Agency provides leadership for training of other countries' citizens who would like to participate in peacekeeping and Earth security ... so that we have a ready cadre of people who are trained and equipped and organised and have communications that they can work with each other.
As we enact global law, we will begin to take on a much deeper kind of global leadership, one that earns more respect than envy and more gratitude than hatred, one that can catapult the whole planet forward into a future where war is no longer thinkable between nation-states and a legitimate and beneficial global government is able to cope with global problems.
I believe that there is no greater task in the world today than for the Global Community to proceed through the maturation of its leadership, emerging from a more self-interested adolescence as a global leader into a nobler adulthood. We have the potential to act as a torchbearer for a better tomorrow. Do we heed the call? I hope this message has convinced at least a few people that the question of how to proceed with that maturation is of far deeper significance than the reforming of the United Nations. I thus pray that we move with wisdom, grace, clarity, and love in the days, years, and even decades ahead.
I am the new long awaited prophet to help humanity through this century and beyond.
I. I AM THE LORD THY GOD, THOU SHALT NOT HAVE strange gods BEFORE ME.
